Park MGM Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
I was in Vegas for a concert at the Dolby Theatre and
I was in Vegas for a concert at the Dolby Theatre and wanted to be nearby for ease and accessibility. I checked in via the MGM app, and used the app as my virtual key. The process was seamless and quick. The room itself was clean and polished. There was a welcome card on the table that explained the amenities and different shows/bars available in the resort. I was glad we got a "green" room (as opposed to a red room) - it was a pleasing and calming color. There are two reasons I took off a star though: - the shower was REALLY hard to switch on (I'm not sure why but it felt almost stuck) - the carpet was dirty (but I imagine that's the case for most hotels in Vegas) All in all, I had a comfortable stay, the views were pretty, and the Dolby venue was very easily accessible.
An oasis in the chaos of Vegas
Great place with all the amenities you would want without the chaos of Vegas. Easily navigable, great food choices, fast services without long lines and waits. Will definitely stay here from now on.
the hotel is great, location is outstanding, smoke free, stay is personable and helpful, casino is clean, great rooms.

Old and dates
OLD AND DATED. The mattress was hard, the carpet thin, no ref, decor out of place. I wouldn’t come back.
Noting can compare to MGM Hotels and Resorts!
I have been to Vegas many times and I am a loyal MGM customer for life, rather it be casinos or resorts, no other casino brands can compare. Very friendly and very professional.
Park MGM - non smoking in Vegas!
The location was great. Primrose breakfast and Eatily were excellent, especially the pizza/pasta sit down restaurant.
Not a resort
Fingernails and dusty bed frames, other tenants stuff left in room like Bobbie pins and hair ties. Carpets were dirty, and need to be replaced. I could hear the neighbors talking quietly in their room. They weren’t loud and talking in normal voices, so if you have a kink for listening to other people this is the place for you!
Park MGM Stay
We had a great 3 days there. Beautiful inside and out ...100% non smoking..easy shopping and walking on the strip

So I read some of the reviews, and luckily nobody was in the rooms next to us and nothing was going on at T-Mobile. For us it was nice and peaceful. We didn't have any trouble parking and getting into the lobby. My only thing I like it when they have a refrigerator and coffee and tea. Maybe some of the rooms had this our room was quite comfortable and we had a gorgeous view as we were on the 26th floor. They had so many restaurants there that I would've liked to tried all of them ha ha. My husband really appreciated, but no smoking.

I stay at Park M 3-4 times per year and had never had an issue but on this trip I had both a horrible customer experience and was eaten alive by bed bugs. Checked in thru mobile app which I love but three hours after getting into my bed I woke up with 100+ bed bug bites on my back, chest, side and arm pits. Brought to attention of Tony a manager and she said she thinks I had an allergic reaction to the sheets. They swapped my room and I wasn't bitten again but wouldn't refund my costs and just acted like I had an allergic reaction.
Bed Bugs and bad service
Checked into my room and went to gamble in the hotel. Got back to my room at midnight and woke up at 3am covered in 100+ bites from bed bugs. I get that it happens but the denial by staff and lack of any remedy was more than disappointing. .
Finally a non-smoking casino
This is a great non smoking hotel and casino. It has pleasant surroundings and great food options at EATALY.

Just had a five night stay from Sunday to Friday in a nighthawk suite. Overall we had an excellent stay and I don't see why there are so many poor reviews. The room was clean and we were able to check in by 12:30 pm. Casino smells great, had friendly dealers, and reasonable table minimums. Good food options here and you connected directly to aria and to Bellagio by tram if you are looking for something more high-end. The pool area is nice as well. While it is not ultra luxurious, I feel we got a fantastic value at Park MGM and had an incredible Vegas vacation. I would certainly stay again in the future.
This was my first stay at the Park MGM, in Las Vegas, and I
This was my first stay at the Park MGM, in Las Vegas, and I was impressed. Right from the booking (on the MGM Rewards App, to seamless check in (also on the App), to entering my room early. The place was spotless, the bed so comfortable, and the amenities simple, but adequate. The room was quiet and spacious. Calls to guest services were picked up promptly, after a brief hold. Restaurants within the property are interesting, with La La Noodles, Best Friend (by Roy Choi) and Eataly (several eateries), drawing the most crowds. Checkout via the App was smooth and efficient. Uber pickups and drop offs are conveniently located. Wonderful stay. Will definitely come back.
This was a so-so experience.
Coming from an area with top class restaurants and hotels and attractions, if a person didn't have the same type of exposure, I can see how they'd be wow-ed. I thought the food was mediocre and expensive. They have different eateries, like one step up from a food court, but they're charging the same prices as the nicer sit-down restaurants. $35 for a vegetarian pasta? Really. I've already left a review on the Chef Food Truck. Pass So the hotel. They will nickel and dime you in every way they can. $100 to reserve a beach chair adjacent to an umbrella. Didn't want to see what cabana rental was. The lounges in the pool were nice. The valet and bellmen were great! They gave the best service and info. But the last surprise was that the hotel is charging for housekeeping services outside of the usual service. (Read that again). I noticed they had made a mistake when I didn't have conditioner in the bath but did have two shampoos. I called to housekeeping to ask for a swap. It showed up on my bill. (Seriously? It was their omission). The desk was able to reverse the charge but this is something we need to watch for in the future.
If I'm not mistaken this hotel does not allowing smoking in
If I'm not mistaken this hotel does not allowing smoking in the casino area. Which was refreshing. However we were walking through all the different hotels to see the theme and this one was the most plain. There was not much to see -- If anything at all.
First time staying here and although this hotel is okay I
First time staying here and although this hotel is okay I would not stay here again. There's no bellman to come to your car, you have to wait in a long line for luggage check. That was very inconvenient and a poor start to our stay. As we headed to our room the first thing my boyfriend and I noticed was the carpet. It was DISGUSTING. Next, the room was fine and I use fine lightly. The sink was dirty with stains, the decor inside is odd, bed uncomfortable and thin walls. You can hear everything in your room. It's awful. A side note also, I woke up with spider bites on my ankle. Not fun, but really annoying and also gross. The only reason I give hotel two stars is the food options downstairs and for Bavettes which was fantastic. Would we stay here again? No.
Thin walls + party goers = not a good night's rest.
Also shared parking lot and right next to T-Mobile arena, so whenever there's an event, it's next to impossible to drive in/out. Lobby bathrooms are also not as clean as other hotels. Rooms are clean though. Meh experience.
Review for casino/restaurant area only, separate review for
Review for casino/restaurant area only, separate review for Nomad hotel. This place used to be Monte Carlo if you've been to Vegas a few years back. They did a great job rebranding it as Park MGM. There are lots of food options including several at Eatily where you can get a variety of tasty Italian foods and beverages at both sit down and quick service places. The casino is smoke free which is a plus for most of us and it has all the usual games you're looking for and good drink service. There's also a sports book but it's one of the smaller ones on the strip. This place is literally right next the area so getting here and parking can be tough when there's an event going on so might want to check the arena event calendar if you're considering staying here. I enjoyed being at Park MGM and will come here again next time I'm in town.
Playing Craps and all of their machines keep breaking
Playing Craps and all of their machines keep breaking without any attendant helping. It's truly embarrassing how careless management and poor the service is. DO NOT COME HERE AND LOSE YOUR MONEY TO POOR MAINTENANCE
Fabulous Trip!
We all (a group of 10 people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park MGM! The smoke free interior of the property was very appreciated and became even more so after visiting nearby hotels and realizing how smelly they can be. This hotel is conveniently located to walk to different areas of the strip and we appreciated the tram from the hotel to the shops at Crystals and the Bellagio. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious and priced about what one would expect in a place like Vegas (Side Betty's Grill, LaLa Noodle, multiple places within Eataly.) The bathrooms are nice and very spacious and the rooms are comfortable. We found the air conditioning to be sufficient for our needs. We did not spend time at the pool, but it did look nice. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and will be myself when I end up in Vegas again.
Best resort, non smoking!
We had a great stay. Nice pool, great service and location. Tram to the north. Clean lovely hotel. Reasonably priced.
Mariah concert
Great hotel, great area. Excellent customer service upfront, easy access to share rides. Bad on room cleanliness.
Amazing hotel and smoke free
Hotel was amazing, restaurants were fabulous and Eataly is out of this world. We trued La La Noodle, lavazza cafe and will try Toscana tonight. Have not been disappointed so far. Very clean, service fantastic and friendly. Will absolutely come here again if I travel to Vegas again. This is now my go to hotel
Always a great stay!
I always love staying at this location I love that it’s Smoke free, and the tram is right there! Food is phenomenal as well.
Formerly the Monte Carlo
Took away the lazy river at pool! Boring. Restaurants are so-so. Prefer Venetian or Bellagio or MGM Grand food court with service till midnight and beyond, plus they have better ratings. Don’t believe the hype about the Crack Shack. The chicken was stale and tough and flavorless, hence all the dipping sauces. Fries were over salted. Your best bet is a sandwich and drink. Nice night life - bars, lounges, clubs. Prefer a more posh or opulent aesthetic in room decor, but LOVE that it’s a non-smoking property and will always stay there because of it. Starbucks is overpriced and the drinks taste terrible. Shouldn’t charge $2 for a cup of ice water when other items are purchased! Strip view is nice from 26th floor. Love the theater attached where I saw Mariah Carey in concert. Perfect convenience! Worth the price (midweek) for clean air, amenities, and location. Only wished they’d clean the rooms better (don’t ignore stains & spills on walls!) and put bag for ice in room or by ice machines. They can stand to firm up or replace or flip the mattresses. Felt like I slept in a dent and it hurt my back. I recommend. No hotel will be perfect after all =)
Our Go-to hotel in Las Vegas
My husband and I and our friends are frequent guests at the Park MGM; there are several eating venues,a lovely pool area,a great location and guaranteed fun in the casino.
Great stay
Great location, plenty of food locations in and nearby the hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly and a non smoking hotel which is awesome since I don't smoke.
Not sure why this place gets bad rap? I've stayed twice
Not sure why this place gets bad rap? I've stayed twice and both times I've had a great experience I wish I had taken pics of the rooms each time but didn't Hahaa but yeah I've never had issues checking in or out and the rooms have been really clean and nothing is loose or gross or anything bad but the hallways definitely don't have the freshest of smells so a carpet cleaning could be good This time I got to stay at the top floor with a view of t-mobile arena which is fine and I'm not upset about that But I wish they had the drink servers around more often when gambling as I gambled many times and it wasn't until the last night that someone finally was working the machines asking for drink orders The escalator and elevator going to the tram was out and that's not great especially when one is walking all day and if you have issues and need access but otherwise I enjoy this hotel it's located in a great spot
Full of party rooms.
We had to switch rooms twice because of loud music and loud partiers. We were transferred to a downgraded "pool view" room that doesn't have a view of the pool. Moreover, Park MGM has not refunded the price difference between the two rooms. Here are pics of the "pool view" room as well as an example of the state of disrepair of some of the rooms.
Gorgeous hotel Friendly staff Clean rooms My first time
Gorgeous hotel Friendly staff Clean rooms My first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised how stunning the hotel was!! Highly recommend.
Park MGM is an incredibly solid choice for most people
Park MGM is an incredibly solid choice for most people visiting Vegas. Great location on the strip, solid choice of food offerings, smoke free and nice rooms. It's on the smaller side so you don't have a huge casino (by strip standards) or some of the amenities found in larger resorts but it feels like a much nicer resort than the rates usually are.
I wanted to love this hotel so bad.
. the color scheme, the design concept, smokeless casino.. there was so much hope this was going to be a hip, tobacco free oasis perfectly located on the strip. This will almost certainly be my last stay here. First of all when I arrived I wanted to open my blinds and let in some sunlight and maybe a little view. I was treated to some AC ducts and a giant wall blocking any available light and views. I'm not even someone who needs to be on a high floor or anything but the vibes were ATROCIOUS. Was able to change rooms and the view is a little nicer. Room I'm in now has a loose toilet handle but I'll happily trade a wiggly handle over my other view. Out of every hotel I've stayed in at Las Vegas, this ranks the lowest by a lot. The lobby vibe is cool, Eataly being close by is nice, and the pool looks decent. But overall, I couldn't give this spot more than 3 stars. If I were staying for a T-Mobile Arena event I'd consider it one more time but only if I upgraded to a suite -- and even then I'd be holding my breath that nothing was going to feel off about it
Check in was very simple I was lucky enough to be able to
Check in was very simple I was lucky enough to be able to check in right at 12 noon at no additional cost. Which after an 8 hour travel day felt like heaven. The room wasn't my favorite it featured two queens, a couch, a closet, and bathroom with walk in shower. The bathroom was nice the shower was big and the water pressure was perfect. The room itself had a gross smoker smell in it so I didn't love it, but ultimately these were comped rooms and I slept very comfortably the bed was great.
Very clean hotel and casino.
It is a smoke free casino and hotel. Very refreshing from your typical Vegas casino/ hotels. Went to a concert at the Dolby Digital which is located inside Park MGM. ALL the seats in Dolby are great seats. Tried the taco truck located inside and the food was delish! Will plan to return for more great experiences!
Stayed at Park MGM for my most recent trip to Vegas and
Stayed at Park MGM for my most recent trip to Vegas and left feeling kind of meh about it all. To say I felt disappointed with Park MGM is an understatement. This hotel has many pros (walkable shopping/dining options, convenient spot on the strip, non-smoking), but their actual rooms really made me question my decision to stay. I will admit I initially learned about this hotel when I watched a YouTuber stay at every Las Vegas hotel. Their particular room at Park MGM had a tranquil green aesthetic, meanwhile the room I stayed in was a panicked red. Upon entering, the layout of the room already threw me off. Who designed this? Who decided to plant the bed in the alcove and then hang the TV to its left (but include a swinging arm a la The Office's 'Dinner Party' episode)? Who decided that a mini-fridge should NOT be a standard included amenity at this hotel? So much space wasted with this format. But hey, at least there's a wall-to-wall length velvet couch facing the bed for... reasons? Also after disassociating on the toilet, I started to notice little blemishes in the bathroom like scratches along the tub, the exposed underpart of the sink (that was... a choice), the 1-ply toilet paper (really lol). In the end, would not book again, and luckily I was able to check in/out completely virtually.
First time in Las Vegas, I can say it's a really nice hotel.
It's smoke-free and located near the strip also has a free tram to Bellagio. Next to the New York New York Hotel, the restaurant prices are quite expensive for my budget but you can walk like 5 minutes to Miracle Mile for a cheaper restaurant. And there is a deuce bus stop in front of the hotel so easily to go around of strip
