Paris Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Woeful!!! - and I really wanted to like it!!!!
If your from the UK you must read this review!!! 1. Do not expect a 'luxury' hotel 2. Do not expect four stars 3. Do not expect any level of basic service. 4. Do not expect a working TV 5. Do expect a dirty room 6. Do expect to be lied to. 7. Do expect massive queues to check in 8. Do expect them to lie and not address any concerns. I have been lucky enough to visit las Vegas on 20 or so occasions. Alas, this is the first (and last) time I'll ever select this hotel. I made three complaints about no functioning TV in the room and each time I was told it would be resolved....day six now as I am writing and STILL no TV in the room!!! They simply don't care, and when you challenge them around service they simply lie and make up stories to the extent that they actually called me a liar, naturally I was sooo angry and when I raised my voice (no foul language/no threatening behaviour etc) merely a raised voice as I was called a liar they then called security and I had five guards around me within 30 seconds. I have never ever had such poor service and never in my adult life have been called I liar!!! When I attempted to escalate my issue with the TV they merely gave me a generic Caesars email to contact. If you ever have the misfortune of booking into this dump and have an issue do yourself a favour and bypass 'Micheal' there front desk manager as he is soooo out of his depth it's untrue, my advice is don't book at all but if you have to them ask to speak to Eric the service director. (Don't bank on any level of service or resolution though!!) In summary, the rooms were dirty, the rooms where not cleaned regularly, the carpets are filthy and sticky, the bedding was soiled, there's no tea making facilities in room, there's no functioning TV, the fridge doesn't work and the shower is broken!! - All I got from them is ; well this is a three star establishment!!!! Whilst the hotel does have a enviable location I'm afraid it's perception from outside looking in is far greater than the reality when in the rooms. Do yourself a favour and absolutely give this one a miss.
Paris Las Vegas Stunning Views & Great Layout, But Some Drawbacks
Although I was dissatisfied with some minor points, I was very satisfied with the view from my room and the layout of the hotel. Self-parking is charged $20/day, but there is plenty of space. There is a line to check in, but the process is easy with mobile check-in. However, his mobile check-in has the disadvantage that you cannot check in with your companions and must go to the counter and apply by yourself. You can receive the key immediately. what was good We could see the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel Tower from our room. The layout of the buildings is reminiscent of Paris, so it's fun just walking around. The crepe stand inside the building was very delicious. The parking lot is far away, but there are many spaces and it is convenient. Bad points Since it's a casino, the building smells like cigarettes. No water supply Bad attitude at the telephone exchange There aren't enough chairs in the room The window glass is not cleaned, and the scenery outside is beautiful, but it looks dirty.
Disappointed in our Stay at this hotel
I guess we are just not Vegas people. We found this place loud ALL the time even in restaurants. We had gotten a room with a view of the Eiffel tower and pool that was beautiful BUT loud rap style music woke us up at 8am and went until 5pm for pool guests. The Eiffel tower restaurant was great for my birthday dinner. Chocolate Soufflé was great. Restaurant was fairly quiet compared to the hotel restaurants which had very loud music. That was sad as we were hoping for some romantic moments at the hotel restaurants . The music seems to be piped in the entire hotel/casino. Lines were very long for check-in with no help and very unfriendly staff. We were so disappointed in this hotel.
Long check-in queue
The room is clean and view is good. I can see the Eiffel town and fountain. However, the hotel seems to be taking over one building from the Horseshoe hotel and it’s quite far away from the check-in counter. You will not be told if you are assigned outside the main building of the Paris hotel. Moreover, there is a long queue while check-in.
VERSAILLES TOWER REVIEW
Stayed in the brand new Versailles Tower (May 2024) - it was truly amazing! For clarification, it is the old Bally's tower that runs perpendicular to the strip. UPDATED and UPGRADED rooms, new carpet, tile, tubs, beds, drapes, linens, everything! So beautiful! My daughter and I feel sure that no one had stayed in our room before! KEY: if you are booked in Versailles Tower - taking a cab to HORSESHOE will save you some steps, as check-in is currently in the Horseshoe lobby! They are working on a connection to Paris, but it wasn't opened yet when we were there. We stayed on floor 71 (room 7131) and it was the most incredible view! We had just stayed at Horseshoe for the previous 4 nights, so we had a direct comparison. Floorplan of rooms was identical. The upgrades in the Versailles Tower are so nice! We stayed at Horseshoe for the majority of our trip, but our flight was canceled so we moved to Versailles Tower, apparently got the last room as they were booked so we got very lucky!!! NOTE: there is a nightclub nearby and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am there was constant beats of music. I put in earplugs and turned on my sound machine, so it didn't bother me, but thought it was worth mentioning for light sleepers or those who do not party. Construction begins at 8:00 am. Not sure how much longer that will go on, but it looked like there were 2 more floors (at the top) yet to be completed when we were there. You can use any of the Caesar's pools if you show your room key: Harrah's Flamingo (AWESOME POOLS!) Paris, Horseshoe, PH, Caesar's Palace, Linq. Some notes: -no refrig in room, not sure if they will add that later as Horseshoe had them -no tile shelves in shower to hold soap/shampoo, easy to overlook as the rooms are so well appointed -south facing rooms you can see Luxor light, Mandalay Bay, Bellagio fountains, Eiffel tower etc. while north facing rooms view of ferris wheel, Venetian, Caesar's Palace, Flamingo -2 check-in kiosks and 2 check-in desks, there was no wait at all at the time of our check-in around 10:00 am. -no guard/security at elevator to check for room key, but there is a place for one so perhaps that is coming in the future -easy strip access through side Horseshoe doors, down the ramp to the shops at Grand Bazaar shops - so many shops and restaurants!!! I highly recommend Duck Donut and Giordano's Pizza!!! OR you can walk through the casino and down the corridor to Paris Hotel proper. VERY good location on the strip with easy access to both North and South properties. We walked from our room down to Luxor with ease, and also went up to Venetian. (Keeping in mind, we tracked about 20,000 steps per day, so you can take a cab if you need to; it's about $10; to airport $26)
Gambling is not fun here.
Money went so fast here- no time to enjoy the fun. Property was fine. Go next door to planet Hollywood for Starbucks and breakfast options. Overall ok. Did not use the pool. Upgraded room to suite for additional $100 per night. More than we needed but nice.
Paris Las Vegas 💩💩
room 2776 & many other room according to maid service stated that agreed many rooms had bad odors in bathrooms of 💩💩. it’s from the pipes . no one mentioned that when room was confirmed. asked the maid to close bathroom door & she made sure to leave it open so the whole room can smell like 💩💩. a different maid just decided to enter my room & invade my privacy since I paid for late checkout til 4pm. Ivey app text can only apologize rather than actually do something better. I’ve been visiting Paris Las Vegas since 2003. I suggest booking another hotel as this was & is my final visit here ever. Next year will def choose a better cleaner hotel w customary services.
Regret to book Paris hotel. If I can give zero score at the rating, I will
No electricity since 1 am on May 23. I could not go back to my room until at least the elevator was fixed at 2:00am. When I was at the elevator lobby, the security guard only told me it was a regularly planned elevator manitance. None of the hotel representatives came out to explain our situation and when we could go to our room. When I went back room, we discovered our room was totally dark whatever we tried to switch the lights in the room. Luckily we brought our flash light, so at least we could have shower with only warm water from the shower tap. We suffered with no light, no air conditioner and no TV for the whole night. In the morning, the hotel staff pretended nothing happened last night. They did nothing to apologize for their mistake. The check in service was also horrible too. Since I am a cancer survivor, I wore a medical mask when I checked in. The hotel representative seemed to discriminate me and my husband. She told me that I needed to pay extra $56 for earlier check in in a very impolite way. She never told me that I could leave my baggages at the hotel baggage storage room outside the hotel front door instead and come back to check in later. Without any other choice, we agreed to pay unwillingly. When I checked out on May 25, I discovered that besides $56 for earlier check in fee, I also need to pay resort fee daily. No one told me about the resort fee when I checked in. I felt very angry about that. I will not visit this hotel again and will share my horrible experiences at this hotel with my friends, colleagues, family and others.
Don't bother
Room was all beat up, no hot water. This place has seen its day. Time for a complete renovation. I was traveling for business to attend Waste Expo 2024, money was not an issue when booking, so booked here for location. Won't be staying here next year...
Nice but could use improvement
Checked in for the Versailles Tower at 11:55 am. Others that checked in at the same time were given rooms immediately. After numerous trips to check availability, I was finally given a room at 4:45 pm (with a 5 pm dinner reservation). Had to wait another 20 minutes for luggage. Just frustrated at the strange times people were given to check in. Hotel is bare bones. No coffee maker, no fridge with items to purchase, no waters. Everything has to be purchased. Room was cleaned daily but only to pick up towels and make bed...I had a paper napkin on the counter that sat there until I threw it away.
Better than expected
After reading some of the reviews on here for the Paris I was slightly concerned before checking in. I visited with a friend for a week for my birthday and had a lovely stay. I’d email previously to request adjoining rooms or at least adjacent rooms and they have to put us on separate floors for the first night, which was slightly disappointing in a hotel of 1500 rooms, they overcharged us at the end for parking but it was rectified pretty easily. The service charges were a joke, but expected all over the strip. Check in was poor, with staff giving no information on the hotel or charges. Room was nice, clean and serviced every day. Newer Bathroom was lovely And overall hotel was very quiet, which I appreciated. Would recommend but nothing special.
Worst service
Worst service, they not providing breakfast including booking & not arrange coffee maker & iron….stuff behaviour is very bad, they not concerned about their guests.they charged very high price but not providing minimum service…. Never book again
Paris, great experience
A friend and I stayed at Paris for five days for a girls trip. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and housekeeping service was provided every day. The pool is nice, plenty of chairs and good drink service, though the drinks are extremely expensive at about $35 per drink. The hotel is located perfectly, center strip and easy to navigate. Mon Ami Gabi and Alexa’s were great for people watching and food was good. I would definitely stay at Paris again.
Pretty Great “BUT”
Checking Out today the 26th. Me and my buddy's were here a week for like the 6th time. 2 of us our diamond members and the other Is gold member if that matters. But Had a great time, Paris has always been our Goto Resort. Service was excellent for the most part. Some attitude at the sportsBook bar when u would tip them 5$ for a bottle of miller lite when you use your 100$ free drink ticket from placing a bet. Happend 6 times,, But its cool, everything was pretty good this time, checkIn here always is horrible and they need more staff members. Worst year yet for that i believe. And also PLEASE take care of the homeless People coming in the resort. Nag you if your in sportsBook late evening and newr the slots back away from everything Security is high here which is good but the homeless this year i think was the worst in past years also with hardly any security being notified. But we saw our selves and others be pestered by a few of them including the dude that was removed on Tuesday evening for yelling at my group for no reason haha. But Hey LOVE PARIS AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN most likely. Housekeeping is the sweetest and TOP NOTCH
Overpriced
Everything in this establishment is overpriced. Rooms were nice but the bathroom could have used some tender loving care. We had a beautiful view of the Sphere. Staff was friendly and courteous but only did the very basics like fill the mini bar, beds were left unmade.
Shabby and tired
Shabby is the best description. Knowing that the new rooms are in the Horseshoe, we selected the cheaper room and were assigned a room in the Burgundy section of the original building. We only wanted a clean, comfortable room for our one night stay, and didn’t expect much. However, this room was not clean, and was OLD. There were rings on the night table from a glass or can which I washed away. There were splash marks on the bathroom mirror. He spread on one bed was threadbare - worn through leaving a visible hole. The sheer curtains had what looked like a line of dust where the curtain met the window sill. Lamp shades were crooked and dusty. The room was in dire need of a deep cleaning. On the plus side, there were no strange smells, the room was quiet, and the linens were clean. We slept well, so the pillows and mattresses were ok. If you want to save money, it’s ok. If you want a room that isn’t worn and tired, go elsewhere.
Pay for 4 stars, get 2.5, and, because it's vegas, you will like it. LOL!
2.5 stars masquerading as a 4 star. Expect huge lines at checkin. TWO hours for us. When we finally got to one of the three people working check in, oh yes, the kiosk wont work if your booking doesnt match your ID, so, if your ID has your middle name, be sure your booking does. When we needed more cups, had to ask twice over ten hours for them (they didnt replenish when they made up our room). Pool drinks (a margarita) was $34.99 USD. THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS. for a double. Cleanliness was not really what we expected, especially bathroom. Room was generally worn, carpets werent clean. Lots of wear on high touch point areas. Little things like misaligned bathroom door handles. We upgraded o a room with a view of the bellagio fountains. Which, sure, ok, you can see a bit, if you angle yourself just right to see past the tower. We went down to discuss, and were sent back to the massive checkin line. Ugh. ok then... The bell service was OUTSTANDING though... but not enough to get us to come back again.
Great value mid strip hotel.
I thought I would pop this on here as some of these reviews on here nearly made me change hotels. It took us 45 minutes to check in but that’s the same as every hotel in Vegas, we had it in Ceasers last year. Our room was spotlessly clean, smelt lovely, bathroom spotless and clean crisp bedding. We checked in 4 days ago and leaving tomorrow. The maid has been everyday. We got a fabulous view of the fountains and Eiffel Tower. The pool area has a great atmosphere and we have enjoyed spending some time at the pool. Yes drinks are expensive around the pool just like the rest of the strip. If you have booked a room here it will be fine we have enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Cosmo and Ceasers so know Vegas hotels fairly well.
Not a happy stay at Paris Hotel Las Vegas
Registration process was rude. The self check in machines were non functional and there was no one to help. on a Friday evening. The concerned staff took a long time to respond. Even the staff who did check us in did not display any helpful attitude. Took about an hour to register and reach the room. The room allotted was in the new Versailles Tower, which is actually in the area of Horse shoe hotel. This could have been informed to us in the booking email. The Paris hotel has check in counters at the entrance of the Horse Shoe hotel obviously for guests allotted rooms in new Versailles Tower of the Paris Hotel. Room was ok as was the room service.
Great Place
Action-packed place. Lot's to see and do. You don't even have to leave this casino hotel. some of the best restaurants are in this hotel as well.

Hi @ExhaustiveMilk80, to be able to hold a bid you must have either the key holder medal or concierge medal. Holding bids allows you to work on trying to secure the reservation without someone else getting it before you and filling it
