After reading some of the reviews on here for the Paris I was slightly concerned before checking in. I visited with a friend for a week for my birthday and had a lovely stay. I’d email previously to request adjoining rooms or at least adjacent rooms and they have to put us on separate floors for the first night, which was slightly disappointing in a hotel of 1500 rooms, they overcharged us at the end for parking but it was rectified pretty easily. The service charges were a joke, but expected all over the strip. Check in was poor, with staff giving no information on the hotel or charges. Room was nice, clean and serviced every day. Newer Bathroom was lovely And overall hotel was very quiet, which I appreciated. Would recommend but nothing special.
Be the first to ReplyShabby and tired
Shabby is the best description. Knowing that the new rooms are in the Horseshoe, we selected the cheaper room and were assigned a room in the Burgundy section of the original building. We only wanted a clean, comfortable room for our one night stay, and didn’t expect much. However, this room was not clean, and was OLD. There were rings on the night table from a glass or can which I washed away. There were splash marks on the bathroom mirror. He spread on one bed was threadbare - worn through leaving a visible hole. The sheer curtains had what looked like a line of dust where the curtain met the window sill. Lamp shades were crooked and dusty. The room was in dire need of a deep cleaning. On the plus side, there were no strange smells, the room was quiet, and the linens were clean. We slept well, so the pillows and mattresses were ok. If you want to save money, it’s ok. If you want a room that isn’t worn and tired, go elsewhere.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced
Everything in this establishment is overpriced. Rooms were nice but the bathroom could have used some tender loving care. We had a beautiful view of the Sphere. Staff was friendly and courteous but only did the very basics like fill the mini bar, beds were left unmade.
Be the first to ReplyPretty Great “BUT”
Checking Out today the 26th. Me and my buddy's were here a week for like the 6th time. 2 of us our diamond members and the other Is gold member if that matters. But Had a great time, Paris has always been our Goto Resort. Service was excellent for the most part. Some attitude at the sportsBook bar when u would tip them 5$ for a bottle of miller lite when you use your 100$ free drink ticket from placing a bet. Happend 6 times,, But its cool, everything was pretty good this time, checkIn here always is horrible and they need more staff members. Worst year yet for that i believe. And also PLEASE take care of the homeless People coming in the resort. Nag you if your in sportsBook late evening and newr the slots back away from everything Security is high here which is good but the homeless this year i think was the worst in past years also with hardly any security being notified. But we saw our selves and others be pestered by a few of them including the dude that was removed on Tuesday evening for yelling at my group for no reason haha. But Hey LOVE PARIS AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN most likely. Housekeeping is the sweetest and TOP NOTCH
Be the first to ReplyParis, great experience
A friend and I stayed at Paris for five days for a girls trip. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and housekeeping service was provided every day. The pool is nice, plenty of chairs and good drink service, though the drinks are extremely expensive at about $35 per drink. The hotel is located perfectly, center strip and easy to navigate. Mon Ami Gabi and Alexa’s were great for people watching and food was good. I would definitely stay at Paris again.
Be the first to ReplyNot a happy stay at Paris Hotel Las Vegas
Registration process was rude. The self check in machines were non functional and there was no one to help. on a Friday evening. The concerned staff took a long time to respond. Even the staff who did check us in did not display any helpful attitude. Took about an hour to register and reach the room. The room allotted was in the new Versailles Tower, which is actually in the area of Horse shoe hotel. This could have been informed to us in the booking email. The Paris hotel has check in counters at the entrance of the Horse Shoe hotel obviously for guests allotted rooms in new Versailles Tower of the Paris Hotel. Room was ok as was the room service.
Be the first to ReplyGreat value mid strip hotel.
I thought I would pop this on here as some of these reviews on here nearly made me change hotels. It took us 45 minutes to check in but that’s the same as every hotel in Vegas, we had it in Ceasers last year. Our room was spotlessly clean, smelt lovely, bathroom spotless and clean crisp bedding. We checked in 4 days ago and leaving tomorrow. The maid has been everyday. We got a fabulous view of the fountains and Eiffel Tower. The pool area has a great atmosphere and we have enjoyed spending some time at the pool. Yes drinks are expensive around the pool just like the rest of the strip. If you have booked a room here it will be fine we have enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Cosmo and Ceasers so know Vegas hotels fairly well.
Be the first to ReplyPay for 4 stars, get 2.5, and, because it's vegas, you will like it. LOL!
2.5 stars masquerading as a 4 star. Expect huge lines at checkin. TWO hours for us. When we finally got to one of the three people working check in, oh yes, the kiosk wont work if your booking doesnt match your ID, so, if your ID has your middle name, be sure your booking does. When we needed more cups, had to ask twice over ten hours for them (they didnt replenish when they made up our room). Pool drinks (a margarita) was $34.99 USD. THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS. for a double. Cleanliness was not really what we expected, especially bathroom. Room was generally worn, carpets werent clean. Lots of wear on high touch point areas. Little things like misaligned bathroom door handles. We upgraded o a room with a view of the bellagio fountains. Which, sure, ok, you can see a bit, if you angle yourself just right to see past the tower. We went down to discuss, and were sent back to the massive checkin line. Ugh. ok then... The bell service was OUTSTANDING though... but not enough to get us to come back again.
Be the first to ReplyIf you can't go to Paris, stay at the Paris!
My husband and I spend four nights at the Paris. The room was clean, non smoking and very quiet. The hotel was easy to navigate, the shower was amazing! The pool was closed, which we were not aware of when booking through Expedia. The food was pricey but very tasty! The staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the slots didn't payout enough!😁 If I return to Vegas I would stay at the Paris again!
Be the first to ReplyVery good experience
Overall this is a very good property and the stay was enjoyable. I had a spacious and apparently renovated room that was well furnished, bright and comfortable. The location at the center of the strip is outstanding. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. They appear to be going more upscale with the addition of Nobu, Vanderpump, and Bedford by Martha Stewart. So why did I give it 4 stars instead of 5? I was there 4 nights. On the 2nd day they did not make up my room. On the 3rd day I came back to the room at 3:00 and the room was not made up AGAIN! I called customer service (which is clearly not on site) and they told me they would call housekeeping for me. About 10 minutes later someone knocked on the door to give me towels. NO, I don't need towels, I need my room cleaned! They said they would have to see if they could find someone to clean the room. FInd someone? Seriously? I had to rant and rave a bit, then they sent someone to clean up the room. They are supposed to be giving daily service. I should not have to fight for it. I would stay again, hopefully they will get their act together in housekeeping.
Be the first to ReplyTotal Cluster &%#*#
The check-in process was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a major hotel or Las Vegas hotel. I’ve been coming to Las Vegas for over 40 years religiously, so I’ve lots of experience. We were in line to check in for about 1 hour & 10 minutes. ALL of the self check in kiosks were NOT working (they were not reading credit card information) - this was based on four (4) different people in line with me sending members of their parties to the various self check in kiosk in the lobby while other members waited in the frustratingly long lines. To add insult to injury when I finally got to check in with one of only four or five of the front desk clerks - she was condescending and displayed ZERO empathy with the fact that I was in line for over one hour. When I pointed out that the self check in kiosks were not working her response to me was, the people using them don’t know what they’re doing … and they would work if they used the same credit card used when making the reservation. She put NO stock in the fact that their computers may be malfunctioning. It was a total cluster. I will never stay at Paris again and will likely never stay at a Caesar’s Las Vegas property again either. HORRIBLE customer service!
Be the first to ReplyBeware!!! Hidden fees!!
This hotel is in a good location but we were charged a resort fee for the pool, internet, and exercise room. They were painting out by the pool so we were not allowed out in the area. The internet did not work most of the time and if you were lucky enough to connect it was extremely weak. So we just turned wi-fi off. Also we got enough exercise walking around Vegas we sure didn’t need to use the exercise room. The fee was $52.10/day per room! The room carpet was wrinkled and probably should be replaced. Look at reviews before booking. It may sound like a decent price but when you get to check in and find out the hidden fees you will wish you checked other options!
Be the first to ReplyParis isn’t great
Much better options on the strip. The shower pressure is a trickle at best, the a/c only cools half the room and the wi-fi is TERRIBLE. For a hotel that has a conference center, that is a huge negative.
Be the first to ReplyStay clear!
Poor ventilation system very smoky cigarette and marijuana Oder all around indoors. Room had a sewer Oder and no hot water, low water pressure. Food was ok at best. Customer service is a 4 star but facility and amenities and comfort is a -2 stars… so 2 stars at best for this property. Will not return.
Be the first to ReplyWorst place to stay
Wow! What a horrible stay! Extremely disappointed. Been coming to Vegas for almost 30years and can honestly say this is the WORST. Mandatory resort fee on top of the room price with NO pool. Did not receive housekeeping and had to call down to request fresh towels. Rooms are in terrible condition. Had to stand, in line for over an hour to check in. Over priced average food. As this was our first time here, it will be our last. Recommend any other establishment to stay in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyViva La Paris!!
Great staff!! Professional and service oriented. Casino was well kept and staff was excited when you won. Cafe Americano is the best bang for your buck. Pool was closed but gave you access to Horseshoe. Looking forward to return and go up the Eiffel tower.
Be the first to ReplyDirty, tired, noisy , half a pool and zero customer service.
Stayed at the Paris for nearly 3 weeks last year. Unfortunately this hotel is way past its best. Check in is the slowest I have ever experienced with huge queues throughout the day and two people manning the huge bank of desks. The room was tired and in urgent need of refurbishment. Paint was missing from the walls, the carpet is threadbare and dirty and the chair was worn. Without doubt the windows of this hotel was the filthiest I’ve ever seen and were not cleaned at all prior to our arrival and certainly not whilst we were staying. Any photo opportunity of taking pictures of the strip were lost due to the grime on the windows! Despite asking for the room to be cleaned/tidied on a daily basis, the room was missed on a regular basis. We were told that this was due to a “do not disturb” sign being put on the door, although we did not have one in the room. We phoned to ask when the room was missed, and were promised that this would be done later in the evening - but it never was. We even, on one occasion, had to go down to reception to request toilet roll due to the room being missed. Without doubt the worst thing was the noise. We were on the 19th floor with a strip / Eiffel Tower view. On Friday/ Saturday:Sunday night from 10pm until 1.30 am (ish) the noise was disgusting. The disco/club under the tower was playing music which in itself was not a problem. What was a serious problem were the DJ’s using a microphone which was clearly set to full volumes screaming at the top of their voices for the clubbed to react. It was also clear that the club doors were open wide, and the sounds entered our room with ease. The ear plugs offered by reception did nothing to help, and we certainly experienced the full club night. What was a bitter pill that the only resolution was the we could be moved to a room overlooking the back, and that we had book a strip view we should have anticipated noise I.e. that it was our fault. We had stayed at the Paris twice before with a strip view, and never previously had any noise disturbance. The problem as we pointed out was the screaming dj’s! Finally the pool was only ever half open due to a lack of lifeguards, and on one day was closed altogether. For the resort fee paid, the whole pool should have been open, not just loads of people crammed into half a pool. The careless attitude, the cost of the resort feel, the lack of cleaning, the in-house disco and the knackered rooms means that we will never stay at the Paris Hotel. If you don’t want a similar experience, please book elsewhere.

Worse hotel in strip I have stayed in Vegas at least 10 times this is the worse hotel I have stayed at and that includes downtown . Stay somewhere else is my advice. Staff were so unhelpful ruined our holiday staying there .
Be the first to ReplyGreat stay, great location!
After reading all the reviews, I was ready to switch our reservation but could not find anything at another hotel in the price range that we had reserved. I expected the worse, but hoped for the best. We arrived at 4:05 pm on a Friday. Check in only took 15 minutes. We had a renovated, non smoking 2 queen beds reserved. Our room was clean and well supplied with bath products. Only minor hiccup was a half eaten candy bar left in the fridge and only had 3 bath towels instead of 4. We had maid service everyday and our room was clean when we would arrive back in our room. Location is superb because you are in the center of the strip, right across from the Bellagio. Our room did not have a view of the strip. It was a view out the back, which was fine because we did not pay the extra cost for a view of the strip. Loved that the rooms come with a fridge at no charge and would recommend going to the Target on the strip (near Planet Hollywood) versus CVS. selection of muffins, sandwiches, soft drinks, etc. better and prices more reasonable than CVS Pool was not open during this stay. Casino crowded in the evenings and did not like the selection of slots they had, but no biggie because plenty of other casinos to visit.. Checked out early on Monday am was quick and easy. Probably would stay again because location is great!
Be the first to ReplyAwful! Entire staff was rude.
Worst staff in Vegas. From Check in to the servers, and even the host we spoke with to complain was nasty. Horrible. And the rooms need updating, the furniture is worn and disgusting. Don’t waste your money here!
Be the first to ReplyOVERALL VERY GOOD STAY!!!
THE STAY WAS GREAT BUT TOO MANY PEOPLE! THROOM 2608 WAS VERY GOOD. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TOILET BOWL WAS VERY LOOSE AND THE SHOWER DOOR DID NOT CLOSE BOTH CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS.THANKS RAFAEL NAZARIO
Be the first to ReplyTerrible room experience
We went for my birthday with my wife and was excited to stay in a one bedroom suite. Our first night was terrible, the living room AC did not work, at least the bedroom one worked, but then the TV in the bedroom did not work, Hence, I don’t think the TV was even in the cabinet, cause the cabinet won’t open. Then we were transferred to another suite, this time the AC was not getting cold, at least it was comfortable to sleep. My wife decided she would soak in the jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi did not work either. We had a wonderful time in the casino and ate good food. The rooms were not a great experience for us, especially when you are celebrating a special occasion. I was better of booking a regular room.
Be the first to ReplyDon't waste your$
We got ripped off. Reserved a non smoking. Checked in and they said they had none, absolutely not one in the whole resort. I asked for a reduction in rate, suddenly miraculously they found a lower level non smoking room. No discount, but plenty of smoke, including weed, billowing through the heating register in our room!!! Customwr service horrible. Small rooms, ill-equipped, charging resort fee when no pool area is open. Who pays$50 a day to NOTuse the lame fitness center, the only thing open.? Parking was a confused mess as we had an oversized vehicle and when calling about it before arrival, we were speaking with someone in Singapore who knew nothing about the property. Only one coffee place in the morning. No coffee pot in room. Their buffet is permanently closed and restaurants are outrageously overpriced. Don't waste your $. Stay at MGM, Signature or Venetian for less!
Be the first to ReplyGreat location
Room is nice but basic. A coffee maker or a complimentary bottle of water would be nice. The shower pressure was very weak. Maid service was fine and friendly. Check in took a while but they were friendly. The location is in the middle of the strip, which made it convenient to walk.
