There's a burger place downstairs too and toilets.
Gordon ramsay even opened a burger place in the Harrods too. Burger cost £80.Best tasting burgers ever.
Be the first to ReplyHad our dinner here (2 days before we head back to Toronto).
Ordered their 3 -course dinners (£23 each).Ambiance was semi-casual and comfortably chic.Guests will be greeted by a foyer-curtain to prevent the cold air from getting in.Service was professional and prompt. The food was worth its £23 price.Washroom was less than inviting. The faucets need upgrading.Handsoap scent was cheap smelling.(Flat Iron's handsoap was chic smelling).

As American in London this place was just what I wanted, to give me a break from all of the pubs. While the menu is still British, it felt a little more recognizable and modern for my L.A. palette, and I love the ambiance (for breakfast, lunch or dinner).Great interior, somewhere between comfortable and trendy (but not dingy nor too fussy). Love all the couch seating options and/or big couch chairs for 2 diners.I come here again and again for the cocktails. Probably the bets fish n' chips that I've had in the area (again, by an American's standard). Friendly staff. Perfect brunch spot (and yummy brunch menu).***DOG FRIENDLY! (They'll even bring over a water bowl for your pup as soon as you arrive).***Note: If you're wanting to order pizza in the restaurant (from the adjacent pizza place) note that in the restaurant they only offer/serve ONE type of pizza, and that's whichever the speciality pizza of the week is.
Be the first to ReplyService was nice.
Free tap water and sparkling water. They also gave me ice because I asked for it, which is rare for the establishments I visited in the UK. That's where the nice things stop. For starters, the food took a while to come. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for £15, which was a bit more expensive than the quality of the pizza. It was burnt in some spots, and i didn't think that the pepper-oni pizza would consist of 40 pepper seeds spread all over it. The "pepperoni" slices were literally just pieces of sausage. I finished the pizza with my face burning and a half finished bottle of tap water. I loved the water and the service. Pizza? Mediocre.
Be the first to ReplyWe were really looking forward to our dinner here.
We were seated right away and saw many terrific looking options. When our server came to see if we had questions we asked if she could tell us what kind of fish sea bream is. Her response " oh that's the name of the fish" yes. We know that. I asked if it is a mild tasting fish and she says " well that's the name of it" ok so off to google I went. At a G. Ramsay restaurant I would expect the staff to be knowledgeable about the menu. It was surprising to have to resort to a google search!! We ordered the Cesar salad to start with. It was good. Over dressed but good. I went to eat a crouton and literally spit it out. It was old stale bread. I've never met a crouton I didn't like but these were terrible. The server said " oh really?" When we mentioned it. I had the sea bream in the end and it was fantastic. Crisp skin, well seasoned and I can now teach the server that sea bream is a mild tender white fish. @gordonramsay if your name is on your restaurant you might want to better train your staff

Went there for the second time last night and had an unsatisfactory time. I ordered two items, a drink and a meal, both of which the waitress got wrong. The food, when it did come, was mediocre at best. The pizza, which came from the Street Pizza location next door, was absolutely flavourless. I had to return it as I was barely able to get through one slice. Sadly the even the most basic Margarita pizza was bland and tasteless. I won't be back to either of these Ramsey joints.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is magical.
I am staying in one of the rooms attached to the restaurant and it is exquisite. They were super accommodating with everything. I arrived super late and the room was immaculate and warm and in the morning I enjoyed a great full English breakfast downstairs. This might be my new favorite place in the world and I would love to stay here whenever in London.
Be the first to ReplyThis review is on the food as the service was terrible.
I was here with colleagues while on a business trip and despite the fact that we had a reservation and the place was empty, we were there for 2 hours (mostly because the service was lousy). However the food was amazing. For someone in search for your quintessential Fish and Chips, the rumors are true Gordon knows how to do it best. Another amazing item on the list was the Banana Bread Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with Banana Bread Ice Cream. Despite the service, I still recommend a visit, just make sure not to have a tight schedule when dining.
Be the first to ReplyReally poor meal here.
7 of us dined. I had the recommended 28 day aged rib eye. I was unable to saw through the mediocre cut with a sharp steak knife. I rarely send anything back, but I did this time. It was taken off without apology. Others in our party had Seabreem, this was ok, no raves. My daughter had the venison ragu over pasta. The pasta was great, the venison was bland. Seasoning was lacking throughout. The burger was good. The restaurant had few diners, we should have taken the sign. I wouldn't return.

The lamb was very fatty to the point of almost being unchewable. Wouldn't recommend coming here, I was pulled in by the Gordon Ramsay brand but it really doesn't have much appeal to it.The cocktail was 3/5 and the truffle appetizer was 2.5/5 but the lamb was not well prepared.
