Exceptional. Every member of the staff was exceptional, especially Deandre. I would call ahead and make arrangements with Deandre ahead of your stay. He is psychic and incredibly authentic and very sophisticated and savvy.

Exceptional Customer Service
Luis, and the entire valet team, were wonderful throughout our stay. Friendly, attentive, helpful and even greeted our dog by his name when exiting and retiring to the hotel. We would gladly stay here again when returning to Chicago.

The room is great and the JR suite was spacious. One of the best bed we had. The house car made our life easy. Our go to place to stay over LH in Chicago. Also the bar at 2nd floor is always great.

3.) Die Reservierung finden
