terrible
The interior is gorgeous, but the food is terrible! I ordered tom yum without paid rice, but in the end they gave it to me, and the shrimp in tom yam were the smallest they have. The tom yum itself tastes disgusting. I ordered green tea, but there was no taste (there was only one leaf in the teapot). In general, this place is simply terrible, if it weren’t for the interior, hardly anyone would go there.
Lunch on Sunday
I liked the place, the room itself is beautiful and quite cozy. The service was excellent. The cuisine is not bad, tasty and beautiful. The fish was a little salty. The desserts are reminiscent of Pushkin.
Quality and real luxury
Absolutely perfect in a magnificent setting for which artists were hired. The meals are of very good quality and the service is very good.
Bad food and rude waitresses
Very bad food, everything I ordered was bad!!! They subjected Rebai meet to me, It was not good at all. The girl in the front door is not welcoming at all!! They had me waiting for 30 minutes and the restaurant when I entered was empty!! And I had a reservation!!!! Also the waitress is so mad I don’t know why! Its like she wants to hit me!😭
Within Setomania
Visited as part of the Setomania festival. The girl who greeted us at the entrance immediately helped the establishment, and when we told her the name of the person for whom the reservation was made, she said that the reservation was for 13. And our reservation was for 15-30, imagine, the names could be the same. We arrived on time, she first saw it was not our reservation. We were shown into the hall. We waited a long time for the waiter. I don’t know what I expected from visiting a restaurant “on sale”, but the only thing I found tasty (from the second set) was fish and fried chips (Jerusalem artichoke to taste?). The rest was unimpressive or not liked at all. I won’t make a conclusion about the entire restaurant menu, but this one specifically – no. The situation was brightened up for me by the gift of a coupon for cross-country skiing training. It was unexpected and pleasant, because... I didn’t read the rules of Setomania in detail. I hope I use the coupon.
Perfect as always
How to evaluate your favorite restaurant if it is perfect! We came on Friday for setomania - it turned out to be the most delicious! Thank you Julia for taking care of us! The only thing is that foie gras is becoming less and less!! And the berry sauce is just tears! And everything is so great!

Today we visited Turandot, as always everything was at the highest level. An abundance of varied, tasty, high-quality food. Fresh seafood, beautiful presentation. Waiters and their attitude to brunch
You pay almost 9000 for an adult and 8000 for a child, but this doesn’t mean anything)) they asked to bring coffee, latte at 16.30, they brought it at 17.30 after asking 4 times if they forgot? They brought it cold, they also asked to top up the sparkling wine at 4:30 p.m., at 5:00 p.m. they shrug their shoulders and say that the brunch is already over)) in general, the attitude of a person pays a lot of money for brunch with his family, and the attitude towards you is that oh, they forgot, and the time is up)) this The waiters with their ambitions should not decide)) this should be decided by the management, as it should be. The evening is ruined! Once you approach the Swedish snare, you won’t want to again! But for that kind of money you can go anywhere with a normal attitude!
Missing items incident
My time at the restaurant was a letdown. The guy in charge of storing all the coats, gloves, and beanie lost my gloves and threw my beanie on the ground. Even after talking to the manager, things didn't get better she was useless. I ended up leaving without my gloves. But the food was good and the waiters were better it’s just where you store your coat. Be careful with your stuff there, it's a real hassle.
spent holiday
If you want to ruin your birthday, then this is definitely the place for you. The table was booked in advance, the staff was warned about the celebration. From the reception we were shown in single file with other guests into the hall and we walked in a crowd until everyone was seated. We wanted to wait, but we were insistently called to go all at once. The waiter had little knowledge of the menu and offered her husband asparagus as a side dish with the Chinese meat, which was served on a separate plate. We also asked to be offered appetizers while we were waiting for the main course - something similar to bruschetta (of course with something), to which we were offered bread as an appetizer for wine, we were shocked. Towards the end, when we, while paying, asked why the restaurant did not congratulate us, the waiter coldly replied that no one had told her and left. On the way out, we conveyed her words to the reception, we were offered to take the dessert with us, but it was not the dessert, but the spoiled festive mood, when leaving the cloakroom we were already offered to wait for a bottle of prosecco, now it began to resemble a bazaar, which only made the situation worse. For the stated level, such treatment of guests is not acceptable, even McDonald's is higher.
Very cool restaurant!
Fabulous restaurant! The food is delicious! We tried everything from each other! I especially liked the fish! Just a palace! There was a question about the check, but administrator Daria quickly resolved everything! She also gave us a tour, and just took amazing photos and even suggested angles😍and then she put us in a taxi and wrapped us in a blanket, I while the nursing mother and the baby were in her arms and it was raining. To the very heart 🏻we will definitely return with friends when we fly next time, but without children 😎

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
