The food is delicious.
I highly recommend the ramen, their specialty. Great mix of flavors from savory umami to sour. My wife got the jambalaya which was like an Asian fried rice with sausage, shrimp, and pork. We loved both dishes. Definitely an Asian influence.

Had a reservation and sat inside, we waited 10 mins before we were greeted. The server was nice, but because we sat there for so long we were ready to order drinks and food. Items started to slowly arrive, unfortunately we never saw our server again. We just ended up paying with the host and going. For context it was my partner's birthday, which was noted in the res. We we're interested in ordering more food and drinks but never got the chance. Also the place just looks old and tired...

Happy hour! Best on island!! The menu is extensive and delicious. The garlic noodles stand out. Outdoor seating. Really great value.
Be the first to ReplyI've been coming here for years.
Food is always, consistently outstanding! Great happy hour options too. A little short staffed during the Covid days but I'm happy to see better staffing and shorter wait times. Kevin was my server today and was absolutely outstanding. So positive and helpful. Thank you for providing the great service and amazing food options here in Kihei!

Food very good . They don't skimp like a lot of other restaurants. Friendly waiter and buss boy. Eat outside.

I always look forward to eating here when in Kihei, but I have to say every time I call or go in person, the host is very snarky and acts like we're annoying her. I never understand how people keep their jobs with such a bad attitude. It's very uncomfortable.
Be the first to ReplyGreat service, nice outdoor seating.
We came perfectly in time for happy hour (3-6pm) after landing. I got the Panko Crusted Ahi Roll and Coconut Crusted Fish Taco. Really liked the ahi roll -- it was super unique with the curry sauce. Hadn't had anything like that before. It had a lot of rice though. The fish taco was good too, but the fish could've been bigger, and it wasn't as special to me. But overall, good first meal on the island!

Coconut shrimp appetizer was very tasty. My friend ordered the Ramen-" too salty and so-so noodles. I had the chicken teriyaki, the driest smallest chicken breast I've ever had. The purple mashed yams were tasty. Needed more mango salsa. Finally we did enjoy the rainbow roll- very fresh fish, pieces were so big we had to dissect them to eat. Wishing we'd gone to the food trucks in back....

Great happy hour menu, good service, convenient area close to everything. Unfortunately no view, but otherwise good.

Kim was an excellent server; knowledgeable about all the menu items and very personable. Katsu chicken was great as well as the teriyaki chicken and the coconut calamari.

The food was exceptional. We r total foodies. I would recommend this for a date night. We celebrated our 40th anniversary there.

Went to Three's with my family and friends this evening before the Jim Gaffigan show and had a great time. Our server Sarah was awesome! We really enjoyed our time. Some of our favorite dishes included the beer can chicken, Mahi special, the salmon, and ginger macadamia nut crusted fish. The food was delicious and the service was great, so we will definitely be back soon!
Be the first to ReplyService was good, but the food was just not.
I had the poke with a papaya salad. The $20 poke, $24.95 if you ask for rice to make it a bowl, was tuna & raw onions with soy sauce. The papaya salad was the worst version of the dish I've ever had. A giant pile of flavorless, mushy papaya strings. It actually made me mad. My wife had kalua pork nachos, which were good but overpriced for the portion at $18. Bottom line, we spent over $100 to feed 2 adults & a kid (chicken fingers, good fries) with only 1 beer & 1.5 mai tais (happy hour are about half-sized). It was absolutely not worth it. Also, I spotted Guy Fieri's face spray painted on not one, but two walls from a 6 year old visit.
Be the first to ReplyFood was really good and filling.
Prices not too bad either. The location is a little hidden, but it was worth seeking it out!

Most of the tourist bars/restaurants in Kihei are very average. And this one was about the same. The salad I had was almost inedible. I ordered it with crispy chicken as the menu offered it as an add on. It was the weirdest thing I'd ever seen. It was like shoe leather wrapped around a slice of mystery meat slathered in a super hot tomato sauce. And they just sort of leaned it onto the side the salad. It was clear these things should never be together on one plate. My kids liked the chicken tenders. I left 90% of my food uneaten and the waiter didn't even ask if there was something wrong with it.

Good food, good drinks, nice place for a casual meal with ambience. Reservations preferred but we walked in and sat at the bar where it's open seating
Be the first to ReplyMade reservations for Happy Hour but really wasn't needed
Made reservations for Happy Hour but really wasn't needed when we went at 3:30 on a weekday. We sat at the bar and had friendly service by couple bartenders. We had apps/well drinks from hh menu. We started w/ the crusted Ahi roll which was really good but personally prefer wasabi/soy sauce over the fancy sweet sauce it was served with. Then we ordered the Kaluha pork nachos, delicious cilantro sauce, truffle oil which oddly was good on it, skimpy on pork but had enough touches we enjoyed. Next we ordered the hummus flatbread w/Greek salad on it, loved it!! So fresh tasty and healthy! Lastly hubby ordered one of the small $6 sushi rolls ( spicy ahi) and enjoyed that. Had a nice dining experience, food/drinks all good, definitely go back. Only complaint was the bar stools, far too low to feel comfortable at proper bar height and the seats were ripped, one was scary wobbly, bar definitely needs new stools!

Great food and great drinks and great happy hour! Definitely coming back when we're in town. Our hosts Sara was great, explained everything always checked up on us, even let us move to table that was in the shade after a party left and double checked with the front it wasn't reserved because the sun was in a few of our faces thank you for that Sara! & Megan at the front checking everyone in was great as well...Also I forgot to grab my credit card after we had left. Came back a few hours and they had it saved at the bar thank God! Such a friendly staff! Thank you for being so inviting.

This restaurant is OUTSTANDING! Several friends and I were looking for a place to have dinner, and we found our way here. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the food was fantastic! The trident roll was one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had, and the garlic noodles were prepared flawlessly! The salmon sashimi was perfect too! It was fresh and proportioned well. The Kahlua pork nachos are a must have! I highly recommend Three's Bar and Grill.

We sat outside with one other table and it took about 35 mins until we had our drinks. We didn't even end up ordering food we went next door because we didn't want to sit here for another two hours to eat from their VERY limited menu. If you skip this place you won't be missing anything.
Be the first to ReplyService was not good and food was okay.
It took a long time to get drink refills and our food was warm (not hot).
Be the first to ReplyFood/drink- we got so many things to share.
Flat iron steak, spicy chicken, shrimp tempura roll, garlic noodles, Brussel sprouts, shrimp, and fries. Food has good flavors and large portion sizes. Service- our server was attentive and professional. Vibe- great patio areas, lots of indoor seating, and fun vibe.
