It was absolutely phenomenal food, presentation. I got a tour of the kitchen by Chef Patrick himself. You can tell that there is such a high level of gastronomy. Nobody is really going to want to hear me ramble about food, so I'm just going to walk you all through this experience. First, when you walk in they take your jacket. You're welcome with a beautiful bouquet. Worth mentioning but not the highlight of the night. All of the staff welcome you as though you're a cousin or a family member. Then, you get ushered into the restaurant. They take your jacket. Not the most exciting, but a nice touch. As we were ushered to our table, we sat down. Our names were on the menu! They welcome you. OK. To walk you through the deliciousness... We started off with a potatoes crisp cannoli with a creamed salmon filling served on a non-edible stone. (Honestly skippable, but presentation was superb)Next was a tender pork belly in hoisin sauce in a kimchee pancake. So tender and phenomenal. The. Was a small cheese biscuit served with a delicious bisque on the side served in a double shot glass. So delicious. Next was from the part of the menu that you order from. I had the lagustino & caviar. My first time having lagustino. Literally the only reason I would go to Ireland. The appetizer. The Catalonia Styled Custard under the Water Foul Foie Gras was phenomenal as the the foie Gras deliciousness literally melted in my mouth.
