I had really high hope for this place but it just didn't hit the perfect mark for me.I decided to book this sushi spot after reading all the glowing reviews on Tripadvisor. While the sushi pieces were fresh, the tastes were nothing out of ordinary and it didn't stand out compare to other sushi joints in NYC.It was also very strange that they had 4 extra seats by the window, away from the sushi bar. So while they advertised them as sushi bar seats, you don't really get the full experience when you aren't seated by the bar.Lastly, the chef came around and showcased a big slab of fatty tuna (toro) and asked how we wanted it (sushi, sashimi, tartar). We asked if it was extra and he said you can order extra piece. I remember saying distinctively that I don't need the extra piece but we still got charged at the end. I think there was a communication gap where I thought our omekase came with at least one piece.Honestly, if you are in Stockholm, go try one of the modern Scandinavian restaurants. Save the sushi for Japan or NYC!
