I went for happy hour.
The best was the shrimp skewers and the beans. Drinks were ok! Maybe their main entrees are better
Be the first to ReplyThis is physically the worst food I have ever eaten, not
This is physically the worst food I have ever eaten, not the worst Mediterranean food just the worst food in general. Absolutely do not eat here or order this to go. My grape leaves were at least a week old and microwaved into solid bricks. The salad had spoiled cucumbers, the French fries were old. The hummus was not fresh and the chicken was not fresh or seasoned.
Be the first to ReplySecond time I have come to this restaurant after a SOBEWFF
Second time I have come to this restaurant after a SOBEWFF event as it is conveniently located in an area close to air of the events. Both times I have had a great experience. I made a reservation while on the beach getting in some sun after an early morning event. We were greeted and seated quickly. I love sitting outside by the pool, the tables are nicely shaded so you get a great ocean breeze. I tried the revenge of the Spartans as my drink- wow this was delicious and I would have all day! We started with the hummus trio- everything was yummy. I am a babaganoush lover and this one was pretty tasty. The pita was soft and they brought out a second round when they saw we devoured it with dips still left. My friend Denise had the falafel wrap as her main, it was pretty tasty- just remember to ask for extra sauce as it is a little dry- which she did. I had the lamb gyro- very tasty, lamb is well flavored, pita bread was soft. They no longer give you a Greek salad with the pita so keep that in my. My husband had the Branzino and loved it. I blinked and his plate was gone lol. We will come back here when in SOBE looking for a good meal and cool ambiance.
Be the first to ReplySummary: If you can't afford to go to Santorini, this spot
Summary: If you can't afford to go to Santorini, this spot is a great alternative! As always, I start with parking...for those of us that are brave enough to drive on these Miami streets! There isn't a great deal of parking nearby so I suggest valet all the way! Valet is very efficient and friendly...but expect typical south beach pricing. Now for the restaurant - beautiful decor. Like, you literally feel like your in Greece. The whitewashed walls with the blue accents really do resemble Santorini! The outdoor area by the pool is the best place to dine. We went for dinner so no one was swimming but I imagine in the day you have some folks with good bodies showing off in the water! We had a pre fix menu and all the items were really good. Sometimes Greek food is dry. This was not the case at Santorini. The kebabs and souvlaki were tender, very most and FULL of flavor! Chicken souvlaki was my fave followed by the lamb gyro. OH WAIT - how could I forget?! The octopus was to die for!!! So fresh like it just came out of the ocean!! The vibe at Santorini was also nice. If you order a bottle of champagne, they bring out our with sparklers and dancers so that makes for a very festive and fun vibe! Overall, this place is great!
Be the first to ReplyA diamond in the rough! Santorini is an amazing
A diamond in the rough! Santorini is an amazing Mediterranean style restaurant on Miami Beach. It gives you the luxury and style of south beach without excessive gratuity. It has a pool and beach entrance and the staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were also beautiful people. The food was amazing! I went during lunch but was told to come back during the evening because they have performers, fire breathers etc.
Be the first to ReplyWe had heard great things about this place and wanted to
We had heard great things about this place and wanted to try it out. Unfortunately, I would say it was overhyped.Food: 3/5We ate here during happy hour, so we ordered a bunch of different tapas. The food was good but pretty mediocre. However, the price was not bad, and the food was filling. My party of three ordered about 7 plates.Service: 5/5Our waiter served us right away, and our food was delivered quickly as well.Ambiance: 4/5This restaurant is actually a part of the hotel, so when seated outside, you are right next to the pool. There was no one swimming in the pool, but the setup is quite awkward. Additionally, parking is quite difficult to find at this time of day.Overall, our experience was okay, but it's a great spot if you're looking to walk along the beach after.

I had the falafel wrap with extra sauce on the side incase it was dry, it was not. Kate ordered a trio app and that was so yummy. Kate and Alex food that looked amazing they ordered the lamb gyro and Branzino, the fish entree. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. We got a Greek beer and a drink called the revenge of the Spartans, both amazing. We sat outside because it was a lovely day. I would go back.

The service at this restaurant is amazing, the staff is always friendly and courteous. Willing to help in anyway that they can. The food and presentations are always attractive and wonderful tasting. We have eaten here many times, and will continue to return.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing atmosphere.
Service is amazing and food is quality but what raises above all good qualities of this place is management and hospitality. Thank you for making my vacation special!
Be the first to ReplyEverything is amazing, the food, service and ambiance.
My first stop every time I go to Southbeach
Be the first to ReplyI never tried greek food before, and last week I found out
I never tried greek food before, and last week I found out about Santorini by Georgios and decided to give it a try! I really like lamb and when I saw that they have a couple of dishes with lamb I picked lamb gyro! OMG the lamb was so juicy! And it came also with french fries! It was a really big portion for great price!!!! I loved it!!!
Be the first to ReplyWe were a table of 14 and they were able to accommodate us.
They gave us a huge table outside where the entertainment was. (We we're behind the musicians but understandable). We ordered a bunch of things to try but the star of our meal was the mussels appetizer and the lamb chops. My boyfriend doesn't like to eat lamb because he says it's gamy but I had him try mines and he actually liked it. Not only was there no gamy sent but it was tender. I ordered medium rare but received it medium. I was going to send it back until I tasted it. It was chewy so I decided to stick with it. The portions here a little on the larger side so you might want to consider sharing. The service was good. Our table was super far from the bar so I felt back for our server every time he had to go get us a drink. Overall good experience.

Lamb chops and lamb gyro pita were amazing! Best we've had in Miami Beach! Service was good but not great

Very delicious authentic Greek food! They had live music and a belly dancer on Saturday.
Be the first to ReplyWe had lunch here but there were people smoking next to us
We had lunch here but there were people smoking next to us which spoiled the ambience. When we asked about smoking policy, we were informed that people can smoke outdoors, and they were nice enough to move us indoors. I wish the hostess had clarified that to us before we were seated because the outdoor space really looks like a continuation of the indoor place. The scales on the fish I had ordered were not properly removed, so that wasn't great to bite into scales. On the positive side, they were good with handling allergies, and service was good. Its not an inexpensive place, so for the price, it was a mediocre experience.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely Love This Restaurant! Friendly and prompt
Absolutely Love This Restaurant! Friendly and prompt service, delicious food, and Miami Beach vibe! Manager Minj is wonderful and so is her staff! Our server Danny this past Saturday was top notch. We are very happy with food and service and definitely will keep coming back.

Great food and great ambiance!I went with my friends and we felt like we were in Greece. The live music is great. And the food and service are also great.
Be the first to ReplyReally great place and could be 5 stars because the food is
Really great place and could be 5 stars because the food is actually delicious. We were seated outside and our lovely server was very attentive. We were just a little annoyed because our main entrees basically came out about 2 mins after the appetizers which was really weird. There were also a bunch of loungers that seemed out of place and like they should be removed during the dinner service and a ton of kids were running around the loungers. So it wasn't as romantic as we were hoping it to be. There was a beautiful belly dancer and food was really good. Only slight negative is they don't have a falafel in a pita option so I ended up just ordering the falafel appetizer. There's a falafel wrap but it's in a tortilla and at a Greek restaurant, you want pita. The falafel was also too dry. So almost there but a few things can be improved.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food, service, ambiance, and experience.
Food was so good and came out pretty quickly. The live music was what really set the vibe loved every minute of it. Another plus was that you could get vallet if you didn't wanna struggle to find parking. All I would change is our server be a little more enthusiastic about his job but overall great time.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a fun meal experience, dining poolside (by the evening
What a fun meal experience, dining poolside (by the evening lights) at this hotel-based restaurant! The waitstaff was pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed to be enjoying the evening as well.Early on in the meal, we were startled by the sound of a breaking dish...until we realized that for tables having some sort of celebration, they were screaming "Opa!" and smashing a dish for good luck. Happened multiple times throughout the night, and then of course everyone in the place got in the act of yelling (in celebration) as well. But enough about that...on to the meal! We ordered drinks, appetizers and several other platters for sharing around our three-person table. We started with a salad course, then saganaki and octopus ceviche and finally dishes of lamb chops and gyros. The courses began to arrive. The Greek salad was big enough for four people and had all the typical "goodies" in it with a light dressing on top.Later, the next (appetizer) course came. The saganaki was flamed tableside and served with grilled pita. The cold octopus ceviche was well-balanced and acidy served with chopped red peppers, onions, cilantro, lemon and lime.Lastly, the main course. Our friend's lamb chops were grilled and served with a small spinach salad and french fries. I thought the lamb was just slightly overdone, but the grilled flavor was pretty spot on. The lamb gyro platter came with thickly sliced lamb meat grilled alongside red onions, served with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, rice pilaf and french fries. Rice was nothing special, fries were perfectly crispy and the meat (along with pita) allowed us each to make small gyro sandwiches.A lovely evening was had by all, especially since our dining partner was a long lost (high school) friend of mine who I had not seen in almost 36 years!
Be the first to ReplyThis is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.
I want to go back every day, for every meal. Their Greek salad may be the best thing I've ever had. Seriously. Sit outside by the pool, order a cocktail, and watch the belly dancers. Not only is the food incredible, the ambience is one of a king. Also ming, the manager, is the sweetest lady on earth.Keep doing what you're doing guys!
Be the first to ReplyAll the staff were friendly, beautiful and wonderful.
The breakfast was big, so I couldn't eat it all. They also provide happy hour food and drink from 3 to 7 every day. The price is very good and the food is really good. I would like to come back next time when I stay at this hotel again
Be the first to ReplyMy husband and I had our favorite meal of our vacation here.
The food was incredible, the service was incredibly quick and attentive, and the live music was lovely. We got the meze plate as an appetizer and every dip was delicious. Whenever I'm back in Miami, I'll make it a point to come back here.
Be the first to ReplyFood okay, service AWFUL! We arrive early in a Saturday
Food okay, service AWFUL! We arrive early in a Saturday around 6 PM, the place is empty. We get a table outside and it takes our waiter, Tomas, over 15 minutes to come to our table and greet us. Our waiter would disappear for unprecedented amounts of time so it was difficult to order and get help when we needed attention. The chicken titti had absolutely NO FLAVOR! The only reason this plate was palatable was because of the ham and pineapple toppings covered in cheese. Will not be returning.
