Sadelle's Cafe Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Wonderful experience!
Sadelles is right off the Bellagio Conservatory. The service is top notch and food was great! It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth a visit.
Yummy Breakfast.
You'll find something on the menu for everyone. Go earlier than 8am if you're unable to attain a reservation.

The food was delicious! Thank you Mike for your great service! We will be back every morning of our trip here in Vegas!
Fantastic breakfast meal!
The menu is what drew us here for a breakfast/brunch along with the drinks menu. We eventually got a “conservatory booth” I think it was called but had the nice back drop. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food and drink was amazing. Superb Bloody Mary and had the smoked salmon tower with caviar. All the food that our group had looked amazing.
Excellent food and service.
The quality of my Scottish Lox was incredibly fresh and tasty. The blueberry pancakes were decadent! Kudos to the hostess, wait staff, Aris and the especially the bus staff. They were attentive to our needs. You will feel pampered during your epicurean feast.
So so
Not bad but not great either. Nice menu, good seating, yet quality wasn't the best. And the tap water had so much chlore in it I had to ask them to change it (residu of the washing machine?).
Ambiance is absolutely beautiful.
Food was delicious however the menu is very small, not a lot of options. Cocktails were decently priced. Service was fast. Make sure to make a reservation.
Good - 5 stars.
We are here multiple times during our stay and the food was always fresh and expertly prepared. The Sadelle's Tower was probably my favorite....salmon, bagel, cream cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, capers and dill. It was fresh! You can choose your type of fish. I also really enjoyed the Bellagio Benedict with Caviar. The hollandaise was scrumptious and the eggs were perfectly poached. Service - 5 stars Ambiance - 4 stars Reservations strongly recommended or you will most likely wait in line for a long time! We would definitely return here for breakfast or brunch.
We've been coming here for over 10 years and this place
We've been coming here for over 10 years and this place just keeps getting g better each time! The service, food and ambiance are very pleasing!

If we were just going off aesthetics and decorations and the views, this place would get 5 stars. The vibes of this place are amazing and I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Even if you don't want the garden seating, I would still recommend it just so you can skip the busy line that forms every morning. But with the quality of the food, it brings it down to 4 stars. While the food is good and served up all pretty, I don't think it's necessarily amazing and it's definitely not worth the price it's at. But idk maybe you are mostly just paying for the views.

"A beautiful experience"! This is our second attempt at eating here and we were successful without a reservation. The wait in line was about 20-25 minutes and nearing the end of our wait a staff member brought out some pink lemonade which was kind of them. Service: Fast, and chill. This restaurant is busy. The service in my opinion is down to a science. We were greeted by our server. Your drinks and food are brought by another. Both individuals checked in on us throughout. No complaints. Food: The presentation of the breakfast item was impeccable. My hubby had the signature breakfast. It's a lot of food for one person. The salmon, fruit, bagel, spread...everything was really tasty. We both made sandwiches with the items. I had a yogurt parfait that was tasty but again enough for too people. There's nothin jaw dropping about the items we consumed. The food was made well and we enjoyed our food. Ambiance: I mean what's there not to like. Even in a very crowded and busy restaurant I was able to have an intimate conversation with hubby and we enjoy ourselves. Final thoughts: Make a reservation, and enjoy the vibes.

Back in December 2023 was our first time eating at Sadelle's and everything was spectacular! We shared fries(forgot to take picture) which were great! I had Matzo ball soup which was delicious. My wife's main course was the Beverly salad, huge and fresh as can be, which she loved. I had the Garlic Chicken, juicy and the skin was crispy, again, delicious. Everything was completely on point! They're open daily, but only serving dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, really wish Sadelle's would go back to serving dinner 7 days a week. We'll definitely be going back. Sadelle's is fantastic!!
This was my favourite meal while in Vegas.
We really enjoyed the ambience as everything is very bright and cute. The coffee was really tasty and the house salmon with bagels and veggies was probably the best salmon I have ever had in my life. I cannot suggest this meal highly enough, the bagels were cooked to perfection and fresh, the salmon was so fresh and seasoned perfectly, everything went together so well. Cannot recommend it highly enough and will return any time I'm in Vegas! I would recommend going early for breakfast rather than brunch/lunch if you want a garden view table as this is difficult to secure even with a reservation otherwise. Thanks Sadelle's!
Lovely spot for a relaxed dinner
We wanted something nice but not over the top for our one evening in Vegas, since we had a long morning of travel. I was pleased Sadelle’s was a dinner option for us as it was a Friday night. The space was airy and bright, with a few birds chirping as they went by from the conservatory. There was a nice selection of options for dinner and all was done well. Service was very good. The kids opted for the “Strawberry Tall Cake” and it was both impressive and delicious. We all shared it evenly - rather a good value!
Nice recommendation at Bellagio
Excellent recommendation from chef Romain Cornu for the lunch today at Bellagio: Sadelle’s. The 2 of us had the Leo, the avocado toast, the French toast and the yogurt parfait. All was perfect!
disappointing service and food
My sister, myself and our 3 boys went to Sadelle's Las Vegas on Friday, 6/21 for a late lunch prior to our flight home. We made reservations weeks ago to ensure we could get a table at one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas. We have always had top notch service and food, but this time, the experience was so disappointing. When we walked in, the host who has worked there for years, was standing alone, so I approached her to ask what line we should be in for a reservation. She looked at me like I was a homeless person asking for a free meal. I was simply asking what line we should be in. I'm not sure if it was a matter of us having our 3 boys with us or what, but our server was completely rude and unengaging (even though we all ordered $30+ meals and drinks). He became frustrated when we asked what kind of sodas were available and seemed annoyed at the fact when it took our boys 10 seconds to decide what they would like to drink. The food fell completely flat. I ordered a tuna melt, which looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a grocery deli warmer all afternoon. It was terrible. Like, review worthy terrible. I was shocked. We saw the gentleman who filled our water more often than our server who never came by to ask how our food was. To be honest, we were very shocked at the experience and disappointed we wasted a meal there and also an uber ride to Bellagio when we could have gone anywhere else. I know there can be off days, but also, we tip on the service...isn't that what the tip is for? We are always willing to tip generously for great service, so our gratuity certainly was reflected in the lackluster service and poor food taste and presentation. It might be time to give some of your staff that run around after your servers a chance to make some more $ and let them take over if your current serving staff isn't interested in giving great service to every table.
Sadelle's, excellent restaurant.
Excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, brunch. Attractive ambiance with attentive service. The menu is varied and should suit most tastes.A few of the items my wife and I ordered included omelettes, huevos rancheros, pancakes, salad and french toast. All of them are worthy of ordering again. The food, service and ambiance deserve a high rating, but the hostesses deserve an even higher rating. Their competence and efficiency are exemplary. I have limited mobility. Their caring attention with a smile was greatly appreciated.Individually, they are outstanding. As a team, their teamwork magnifies their professionalism. Myer M.
Must Eat
Perfect place for breakfast/brunch. Chef Minesh is incredible. Best place in Vegas for breakfast. Cant wait to go back for a lunch and or dinner
Lovely casual dining experience in a pretty restaurant
Came here for brunch and loved the pretty decor and the light and airy venue. We were quickly seated and made to feel welcome. Our meals were tasty and service was very efficient. This is a lovely venue right next to the Bellagio conservatory so well worth a visit. The coffee was the best we tasted during our time at the Bellagio.

My visit to Sadelle's in Las Vegas, located inside the Bellagio Hotel, was a memorable brunch experience. The restaurant's setting within the Bellagio Hotel is truly stunning, adding to the overall ambiance of the dining experience. I had the best Cobb Salad in my life, the pancakes were also delicious. Of course, can't forget about the bloody mary's. While the brunch at Sadelle's was delightful, I did encounter some challenges with the service. The pace was a bit slow, and our server seemed to forget our drink orders at times. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was positive and exceeded my previous visit to Sadelle's in Miami. I would recommend Sadelle's in Las Vegas for a brunch outing, keeping in mind that the service may be a bit slow but the overall experience is worth it.
Love brunch here.
The last visit we split the salmon bagel and I got a side of their tuna salad that was so tasty! Love sitting at the bar watching all the action behind the scene. The triple decker sandwich is really tasty and a huge portion. Good food, great service!
An extremely lovely restaurant--especially for brunch!
An extremely lovely restaurant--especially for brunch! Beautifully appointed, excellent views (both inside and out!), a nice selection of menu items, and great service. I tried several things and enjoyed it all! Love having such a high class choice for a casual meal in the extravagant Bellagio!

We had lunch today and the food was amazing, but best of all Kathy Winne was fabulous, she was attentive, knowledgeable, fun, and so kind! Best bartender/server we have encountered in a long time! Go to the bar and ask for Kathy!
Very over rated and over priced !
Totally overrated. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and checked in. The walk up line had 10 groups at least and they proceeded to seat two groups (one 3 and one 4 people) at tables overlooking the conservatory gardens. 10 minutes later they sat us in front of the kitchen. Our waiter had no interest, and said he would bring us just water because that’s all we wanted (I had asked for the cocktail menu - so I had to ask twice). Grapefruit brûlée was overpriced $16- half a grapefruit with torched brown sugar, French onion soup very was very average. My salmon bagel was good but I think that’s hard to mess up. Total bill for two with one cocktail and with tip $100. At the end I asked the waitress why walk ins get better tables, she was nice but said it was the waitresses who help seat. There was a lovely table overlooking the pool for 3 folks they never seated anyone at. I left extremely disappointed - it’s smoke and mirrors, like a Disney theme park (that’s the feeling I got) the staff didn’t look happy to be there, I know because I watched them go in and out of the kitchen the whole time. don’t understand the high ratings. I would not return.
Wow!!! This place was located inside the Bellagio hotel.
The restaurant had a tea party garden in front of the restaurant. Busy but picture worthy background. There was a walk in line! Not bad for a popular brunch, line went at a decent pace. Eric was our server provided excellent customer service. He made great recommendations. The coffee was delicious. I had the fried chicken. On the menu it said it isn't available until after 3pm but was able to order. My friends had the eggs and ham Benedict and the house salmon with everything bagel. Not pictured was the sticky bun and cheese danish we took Togo and forgot to take a picture before eating it later. We did have a sticky bun at the restaurant it had a flaky crunch as if it was a croissant and a cinnamon bun mixed together. My favorite would highly recommend. When you take food Togo they give you a high quality Bellagio bag. You must try this place and have the sticky bun
Absolutely love Sadelle's.
Best breakfast/lunch and perfect ambience. Aris was our server and he is always on top of everything. Refills drinks before you even ask for it. Amazing spot.
We make sure we come for breakfast at Sadelle's every time
We make sure we come for breakfast at Sadelle's every time we come to Las Vegas. The last couple of times we were lucky to have Aris as our waiter. He is a fantastic waiter in a very busy environment! The food is always good here. Highly recommended!
The perfect place for the Vegas breakfast after a long
The perfect place for the Vegas breakfast after a long night out partying. The food and service were excellent. We especially loved the eggs Benedict and the blueberry pancakes. Aris, our server, was excellent.
Best breakfast in Las Vegas!!
Absolute favorite breakfast spot in Vegas. Portions are huge, the food is amazing and the service is outstanding!! The hosts are out of this world. They really know how to move the lines and get you seated fast! Our absolute favorites are Lizette and Beth - these ladies are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They remember us from visiting months ago (by name!!!), they know what type of table we like who are favorite servers are - just outstanding individuals! Always great to see them!!
Hilda, our server, was terrible.
She had horrible attitude from the beginning. She rushed us for no reason, stood over us to see how much we would tip as well. Even though the food was good and the ambiance were great, Hilda's attitude really ruined our experience. The bussers were really nice as well.

Best french toast best steak and eggs yes just go make a ressy!!!!! You won't be sorry
Tasty Brunch!
This restaurant is an ideal spot to get a tasty meal, especially when you’re staying at the Bellagio! We dined here twice during our stay & never disappointed. My triple sandwich on day one was amazing & my breakfast was very tasty on the final day. Staff were friendly & efficient.
Very nice Breakfast / Lunch
Just checked into the Bellagio and needed to eat. We had a very fine breakfast/lunch. Food was very good! Would visit again!
Walked right in as a solo with no reservation
The food was just OK. I really feel like they share the kitchen of the buffet and brought me a croissant and some lukewarm potatoes. The service was good and the atmosphere is beautiful.
SO DISAPPOINTING.
Had a reservation and still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Server then took about 20 minutes to first come to our table. Food wasn't of great quality, just average anywhere else. Server nor management (who just walked around) never came to check on us once our order was placed and food came out. Felt very much like a tourist trap.
Great...please go...
It was sooooo good. Enjoy every time I go Vegas. Make sure to get a reservation or you will be standing in a long line.
Nice restaurant - not worth a long wait! Go for the decor / ambiance and location in conservatory
I will start our review with saying they have a regular waiting line and then a priority line for people with MGM gold/silver status, etc. They do not monitor the regular waiting line to ensure that they are actually moving it along. We asked someone who said they waited an hour when we got in the regular line...it took 2 hours on a saturday morning! Once in we had to wait over 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive and it wasn't very hot. It's a beautiful setting in the conservatory and the restaurant has a nice ambiance, very traditional in decor. The wait staff were nice and courteous. The bloody mary's were good but perhaps not spicy enough. Their food was good, not incredible. They need a better method to notify people - they should do what other restaurants do, take your phone number and text you so that you can wander around while you wait, not stand in a line. They could also update you on how long you have to go.
Thanksgiving nightmare
Absolutely disappointed - place was beautiful to look at but that is where it stops Service bad took over 40 mins for food to arrive and it was cold - was told they didn’t do bread with soup when I asked for some - chips looked gorgeous but were freezing chicken was tasteless the only tasty item was the coleslaw I want my food hot I’m afraid people 🙈 Do not go if you are having a special occasion

The site doesn't have resources to properly execute a reservation transfer. Some places allow it however the best bet is to open a chat on the listing from the seller and communicate there

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
