Excellent nigiri and service!! My husband and I were craving sushi while we were in London for a wedding, and this hit the spot.
Expensive but you get what you pay for.
Service was absolutely amazing. Even though my friend kept showing off their Japanese language skill which makes it very uncomfortable for everyone especially for our Japanese wait staff, they still maintain exceptional service. Fish quality is top notch but not every fish are fly from Japan. Not because they skim on the quality but because not everything's from Japan is at best quality. I appreciate that and their ownership on it. They really try to make it the authentic Japanese experience with the minimalistic decor. You can tell they put effort in bringing you the true experience with a touch of sophistication and luxury
table location spoiled it for me
we were a group of 5, beautiful weather were told outdoor was full which was clear, indoors was ok, but the took us down / basement level, a very good sized dining area beautifully set , but we were given a table in a cove , literally we were alone, no one is down, but they insisted we sat aside in the cave , dimmed lighting we had a good lunch the food was great, sushi, sashimi, fillet .. all was exceptionally good service was amazing its just the table location, and the basement was all the time empty bathrooms very clean
A decent place with a weird service
The service was a bit confused and because of the interns serving sometimes awkward. Wine by glass wasn’t as good as it should be for that kind of restaurant. Food was good and nicely served. Overall a positive experience, but not overly pleasing

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
