Excellent taste experience
Very good cuisine and excellent cellar. The taste buds leave here happy, with an excellent food/wine pairing. We are dealing with real catering professionals.
Hats off to Chef Duca!
We were at the table of 6/8, next to the open kitchens. It was a treat to watch Chef Duca's young team working happily and professionally behind their stoves. The map is simple. But we feel that the products have been carefully selected. The result on the plate is splendid, excellent, original, for the eyes and the taste buds. The wine list and its sommelier are also up to par, particularly in terms of originality and modernity. Special mention to the desserts, which bring together multiple flavors, and give a more than successful final touch to the Rooster's work. Chef Duca hat.
A slight disappointment
Warm, professional and no-nonsense welcome and service, just the way we like it. The setting is a little cold for my taste, not a fan of the blue neon lights which remind me more of a disco bar than a good table. The menu is super tempting, we want to taste everything. The products are of very good quality. However, I cannot suppress this feeling of disappointment. Maybe the expectations were too high? Still, none of the plates, although served without fault, will have fully convinced me, let alone charmed me. We can sense the taste of tarragon with the veal tartare where we would have liked to be whipped, the sweetbreads disappear under the telluric power of the celery puree (very good by the way), we search without finding the aromas of the fig in the “fig” dessert. We had a lovely evening. But the memory we will keep, apart from the bill being much clearer than the flavors on the plate, will not be gastronomic.

very optimized
Once again doubtful about this type of restaurant (especially when the name of the chef is attached to the name of the restaurant). The marketing concept is well-oiled and optimized. The service is quite fast and well timed (we are optimizing). That said, for a business lunch it’s appreciable. The staff are charming. The card is quite thin (we optimize). On the other hand, I expected my taste buds to celebrate. It was good, beautiful, well prepared but no feast for the taste buds. The wine list is nice but way too expensive. Our Montlouis was still a little young (and acidic) in the 2021 vintage. “No room in the cellar to age the wines a little” we were told. But why put this label on the map then?!
A pleasant local restaurant with some gourmet menu choices
It is away from the standard tourist locations and busy restaurants and is a true local choice. They speak English and have an English menu. The menu choices are delicious and feel like they are a gourmet restaurant. It is a great experience with also excellent wines by the glass. We enjoyed the atmosphere enormously and would return again.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
