Excellent service, trendy space
Excellent service! The front desk team was very accommodating to us when our flight was delayed- James in particular. We will not hesitate to return to other Roost locations in the future! Consider this for your next hotel accommodation
Hip Hotel
I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel, along with this neighborhood, made me fall in love with Tampa. Easy in and out parking garage, steps from great food and events (attended a concert), and THE 7th-FLOOR was my absolute fav thing about the hotel (pool, gym, coffee, outdoor work area, outdoor lounge area).
Location
Everything was within walking distance. I enjoyed all the restaurants and everyone was very friendly and helpful don't go on spring break. I meet a lot of people but for me so crazy in the downtown Tampa.

Zaniyah , Josette and Ryan were the most selfless, accommodating and kind people we met during our stay the whole staff was great but these three made our experience unforgettable. I have stayed in many accommodations during my trips to Tampa and this staff was the best by far
Great location and room, lacking service and warmth; expensive!
We had two rooms, a one bedroom and a studio, for a week. The rooms are nice and spacious and have a good layout. There’s everything you need in the room. There’s no housekeeping unless you stay longer than a week. Parking and arrival was a bit of a mess and I would have appreciated more information prior to showing up. There isn’t anywhere to stop and unload and no one to help you unload your bags. We called and were told to head to the parking garage. You park on the 6th floor and then have to head through hallways and the building’s elevators (shared between apartment and hotel). With 3 adults, a baby, and lots of luggage, it was a real pain. The hotel’s location is a huge positive. We ate at really great restaurants, all walking distance (Lilac, Noble Rice, Wagamama). There’s a grocery store on the block too. We also enjoyed walking distance to the aquarium and wharf. A slight downside (for us at least) was the road closures each night for events at the arena next door. You can still get in and out of the parking garage, but it takes a while longer. We didn’t really get any service or warmth from the staff and perhaps we had higher expectations for this property than appropriate. I called the morning of our arrival asking if they could text or call me when our two rooms were ready, so we could head over to the property (we had an early flight in). I was told they’d call me and then I never heard back. I asked in person and called about having the water jug in the fridge replaced and was told they would, but then it never happened. We had to ask three times for a one hour late checkout. With two rooms booked for a week, we really weren’t asking much, but the initial response was that they were fully booked and we needed to be out by 11am (even though check in isn’t until 4pm). All in all, this is a great, albeit expensive option. For us, location and room quality (full kitchen, washer dryer, etc.) were huge wins for our family with a baby. The downsides were cost and service. We probably won’t return to Tampa. If we do, I’d consider staying again, but I’d also explore other options.
Amazing Find
This hotel is amazing! It comes with so many amenities esp the 1 bedroom. You could easily function here with out purchasing any restaurant food! The kitchen is super functional with many items. Also the bed was very comfortable. The excellent stay! Highly recommend!
Very helpful front desk staff
The front desk staff are absolutely amazing and work very hard to make sure that you’re comfortable, especially James. The rooms are clean and the kitchens have everything you would need on vacation. I would love to see them have a restaurant on site and perhaps a small shop where one could purchase any forgotten items like toothbrushes.
Excellent 5 Star Plus Accommodation
We had the most exceptional stay at Roost. Great location, every little detail was looked after. The space was great, closet was huge, felt like home not a hotel, kitchen fully equipped, beds were very comfortable, the 7th floor common sharing space, gym, pool all beautiful, spotless. The staff were friendly, helpful, security was top notch. There is not a thing I would change. We will be back anytime we are in Tampa again. I will only stay at Roost in Tampa, thank you for exceptional service and 5 star plus accommodation!
Incredible!
My family and I stayed in a 2 bedrock room. We brought my mother in-law and our 5.5 month old son. My wife and I went out on the town and to a concert, while our mother watch our son. The room was perfect for us and since it had a living room it was perfect for our family. We truly felt like we were home.

Elida, Christina, Glenn, and Savannah make you feel like family when you’re at the hotel. They pay attention to the details that make a stay 5 stars. From towels at the pool to keeping the facility clean and asking how your day is when running into you. All around GREAT group of people that make this the best place I’ve stayed in Tampa.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕
