Road trip
Overall the hotel was pleasant nice atmosphere good service the establishment was well cleaned and sanitized the only problem is there should be a more larger variety in the breakfast department other than that my trip went well

Good pizza
We ordered the Bruce Banner and the Margherito. They were both good. Ingredients fresh and crust perfectly done. Would definitely order from here again.

Some of the best pizza we’ve had. Had the bee sting - fabulous; the millennium falcon- excellent and the margarita which was just ok. Cool vibe and funky atmosphere. Desserts were got. They now take reservations which is great. Close to subway.

Underwhelming. Didn’t live up to the type at all. The margarita was undercooked. Sauce was tasteless. Crust was just ok.

Best brick oven pizza in the 5 Burroughs! Even my 4 year old grandson couldn’t get enough. Robertas had found a new regular.

We sat outside after ordering pizza inside. The atmosphere is good and the staff is very good. Pizza was excellent.

Anyone who knows me would inform you that Im not exactly "hip and with it." But this place created that illusion for me. The atmosphere, complete with floor to ceiling graffiti and hipster waiters, made me feel as though I had stumbled upon a hidden treasure, only open to the coolest of the bunch. In fact, I spent so long taking selfies in their bathroom that I could hear customers complaining about me outside! Talk about recognition! Their pizza was delicious, thin, and artisanal. I ordered cucumbers as an appetizer and they delivered the sour flavor I was craving that day. Thank you Roberta's for a stellar lunch.

Had a disappointing experience here. After waiting 50mins for our pizza, it was clear they lost/gave away our order because the server running takeout order distribution had to ask what pizzas I had order and they were calling out order numbers 5-6 customers after ours with pizzas ready. A minute later a woman came out and says “it’s going to take 10 more minutes alright?” It was rude and I had not been pushy about my order taking long. The server noticed me still waiting and had asked me for my order number several times while trying to sort things out, so I felt it was completely unnecessary for her to come out, having never spoken or hearing from me, with that attitude. I gave her a look that said “ok, i guess,” (because what am I going to do - say no? I had been waiting 40mins already, we had friends who already received their orders, and I know it take 8-10mins to fire a pizza. Nothing I say is going to speed that up.) and she spits out “well it’s going to have to be ok.” and waved her hands dismissing me.
After we finally got our pizza, my friend asked if they would comp them considering it took so long and had to remake them. The server got this lady again (I’m guessing she’s a manager but sure doesn’t act like it) and she came out and started yelling at us that “You got your food! We don’t refund you if you got your food.” in front of all the other customers waiting. It was just a truly rude experience. I know restaurants are understaffed, staff are stressed, and dealing with a surge of people re-emerging to eat out - but we all just need to be kinder to each other. I don’t know what crap she had to deal with before today, just like she doesn’t know what I have dealt with either - it’s not nice to just dump on people. I want to have empathy but other reviews here and on Facebook seem to point to a similar problem. This is something the restaurant should take seriously because she’s tarnishing the brand and representing the restaurant poorly.
