we have come here a few times but tonight we ended up not even staying the night and just driving home, the windows were filled with handprints from people having sex against them, the room was dirty and when we called the front desk nobody picked up, called several times, sucks, this used to be our spot

We used love this casino unlike many others, but it has gone down hill since the lockdown. Some of the clientele is a little questionable. My family and I really liked that the air felt clean unlike many others. Red Rock has now joined the thick Smokey casinos. Catering to the smokers and those that don't mind second hand smoke. Disappointing.l and not interested in returning.

The Good: -Comfortable rooms, beds, large bath tub, great view of the strip and mountains -Lots of good restaurants - Loved the Mexican spot, Yard house happy hour was great, -Love that they have the option of movie theater, bowling and gambling -My seven year old enjoyed her time at Kids quest - $14 per hour with option for the kids to order food -Valet was free for us and anyone who visited which was great The not so great: -Pricy - April 2024 room rate as high as $441, $324, $259 etc in addition to a Resort fee of $51 per night -Pool closed early for our liking - 10am to 6pm. Wish they were open later -Ordered surprise cupcakes and bday balloons which were place in room. TY! Although the cupcakes were dry and not good :(

Although we have stayed at other Station Casinos, this was our first time at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, and it was a 5 Star experience. It is located near the Summerlin area, which gives you an opportunity to also venture nearby to other restaurants and things to do. We loved the pool, the selection of restaurants at differing price points, and reasonable limit games and drink prices while not gambling. If you are into Keno and Bingo, the Red Rock has those low investment games as well. The customer service was great everywhere we ventured to including the restaurants, bars, and hotel itself. Regarding the hotel, the check in was a breeze, and staff members were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in King room with strip view. The room was clean and spacious. We had no issues with our room whatsoever. Customer service was also very good at the pool, and the pool area is fantastic by the way. It was refreshing to stay away from the strip, and if you do, I suggest the Red Rock. In fact, after this experience, I don't think I will ever stay on the strip again.

We were leaving Vegas after a soccer tournament and headed to California. We had been staying on the strip and wanted something quieter and further out of the city. We found a deal at the Red Rocks on the Hopper app. The Red Rocks Resort was really beautiful. The property was gorgeous and in such good location. There were tons of pools and hot tubs (weren't all open yet and even though they said "heated" weren't really). There is a kids club and an arcade on property, as well as the casino and spa. Plenty of dining options on property as well. We wanted to go to Lotus of Siam because it had such a stunning atmosphere but our kids weren't feeling it. The room was a huge step up from our strip hotel. The bathroom had a huge, deep tub. Our daughter actually took a nice hot bath (after she came back disappointed with the temperature of the hot tubs down at the pool). The toilet had its own closet, which if you've shared a hotel room with kids you know how much of a win that is. There wasn't a microwave, fridge or coffeemaker (which is typical of Vegas rooms). Mini bar and in room snacks for purchase though. The beds were comfortable and the entire room was very clean and spacious. We would be happy to stay here again when we're in Vegas next time.

This place is amazing! In my opinion it puts the Las Vegas strip to shame as its so clean, upscale/fancy and has all the things you are looking for in a casino without the dirtiness of the regular Las Vegas Strip. It is located approximately 20-25 minutes west from the strip, but it is an absolutely beautiful space. So well maintained and clean! There is a ton of parking conveniently right outside. They have an amazing outdoor pool with private cabanas and daybeds for those that are staying at the hotel. Their rooms are also new and very luxurious. There are ample restaurants and bars to choose from, including the Rouge room which is Parisian inspired inside (so cool)! They also have a spectacular high roller area. Five stars for everything here! I can't wait to come back again soon!

Had an amazing experience and was blown away with how Beautiful the entire property was. I stayed in a signature king suite and it exceeded our expectations. The spa was a little packed, but that's expected at 10am soo can't blame them. The food was incredible from the room service to the sushi down stairs. I really enjoyed the quality and convenience, it's not often you get both. The staff is very well trained in each department. The REDROCK beats strip casinos in everything.

We're local and booked a room as we have wanted to stay here for awhile now. Being local this is our favorite place to gamble. Our room appeared clean at first however my husband noticed a slimy, clear gel like substance on a nightstand. You can probably imagine what that was. Then at 4 AM the alarm clock across the hallway started going off and never stopped. We checked out early and notified the front desk. Instead of apologizing to us, she called housekeeping and apologized to them for having to go turn it off. Overall this is a great casino but the hotel experience was lacking.
Be the first to ReplyThe hotel doesn't provide very good service in my opinion.
I needed access to a computer, and the business center was supposedly "flooded," but I was told by one of the workers they were making renovations. Maybe it was flooded, but I heard conflicting stories. I then went to the concierge desk and pleaded to use any computer to access iCloud to brick my iPhone because somebody stole it from the bar, but was told it's the hotels policy not to allow guest to use any computer other than the ones in the business center. Then she told me "maybe you can go to the local library." Not sure how many local library Las Vegas has, but there wasn't one near Red Rocks. For the most part the staff seemed indifferent to the guests. I'm not sure if it's a post covid blah attitude that I've seen other places, but staff did not seem very interested in helping me or other guests in the interactions I witnessed. Since I didn't have a phone, I wasn't able to get a lyft or uber and there were no taxi cabs at the hotel. I asked the doorman if he could help me find a taxi and the only response was a shrug. He didn't even bother to say "no." It came off as disrespectful and indifferent. I was beginning to think it was just me, but I saw other people experience the same customer service. The hotel is nice and close to shopping and the minor league baseball team, as well as the Golden Knights training facility. I'll never return, but others may have had much better experiences than I did. I wouldn't recommend it to family or friends. I thought Vegas was about customer service, but this establishment was the opposite. It was almost as if it's the hotels policy to treat guests like they're a nuisance. On a positive note, the room was nice, and restaurants were good. I won't be returning.

Great casino! Had a great time there last night watching a movie at their theater. They have a lot of food options and a lot of variety for gambling machines.

Stayed here for a business convention back at the end of January - omg time is flying by....First - note this Casino Resort is a bit off the beaten path - NOT near the strip or downtown. That said, it has everything one needs to relax in Vegas. There are several restaurants that range from easy/fast/affordable to luxury. The Noodle Shop is fantastic, the T Bones steakhouse is incredible - had the Bison Mignon and it was PERFECT. The pasta at the Osteria Fiorella was divine.Meeting rooms were luxurious. Bedrooms were up to par for the expectations we had of a resort. And the Casino was one the locals would frequent!overall a great first experience for me.

This place is totally dishonest & deliberately FALSE advertising for their high status players. There is absolutely ZERO benefits at all. They do not give any free bets. They claim to give priority status for lines at cashiers & gift days but they do not do what they say. I have higher status with Boyd, Rampart, True Rewards & Club One. I do get free food & free bets from all those EXCEPT for station. There is absolutely zero reason to come to red rock or santa fe or green valley. Boulder is in the ghetto. You get nothing & false benefits of line priority. The Chairman & President line for gifts are longer than the regular line. They call the regular line before Chairman/President. When I ask the employee, she said it depends on the person. The customers in line were questioning why the Chairman/President status line was longer too. The facility at red rock is nice but the benefits are garbage/lies/non existent. I talked to a manager & all he said was that's another department. No reason to give this casino any action at all.
Be the first to ReplyWe love this place.
We went to Vegas for my husband's birthday and we stayed one night on the strip and 2 nights here....we now are never staying anywhere else. The rooms were spacious, the staff were so friendly, the restaurants were amazing, and between the casino, pool, movie theater, and bowling alley there was always something to do. We Ubered downtown when we wanted to go but honestly, we didn't need to leave the resort. The views were awesome. We joked about wanting to move in! The prices of food and drinks compared to the strip was so nice. The air filter works because you barely smell smoke! If you are thinking of booking stop reading now and go book it!!
Be the first to ReplyThis review is as a resort guest at a company conference.
Overall the resort exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall appearance. There is a lot to do in the hotel - they have a casino, restaurants, bowling alley, movie theater and more. It's also quite close to downtown sumerlin where there are more restaurants and shopping. The conference rooms are plentiful and large if you have a conference. The only complaint is their in house catering is quite terrible. I hated almost every meal.
Be the first to Replydont go here, you will lose a lot of money, its rigged.
believe it or not, they do anything to stop and break your lucky trend, they watch you on cam.you win 3 hands in row, they switch dealers on you every 5 minutes.
Be the first to ReplySpent two days, those days were absolutely worth it.
Beautiful rooms; big, clean, well thought out, great dining and the slots were accommodating. Did I leave rich? No, not even, but I did have coin in my pocket.

Restaurants were great and fully staffed. I won more than I lost at casino. Beautiful view from room. Red Rock Casino resort exceeded our expectations!

It is so beautiful here!!! The moment I walked through the doors it had a beautiful aroma, it was a nice scent that smelled fresh and it was very strong too. That's definitely the first thing I noticed. I also noticed the big waiting area downstairs with gorgeous light fixtures on the ceiling. I really wish I could stay overnight here one day, it's very pricey but I'm sure it's worth experiencing. I came here for the Fingerlicking Foodie Tour so I'm glad I at least got a glimpse of this gorgeous resort.

First off, Red Rock is my favorite resort in town, so it's disappointing to have to give this review. I've really been frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my recent application for credit. I submitted the app online and as requested came into the casino to provide my ID to complete the process. I was told the process wasn't complete and that someone would be in touch, which did not happen. I then placed a follow up call nearly a week later, left a message and still have not received any calls regarding the status of my app. Ordinarily this wouldn't be too big of an issue however this time it is because I've been planning a staycation at Red Rock but I need to know what's going on with the app first!
Be the first to ReplyI have enjoyed every stay I've had here.
I understand some of the reviews saying it's hard to win here, but it seems like it's hard to win everywhere. Just gotta be lucky. I've been able to stay in a comped room, and was upgraded to a suite for half the normal price offered. I like the food options they have, and enjoy the option to watch a movie, go bowling, or take the kids to the arcade. I'm bummed to read so many negative reviews, hope it turns around.
Be the first to ReplyI've been staying with Red Rock resort several times now
I've been staying with Red Rock resort several times now because we love their pool. They are more kid friendly compared to most other resorts on the strip. Most of times, we are pleased with their quality but not this last time.Customer service to check-in is lovely and getting around the resort is ok. The rooms are all called "luxury" and it's a little bit of an upgrade compared to the average hotel room. It must be quite the challenge to clean and prep each room to "luxury" standards but every time we stay the showers are a bit grimy. The last time we stayed, there was more than just a little grime in the corners. There was old caked on soap from previous guests. Yikes. When we lie down on the beds to finally rest our worn and exhausted bodies, my husband sinks a foot into the mattress. For some reason, our mattress in this room seemed to sag significantly. So much even that he had to lie in the middle of the bed so he wouldn't roll out of bed. Where did that leave me? At the very edge of course trying not to roll into the mattress sinkhole. At the end of the night, both our backs were sore and we didn't have much of a "luxury" night experience. But why didn't we request a different room? Well, my little kids in the adjacent bed were already deep asleep. The next morning, I mentioned the problems of our room. The response I got was "I am sorry, we replaced all the mattresses last year." After that we were done checking out and done talking about the subject. She wasn't rude or unprofessional. There was just nothing she could do to make our unpleasant night more pleasant. If we were staying for more than one night, I would have demanded another room. Now I am not so sure whether I want to book their "luxury" rooms again. Maybe I'm just done with Vegas resorts and need to stay in hotels instead. This has been our first experience with sore backs at the Red Rock Resort. I don't expect them to go on their knees and kiss my feet. However, an apology in the form of a partial refund for a shitty room would be nice.

Recently went to Red Rock for a staycation! Was there 2 nights 3 days. Housekeeper never came and when we called for clean towels the didn't show up until after we took our showers! Went to pool asked for tap water and was told that they did not bring you water you could go to bar but they could sell bottled water for $5. Are they in financial trouble that they have to charge you for water!

Beautiful resort! The rooms are a great size, the staff is friendly and accommodating and the pool area is beautiful. The only downside is the pool hours - Closed at 7pm? If you're in town for a conference or anything during the day, you won't have a lot of time to enjoy the pool. Also, don't plan on using the fridge in the room - It's pre-filled with expensive items. Other than those two minor things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

To start out, the rooms were very clean but they had no microwave and the fridge didn't fit my water bottle. The service was nice and so were all the attractions. Although, just when walking through the entrance from the parking garage, it was like a walk of cigarette smoke hit you. You could tell they tried to cover it up but it was gross and everywhere you went you could smell a hint of it.
