Good food and we had a great experience.
I don't feel an urge to go back anytime soon, but it is definitely worth checking out at least once.
Be the first to ReplyThe food was phenomenal.
All the dishes are so unique and flavorful. Now I completely understand why it is so hard to get a reservation.
Be the first to ReplyBeen here twice now, luckily.
While it's a little loud, the ambiance is great. The service is always impeccable and I can't say I've ever had a bad dish there. The food is well worth the fight to get a reservation.
Be the first to ReplyI went in a Monday at 5pm.
I've also had the privilege of having Robbie personally cook for me. I'm not sure if it was off but I felt everything was overly umami that I tried. The shrimp noodles was hoping to be like his pop up dinner but it wasn't the same. I had the cucumber salad which was too vinegary and not very enjoyable. The bao buns were probably my favorite but again the sauce was overpowering umami. And I like umami. The ramen took to go and it was good but had a little too much going on for my liking. Overall it was a pleasant experience but I don't know if I'll Be back. The reservation process is horrific. I feel they are squeezing out good business with that model. But it seems to be busy so they must be doing something right.
Be the first to ReplyIt was different! But I liked it.
The ramen definitely leaned towards the Italian part of the restaurant but still really tasty. The glaze on the calamari was bomb and gyoza was very cheesy but wasn't a huge fan of it
Be the first to ReplyFood was incredible, vibe was great.
Such an interesting combination but it works well. The carbonara and the bao buns are a must have
Be the first to ReplyI was very skeptical of this place because it is very hyped
I was very skeptical of this place because it is very hyped up and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the service quick but every dish was delicious. The sauce used for the clams and calamari were to die for. The shrimp scampi ramen was also a top dish - my group and I wound up ordering a second because we loved it so much. Tough to get a reservation, I'd recommend setting up alerts through Resy, but once you do, GO! It's a great spot
Be the first to ReplyIncredible experience.
The food, the atmosphere, the staff are the best. Our waiter did a great job explaining the menu and the specials. They took note of our food allergies. Can't say what I liked the best because I loved everything. I highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyAmbiance is cool, hip spot.
Definitely good for a date night or night out with friends. Service was good, everyone was friendly. We didn't wait more than a few minutes to be sat at our table. The servers were all kind and helpful in deciding what to order. Because we ordered one of the specials the chef came to over to the table, he was so fun and definitely elevated the experience! The menu is unique which is what was so exciting for me. Italian + Japanese combo. We splurged for the truffle pasta special which was delicious but probably not worth the extra money. All of the food was good, nothing bad to say, but for the price nothing to brag about. It is BYOB so dont forget your wine or cocktails if you plan on having alcohol! Overall, I would say, if you can snag a reservation this place is worth trying!
Be the first to ReplyI heard all the hype about this place.
I was lucky enough to snag a reservation. I just say this place is OVER HYPED and OVER RATED. The concept is cool having an Italian and Asian fusion cuisine but the price and the portion size don't add up. My girlfriend ordered a Chicken Ramen dish that was $28 or so and it came with 1 small thin piece of Chicken. Very underwhelming because of that. The service was excellent but the restaurant is small and tables are tight. I am happy I was able to try the place but I do not anticipate coming back anytime soon.
Be the first to ReplyI mean who doesn't want to experience a meatball wrapped
I mean who doesn't want to experience a meatball wrapped around a bao bun?! This culinary experience truly blew my mind. I was very excited to try this culinary fusion and it did not disappoint. We ordered the calamari which was DIVINE. I have never tasted something so good and unique. We also ordered the bao buns. For our mains we ordered one ramen with broth and another without. Both were really wary. The garlic noodles with shrimp was really tasty and I loved the subtle crunch that came with it. My husband really enjoyed his brothy ramen. The hint of arugula in ramen is something we won't forget. I also really enjoyed the vibe of the place. Great decor, great music and great location. The service was impeccable . Our waiter was so knowledge and so attentive. The old school coke bottles were the cherry on top.
Be the first to ReplyOkay so this place, the outcome lived up to the hype.
Getting a reservation? Check Resy everyday, randomly through out the day. Refresh the page. Sometimes you'll be able to book that same day, Sometimes you'll get the next day or the following week. We ordered:1. Calamari Fritti - labeled as one of Chef Robbie's favorites. you have to get this. No question about it. It was perfect. The crispy consistency and the flavor. 2. Polpette "Parmigiano" bao - amazing. You also have to get this. The bao and the meat and sauce with the ratio of the bao was indescribable. 3. New York Strip Steak - very good. Can't go wrong with this dish. The crispy potatoes were a great side. 4. Temomi Tamen Shrimp Scampi - labeled as one of chef Robbie's favorites. It is an absolute must have. 5. Matcha Limonata mocktail - great tasting 6. Sparking watermelon yuzu - refreshing and also great tasting. 7. Secret menu dessert - on the particular night we went, we were served Bao Bun Zeppoles. Really good. Even the next day. Because I couldn't finish it the night of. At first I was really sad at the proportions but it turned out that we got full and ended up taking home the steak.I was truly only sad that the plate was ending because everything we had prior to the steak was so easily consumed because it was THAT good. The service was great. We were checked in easily. We were seated nearly right away. Waited no more than 3 minutes. The server was Allison, she checked in with us at the perfect times. Not too much and not too less. She was great. Prices were a little higher than I wished but understandable at the taste of the food. Quality. Ambiance:Definitely a NYC vibe. Loved the music. Yes it was loud but it didn't feel like I couldn't talk to my partner or the server. It was fine in my opinion.Few things to note:Parking, there is a parking garage behind the restaurant, around the corner. $4 to park! & a super short walk. They DO NOT validate parking. The waiting area, pretty much nonexistent at this rate. With the hype and their full reservations, it was packed with other parties waiting to be seated. When you are reserving, you will be prompted to put a card on file. If you do not show up, you will be charged $25 per person in your party reservation. There also is a note in that reservation that strollers are not permitted inside as well as they do not have high chairs or booster seats. - I think this is their way of saying this is a no babies/kids type of restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyI came for dinner on a Tuesday when a last-minute
I came for dinner on a Tuesday when a last-minute reservation opened up at 9:30pm. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. Despite the fact that they close at 10pm, they didn't rush us out but did let us know the kitchen closed by 10pm and we should place our orders before then. The menu was very innovative and intriguing. They definitely get a lot points for the presentation. The flavor was unique; it included combos of cheese and yuzu on their dishes. Think Italian food, presented with a subtle Japanese flare. I got their Chicken Katsu ramen, and it was interesting. I personally am not a fan of Oregano, and there was a strong taste of it in that broth. Again, order the ramen without the expectation of Japanese ramen flavors, and you won't be disappointed. My friend got the Tsukemen and the staff gave us a complimentary shrimp scampi ramen to try. Those both were really tasty. I think my favorite would be the Tsukemen. The shrimp scampi had a sweet taste to it, and personally, I'm just a bit picky with sweet tasting creamy and cheesey things.
Be the first to ReplyThe food was underwhelming to say the least.
Good foundation, but the delivery feel flat. The tables were extremely close, it felt as if your neighbors were at dinner with you. Good music and decor, as to be expected.
Be the first to ReplyNo sign on the restaurant.
Hard to findService was good. Super small place. Tables too close together. The all gender restrooms had better decor then the restaurant. The Karaage Polenta was good. Not the biggest fan of the mushrooms . Pork Chop Scallopini was delicious. The sauce was very good. I really enjoyed the pickled radish. Huge serving it feed 4. Mochi Ramen Carbonara Tsukemen was delicious. Like how they mixed it table side. Crocchette Di Ramen was probably one of my favorite items we ordered. Kanpachi Crudo was good. Stay away from the Cacio E Pepe Gyoza. The Cacio E Pepe Gyoza was extremely disappointing. It was very bland and lacked flavor. Probably one of that dishes I wouldn't recommend.

Food was great, have been going to Viaggio for years so I knew it would be great. However the service was very disappointing. The people next to us sat down after us and received their main course before us. They 100% gave them our order and they knew it but no one said anything. It was a very awkward experience. They are a new restaurant so I understand mistakes will happen but this was not what I was expecting.
Be the first to ReplyYou'll need a reservation so i recommend booking as soon as
You'll need a reservation so i recommend booking as soon as their calendar opens. Take whatever date and time is available. The place is on the smaller side so I would save pasta ramen for a date night or maybe a very small group. It's BYOB. They play really good, chill hip and r&b. Great vibes. As for the food... try everything and share with the table. You won't be disappointed. I will be going back as soon as I can get another reservation haha.

This place was amazing, from food to service I highly recommend. I recommend booking a reservation in advance or if you can't go at 5pm and you will definitely be able to find an empty table! The pasta was so fresh, saucy and flavorful. My favorite was the shrimp scampi where the bread crumbs added texture to the dish. The noodles were so soft, buttery and thick.Overall everything from this restaurant was super fresh. Definitely coming back again!
Be the first to ReplyGreat tasting food that's shareable.
Professional servers and a great atmosphere. We've dined here three times and have tried most of the menu. The only dish that was a bit disappointing was the cucumber salad.
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience & great vibes! Glad we were able to make
Great experience & great vibes! Glad we were able to make it after spots opened on Resy. We had chicken Katsu bao for anti pasta which was absolutely delicious. Loved the added mozzarella on it. I went with mochi ramen carbonara for my primi which was mouth-watering! Enjoyed everything about it. We got an extra temomi ramen shrimp scampi which was absolutely phenomenal and would come back just for this dish! Service was great. Overall great surprise for a snowy Tuesday and we left very satisfied.
Be the first to ReplyChecked this place out with a girlfriend on a rainy Friday.
Really glad we did! We arrived 15-20 minutes earlier and they were able to seat us. Service was great - energetic and engaging. Neat place. Great ambiance for friends and dates. Food was good. I enjoyed the panna cotta and my uni pasta dish a lot. Will come again.
Be the first to ReplyIf I could give it 4.
5 stars, I would! Really good food in a chic atmosphere... but the restaurant might be too chic for its own good because despite having a reservation, my party of 4 waited for 30 minutes in a small vestibule before being seated. Still, all of the entrees (brothless ramens of the carbonara, scampi and sausage dishes + a black cod) were excellent. The broccolini appetizer was flavorful and good. The cacio e pepe gyoza we're not worth the price and could be skipped.
Be the first to ReplyFINALLY! After a canceled reservation i had the opportunity
FINALLY! After a canceled reservation i had the opportunity to come to Pasta Ramen. Yes. The hype is real. I think it's safe to say the fried calamari is a MUST!Gyoza was good and cheesyWe had a bluefin Tuna with watermelon gazpacho which had great flavor. Tuna just melts in your mouth. Ramen shrimp scampi highly recommendedTeriyaki injected Burrata with caviar and edible gold leaf. I would get this every single timeI had the wagyu skirt steak which was also great. Came with 3 diff sauces on the side. Dessert was the panna cotta with matcha. I was full and only finished half. I thought that was okay. I regret not getting the Uni Carbornara. We had to order everything in one shot and with 3 apps, burrata and 2 main courses i think that was enough lol and i wanted to save room for dessert. Table for 2 is small and you'll be really close with people next to you but i didn't mind at all. The group next to us asked us what to recommend and we ended up having a small convo. Nice peopleThe service was great and the food came out fast. Within 30 mins we finished 3 appetizers and got our main courses. They didn't rush us but i believe with so many reservations booked they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. That's not a bad thing. Of course i will come again i have another reservation booked.
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience.
Group of 4 women. 9pm Saturday night resy. Server was knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. Ordered 4 apps, 4 entrees, 2 desserts and shared all. Each bite was better than the previous. Can't wait to go back. Vibe was perfect for friends or date night.

Pasta Ramen is exceptional! I loved the mystery of locating the restaurant. It's painted a dark matt black on the exterior and no visible sign except at night you'll see a halogram image in front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. We got an early reservation so I didn't see it. Total NYC vibes! We really enjoyed all of the flavorful dishes. My favorites for starters were the calamari fritti, & chicken katsu. And for main entree I highly recommend the tonkotsu porchetta, and NY strip steak. From the atmosphere, to the superb staff and service, we had a wonderful time. It's a BYOB, but if you're pressed for time or forgot a bottle, no need to panic. There is a convenient QR code on the table for to a nearby liquor store and they deliver :) Enjoy!
