What a place!
What a place!!!! The restaurant is very particular and suggestive. Must try if you come to Dubai! This period is perfect.
Such a waste of money
This was the most overhyped experience ever. It was extremely long for absolutely no reason, all we did in between each course was stare at each other for about 20-30 minutes. The food was garbage, the experience was not worth it. I had explosive diarrhea the next day. Such a waste of money.
Unmatched in Dubai
My wife and I visited recently for a very special birthday. We’ve been lucky enough to eat at some fantastic restaurants all around the world, and I would honestly place this in the top 2. We live in Dubai and this is definitely the best meal we’ve had here. Incredible location, fantastic staff, enormous attention to detail. The food is simply out of this world, and there is also an element of fun. We’ve eaten at Gordon Ramsey’s 3 Michelin star restaurant in London. This was genuinely better. Expensive of course, as all these restaurants are, but for a special occasion, well worth the money.
Simply amazing!
The dinner was delightful! It was really a gastronomic journey, complete with personal greeting from chef Gregoire. We went to Ossiano to celebrate the birthday of my significant other and were touched with care and craftsmanship of the dishes that we couldn’t stop discussing. The team even congratulated us with a gift! The key thing was the comfortable vibe that contrasts with most high end restaurants and their (pardon me here) snobbish treatment. Here the whole team was lovely, including Joel who was serving us. 2 important notes: 1-despite it being a tasting menu, you will leave the place quite full:) 2-the experience indeed takes about 3 hours so please reserve the whole evening for the matter.
a truly delightful experience
Dinner at Ossiano ranks among the most delightful dining experiences that we have enjoyed over more than 45 years of travel and dining at all levels. the service was impeccable. The food served in 12 properly sized courses was both creative in terms of content and presentations and a delight to the palette. The ambience was a delight to the senses, and topped off by the view from every position in the dining room of one of the most amazing and beautifully maintained aquariums.
An extraordinary and unique culinary experience!
We have experienced an amazing evening at Ossiano! The entire experience is extraordinary and unique. Not only because of the exceptional setting looking at the aquarium, but as well because of the entire concept and the level of food & service. A special thank you to Chef Aurélien and his team and Claudio, Priscilla, Ognjen and their colleagues to make this evening (and my birthday) an unforgettable one. We hope we will have a chance to come back and taste the new menu and the accompanying culinary travel experience.
A culinary journey that was unforgettable!
This was one of the best dinner experiences in my life. Chef Gregoire Berger did not disappoint. From beginning to end, the dishes prepared by the skillful chef were truly awe inspiring, with flavors and presentation that exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by each course. Every detail of the culinary journey was attended with precision and artistry, making an unforgettable experience. To top that, we finished our meal with a "diver" message. The view and ambiance was great! Will recommend to all.

A wonderful journey
What a wonderful culinary trip ! We were in Dubai and keen to experience more extravaganza. Ossiano came to mind. The idea of an eleven course food marathon is something we dreaded, so we arrived with some apprehension. The journey of the live of Gregory Berger told by the most creative and imaginative dishes we lived was fast paced and delightful. A mis en scene worthy of any top opera house, a gripping story telling by a highly knowledgable team obviously more than proud to be representing the company and the most affable man himself paying attention to his valued customers was a extraordinary experience. We enjoyed every minute of it, the many surprises along the way, the incredible quality of the foody bites, their presentation and most of all the friendliness and competence of the whole team. On top, an amazing gallery of adoring yet silent spectators behind the glass. Well done for offering such a creative and out of this world experience. Most highly commended.
Wave after Wave of deliciousness!
We visited Ossiano in February 2024 to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and it was perfect from start to finish. We opted to start our experience at 6.30pm in light of the 4 hour dining extravaganza ahead and were spoiled as soon as we entered this gorgeous restaurant. The ambiance and aquatic surrounding are indeed second to none. Each course was meticulously explained by the knowledgeable and professional staff with wines matched to perfection. I could not compliment the service enough nor adequately describe the taste sensations that we enjoyed and experienced. We were seated next to one of the aquarium windows which was an amazing, visual feast and meeting the chef was a lovely touch. The staff also organised a birthday cake for my husband which rounded off the evening perfectly. Would totally recommend!
Outstanding food but dinner takes unreasonably long
Outstanding food by an expert Chef. Fantastic presentation of every course. Very attentive and pleasant staff. Excellent ambience. The only down side is the duration of the dinner. We arrived at 7 PM and finished past 10:30 PM. Halfway through, we asked if they can speed things up for us. So the 3 and a half hour dinner was the faster speed mode. Despite the fact that we enjoyed the food tremendously, it’s unlikely that we will return. I wish they offer a more condensed dining option ( 2 or 2 and half hours).
The best dinning Experience so far
It was an outstanding experience for us, the best so far honestly… presentation, attention to details m, well trained staff, Great choice of food items. Would love to come back when in London 😍
Once in a Lifetime Experience!
This was one of the most amazing culinary experiences we’ve ever had. Everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left (4 hours later) was incredible. The ambiance, the service, the food, the story was all first class. Chef Gregoire spent time visiting each table and even posed for a picture with us after spending 15 minutes discussing his history and inspiration for the menu. I can’t emphasize enough how worth it this experience was.
Won’t visit here again
I can tell it’s an over charged restaurant in Dubai, and after I visited here, my friends and me feel stomach pain and had fever, it’s a typical situation when you had stale foods. Also, I joined the membership and I my spends didn’t be counted as my transaction history, super bad system. If I don’t get counting , how do I reach the next category and get more benefits? It feels like scamming program. I don’t recommend people visit here and DO NOT waste your money in it. Deeply deeply deeply suggest everyone
Remarkable Restaurant
Amazing restaurant! The staggering central massive aquarium is a sight to behold. The menu is a set tasting menu which came as a surprise as we hadn't not realised this when booking. Some courses were rather too clever. Staff were on the whole very pleasant. Gourmet experience which attracts diners who were rather too snobby (and serious!) for our taste. Great to have experienced this exclusive restaurant.
Perfect in every way imaginable
This restaurant is the most beautiful amazing place I've ever been to in my whole life.. I've been to lovely restaurants all Over the world, but this is on another level of special, our captain was Ashley and she made it special, the food was the best and unique I've ever experienced.. I thought 12 courses would be too much for me, as I don't have a large appetite, and sitting down for 4 hours, but neither were a problem at all. Not in this restaurant. I can't find a fault with a single thing. The wine pairing was amazing and went perfectly with every course! To come to the palma and not go here, would be sacriledge! Thank you for a perfect night Ossiano.

Loved every second of my amazing dinner at Ossiano. Truly spectacular. The flavors exploded in my mouth. Well deserved of its Michelin Star. I loved experiencing the journey from the chef’s point of view.

Ambience in the restaurant, service, presentation of each food were super wonderful! Just WOW🔥 From the beginning until finish our experience in the restaurant everyone is helpful, attentive and always smiling. Definitely will come back!🤩
Incredible Experience!!
I visited Ossiano in February, I was completely blown away by the incredible service, fabulous cocktails, and most importantly - the wine pairing! Danijela's knowledge of wines was outstanding. Would recommend this location for a dinner with friends, a casual drink and definitely a romantic setting!
Didn’t give me back my belongings!
The restaurant is beautiful, the food is good, the aquarium is impressive, however, when I went to have dinner with my family on 28th of august, I arrived to the table and the waiter asked for a bag my mom brought me from a trip. They told me they would keep it in the closet, when I left I forgot about the bag they’ve kept in the closet and I called straight after saying that tomorrow I would pick it up, I didn’t worry much considering it is dubai and it is a Michelin star restaurant, but when I went they told me they have seen nothing and they have nothing, they stole my gift!! Honestly just confused because that was the last place I ever thought it would happen.

I stay voco Hotel I got excellent service with housekeeping staff are very helpful tanveer & shohag did good job and Mr om parkas always take care us and asking amenities and fulfill thanks team see you again and enjoy.
Fabulously unique
My husband and I have dined at many renowned / Michelin star restaurants around the world and this was truly incredible and unlike anywhere else we have been. The interactive experience and story behind each dish, aquarium environment, service level and unique surprise menu was simply outstanding. A Michelin star well deserved here.
Underwater Oasis: A Review of Ossiano - Innovative and Surprising, but Long Experience
Ossiano is a truly unique and beautiful restaurant located in an aquarium. Our waiter, Franklin, was attentive and paid close attention to detail. The food was innovative and surprising, but some dishes felt too focused on the "show" aspect rather than the emotional connection to the dish. Overall, we had a very good experience, but it should be noted that the meal lasted for 4 hours and 30 minutes, which may be too long for some diners. Despite this, I would still recommend a visit to Ossiano for the unique atmosphere and delicious food.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FulfilledThread16 now uses their connections at Ossiano Dubai to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FulfilledThread16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FulfilledThread16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FulfilledThread16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Ossiano Dubai!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
