I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. While I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts, I regret to inform you that my experience, particularly regarding the room cleanliness and amenities, was far from satisfactory. Upon my arrival at night, I encountered several cleanliness issues in my room. Firstly, the ice bucket was dirty and filled with water, indicating it hadn't been emptied or cleaned. Additionally, there were noticeable glass rings on the surfaces, including the tub, which clearly hadn't been wiped down. The bathroom's condition further added to my discomfort. The tub had a visible dirt ring around it, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. Moreover, essential items like towels and a scrubber were missing, making it impossible for me to freshen up comfortably after my journey. Another point of concern was the inadequate provision of amenities. There was only one robe available in the room, and no slippers were provided. This lack of attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort was disappointing. Additionally, finding trash already in the trash cans was both surprising and off-putting, as it gave the impression that the room had not been adequately prepared for a new guest. While the bed and bedding were comfortable, these cleanliness and amenity issues significantly marred my overall room experience. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and prompt a review of your room servicing standards to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
