The staff interaction was fine. No problem with the service. We didn’t try any of the baked goods—we were lured in by the promise of a yummy sundae….But basically, this is maybe the first time I’ve ever stopped after a couple bites and the first time the hubby has ever thrown away ice cream. First, the ice cream itself was a bland blah blech without any flavor. The fudge sauce was sugary without being chocolatey. The peppermint crunch was sortta okay I guess, but having to eat the other two glops of bleh along with it was untenable. I mean, my goodness, when we both are thinking EVEN Dairy Queen would be better?…. We didn’t try the other stuff, but we weren’t about to after tasting the ice cream disaster.

We tried the ice cream- marginal, the chocolate cake was the best but uber rich and then the combination which had a cookie, ice cream, cake pops and a slice of the pie- everything was uber sweet and expensive.
Be the first to ReplyUnique yet familiar flavours! It will be a trip down childhood memories if you were born in the 80s-90s!
Great desserts! Unique flavours but familiar all at once. If you were born in the 80-90s, the flavours will take you back to memory lane! LOVED the cereal milk ice cream!

Previously responsible for developing the Dessert program at Momofuku Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar can now be considered something of an adjacent concept, its opening in 2008 followed by two James Beard Awards and outposts from Boston to The Cosmopolitan’s second floor in Las Vegas. At one time under Momofuku’s direction, an era of Pork-imbued Challah and Pistachio Croissants giving way to Naked Cakes and the sort of “wokeness” that renamed Crack Pie, it is from 10am that guests can visit Milk Bar Las Vegas for everything from “Cake Truffles” to Soft Serve – including the famous Cereal Milk version melted down for a formidable White Russian. Now a nationwide brand complete with overnight shipping, the assumption that items in cellophane are shipped-in confirmed by a clerk, suffice it to say Tosi’s Corn Cookie remains remarkable for somehow remaining true to the Vegetable while her iconic “Compost” version is essentially a Kitchen Sink round substituting Potato Chips for Coconut. “Sold out” of Sprinkles on this day, though plenty were suspended in the sponge of a tiny $13 slice of Birthday Cake, Milk Bar’s Blueberries and Cream Cookie fared less-well than its brethren thanks to a stale-textured crumb while the $7 now-eponymous slice of Pie remains addictively gooey with Butter and Brown Sugar atop an Oat Cookie Crust.
Be the first to ReplyPB Soft Serve!!
Finally - Peanut butter Soft serve!!! This recipe is incredible...they do not shy away from salt in the ice cream....Sounds like a small thing, but usually peanuts are salted and this hits the spot with the sweet/salty aspect. I know people like the Cereal Milk one, but this is 10x better IMO.
Be the first to ReplyCorn cookie + cereal milk
I’ve been to Milk Bar in different locations over the years, and like to pick up a treat each time I’m near one. I am a fan of the cereal milk soft serve or milk shake, and I always also get a corn cookie (their best one, IMO).

My nod to NYC and must always stop for ice cream &cookie. Great stop after eating at its neighbor - Mofuku. This never disappoints and great excuse to visit Cosmopolitan

Not another cookie and shake place. Great little hole in the wall. Lines yes.. They know how to present dessert!

Delicious! So good but so many calories! I got the shake and cake combo! It was really good apple cake and birthday shake. So good!!
Be the first to ReplyIt's not a Bar, it's a cookie shop.
This place isn't a bar, but a walk up place to get cookies and ice cream. Don't know what wonder is 11$ for 3 cookies, tasted like a cookie. Nothing spectacular in my book. Plus kid at counter was bit rude.
