Food was delicious and the aesthetic of the restaurant was very nice. I wish there was a slightly larger selection of food and drink. Our server was really nice!

Come early because parking isn't for the weak! This cute establishment is tucked in a corner of a busy city and packs a limited menu with big flavor. We dined for brunch and were so appreciative of the staff giving us grace when we were late to our reservation because parking was hard to find. The Crab Benedict was amazing with a perfectly balanced Hollandaise. We also got the bacon and eggs dish which had the biggest cuts of bacon I've seen in a long time. Lovely experience and would love to return to dinner service!
Amazing ambiance.
Fantastic service. Delicious food. Love this spot! One of my favorite places.
First time at this spot and loved it.
Very warm and inviting atmosphere, in a great location with plenty of parking. The churros are a must appetizer and the mushroom rigatoni was incredible. Their rum old fashioned was a nice mix up as well. Great service and solid prices will certainly have me returning. 2 drinks, 2 meals and 1 appetizer was $125 after 20% tip.
Food: 4/5.
Service: 5/5. Cocktails: 5/5. Mussels; croquettes. Centerfold; Selene. Busy af on a Saturday; very good.
Went here on a last minute whim.
Saw great reviews on Yelp. It did not disappoint. The prosciutto wrapped halibut was outstanding. A cool vibe and outstanding service.
The food was absolutely delicious.
I still dream about the avocado bruschetta. I could eat a whole platter of it. The service was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm glad we had reservations for less than an hour after they opened because the front of the restaurant got super busy very quickly. Thankfully we were seated in a corner close to the door/window which was perfect on a sunnier day/evening. It's a great place to order a little bit of everything and share with the table. I also really enjoyed their wine selection.

The Diners Club made our way over to Martina for our monthly session. Can I start by saying the hospitality was nice from the host staff to our waiter. The inside has modern feel to it, and a vibe that its own. Definitely some place I'll go again.. It was a Saturday so we dined from the brunch menu. For my drink I went with the Dorata. This cocktail mixed with moscatel sherry, golden beet, strawberry, vodka , lemon and honey was so refreshing to my taste buds. It's definitely added to the brunch cocktails list. For my entree I opted for the Jalapeño Burger juicy topped with white cheddar and corn. This burger was perfectly cooked and the toppings made it even juicer. My only disappointment is that all the juice makes the bottom bun soggy, so a slight turn off. I definitely give this space a 5 out 5. If you're in the Linden Hill area please stop by and show love. ********************************************************** DM to join my HT Travlers and Foodie Communnity. The food, the cocktails, the wonderful staff.
I've been at Martina for celebration dinners, brunch - get the bacon and eggs - occasionally by myself. It's always fabulous.
This was such a beautiful restaurant.
Our waiter was very nice; the food was amazing. I honestly have nothing bad to say at all. We ended up ordering POTATO GNOCCHI and ORECCHIETTE with a few drinks of course( cus i love a good cocktail) Amazing place if you wanna take someone out on a date, the atmosphere is very intimate and airy; the neighborhood is so pretty. I will be back again.
Not great
All food was too salty. Too noisy Tables too close Overpriced for the offering Octopus was over cooked and barely warm when it was supposed to be grilled. Gnocchi were good but unexpectedly too spicy Kids spaghetti with butter was sour. Tongue was delicious Empanada was good By the way nothing truly Argentinian in the menu other the chimichurri and a very non traditional empanada
Unique Dishes and Romantic Urban Ambiance
Urban romantic twist with a fun paced flare! I am giving it 5 stars for the atmosphere and concept. Came here as one of my birthday festivities with one of my friends. Food: Original dishes that we enjoyed. We opted for the Cinnamon Fried Calamari, Empanadas for starters, which were tasty and unique. For entrees I ordered the Spaghetti Fra Diavolo with Lobster and my parter the Octapus. For a birthday dessert I ordered the Panqueque, which was also tasteful. The calamari has cilantro and serrano peppers on top for some heat. The spaghetti was light and fresh with large piece of lobster. Service: Attentive, informative and friendly, so they do just fine in my book. Atmosphere: Trendy and contemporary yet welcoming and comfy. Parking some parking in the far back or the street, not the easiest. This NOT a Kid friendly space, keepin it romantic and fun for adults.
Several positives, but the high salt level pulls down rating
Sad to have to give it a two star because there are many positives, but since the biggest negative was with the food, it pulled down our rating. Drinks – Innovative, very well made, delicious Food – Innovative, top quality ingredients. Problem was that everything we ordered was saltier than it needed to be. Our starter and one entrée were salty enough that we both noticed it. The other entrée was too salty to finish, the salt pretty much overpowered all other flavors. I did see mentions of too salty in reviews of other patrons for this restaurant. Service – very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive staff Ambience – Great vibe, attractive inside, nice patio. The music was quite loud at times, we were there about an hour and in that time we saw two occasions of a patron talking to staff and pointing up to the speakers, then music volume was lowered.
Amazing appetizers and great pasta dishes!
EVERYTHING about our food and experience was fabulous. Two couples went on a Saturday night. I did get to watch the kitchen from where I was seated, and it was interesting to watch food and plate preparation, as other reviewers noted. Out wait person was very accommodating, by explaining the difference in consistency between two pasta dishes since I was unfamiliar with both. I didn’t order Caccio e Pepe or the pesto dish because I thought I could cook those very well myself. I wanted something different so ordered the ravioli with celery root and lobster. Yes, the lobster pieces were small, but it didn’t matter because the pasta, filling, and sauce were PERFECTION! Another person in our party ordered the pesto pasta and it did look excellent. I wasn’t sorry I didn’t order it, but I’d order it next time. The other two members of our party had the Bavette, medium, which was perfect. I got to taste it and it was very tender. I was still glad I got the pasta. For appetizers, we had calamari, a wonderful brussel sprout salad, and scallops. The cream sauce and spice on the scallops was excellent. I didn’t get enough. Someone must’ve eaten more than their fair share (doubtful), or there were only 3 for 4 people, or they were small. I don’t know. I got them last. The potatoes that came with the Bavette did not thrill me, but I saw them praised in other reviews. Wine prices were as expected. We found a good bottle for about $50. 2 in our party had non alcoholic cocktails and one said it was all ice. Desserts were great. Hubby and I had the panqueque and it was great. I can’t speak to price because we didn’t see the bill.
Excellent Place for Dinner
This small restaurant is delicious. The food is well prepared, fresh and the ingredients meld together. The flavors are tasty. The service is excellent. It is a great place for dinner with friends or on a date.
Overrated
Made reservations, ended up seated on the patio without being asked if outside was ok. Was very hot and the shade structures did not adequately create shade. We had to rotate around the table to take turns squinting or having our back roasted. Food was good but not the best of what we tried on this trip. Service was mediocre.
A memorable meal
Visiting from out of town. First time there, loved it and returned the following week. Nice ambience, not too noisy, tables not jammed together. Great service. Solid classic cocktails. Food was the star. Only exception was the pesto pasta which was too lemony (?). Everything else on the table was fantastic. Favorites were shortrib ragu tagliatelle and Cacio e Pepe (wow!)

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
