Phenomenal Customer Service and Class
Words cannot express how amazing my dining experience with Marble Room was. Upon entering through the roped doors, I felt like a VIP being escorted to my reservation. The decor and live music was amazing entertainment and even if I was a frequent flyer here, I don't think I could ever get used to the elegance and ambiance. The waiters were very attentive to my partner and I's every need. The food might be a little pricey, but it was worth every penny. It came out delicious - kudos to the chef. I will say though, however you like your food cooked, order one level of cook time to it (you like Medium so order Medium-Well, etc.) I did have to send my rack of lamb back, but the waiter was very accommodating along with the managerial staff and chef to ensure we had the best experience possible. I left there feeling full and very satisfied with my entire experience. Kudos to the owner for placing such a high value on the customer experience!

We are so, so happy we chose the Marble Room. We had the best night! From the stunning atmosphere, to the warm service and delicious food. We could not have picked a more perfect place. I will most certainly go back anytime I am in town.

Went to the Marble Room for my birthday and was excited with everyone said about this place. The service was terrible, our visit took over 2 hours that consisted of one appetizer, a 8 oz filet, and a delmonico. Food was decent at best. The server would be gone for 10s of minutes before returning and then running away again. The "managers" would huddle up in the back and never bothered to visit our table despite making eye contact several times. Only was offered our initial cocktail and never had an opportunity to get a refill. Would not recommend.

Visited to celebrate my Anniversary. I have nothing but good things to say. Every dish we had was amazing. The staff was professional and very attentive. We will be retuning soon.

I'm from New Orleans where the food is out of this world, so coming in my hopes were not super high for Marble Room. Wow. Just wow. Every single dish ordered was absolutely impeccable. From the shishitos to the wagyu tartare my experience was fabulous, and those were JUST THE STARTERS. My husband and I split a special featured bone in rib eye with roasted marrow and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned so wonderfully. Service was prompt, attentive and spot on. Ambiance is luxe and all details were truly stunning. EDITED TO ADD- it's sinful of me to have even forgot to mention the tuna taco starters because I'm not a major fish lover, but these? MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELISH

Exceptional Dining Worth the Drive
The Marble Room never disappoints. The service and food are always stellar, making it worth our 2.5-hour drive from Pittsburgh, PA. We travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and the Marble Room stands out as exceptional. My husband, a loyal fan of a favorite steakhouse in Western Pennsylvania, declared the bone-in ribeye here to be even better.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place! The ambiance, the service, the food - everything was outstanding! Our waiter was exceptional but I have to admit the steak stole the show. My husband and I love a good steak and Marble Room did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

I recently dined at The Marble Room at it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was amazing. The waitress was amazing and very informative. The live music was entertaining. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Best Restaurant in Cleveland
This place is amazing, one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world, the food is great, the staff and the service are flawless, this is a must when you are in the Cleveland area, i recommend it 100%, we had seafood, steaks and some sides, everything was great, i will certainly come back.
Outstanding in Every Way
Out of town San Diego friends commented, "This is the most beautiful restaurant we've ever been in!" Besides--food was amazing, perfectly prepared and presented. Server Mia was knowledgeable and personal. Cleveland is well represented in the food scene with Marble Room.
Our Anniversary Dinner
Recently, my wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Marble Room. The service was great, and the food was beyond exceptional. Everyone from the valet to the hostess was more than accommodating. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the many choices on the menu. I want to thank everyone for making this such a wonderful experience for us. We will certainly be back.

I went here for dinner. The building and the dining room area are absolutely amazing and quite unique. The waiter was very nice. I had the shrimp cocktail and Delmonico steak. Both were great. A nice place

Impressive venue, flawless service, perfectly prepared food and welcoming vibe
My husband and I went on a snowy Monday evening to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. The venue is beautiful and impressive but not "stuffy." Jules, our waiter, was fun and engaging and his attentive and friendly service contributed to a wonderful evening. Our food was cooked to perfection (spicy shrimp and a Pittsburgh style bone in rib steak). The wine list is very reasonable - you can find great selections at multiple price points. We did not admit to celebrating any special occasion - but were surprised with a cotton candy finale just the same. A Manager stopped by our table to see how we were faring - touches like this make guest feel very welcomed. The Marble Room can compete with (and out-do) any "big city" place you can name!
Late Birthday celebration for my daughter.
The ambiance was stellar! Our server Roman was outstanding! We had the Crispy Rock Shrimp and Spicy Tuna Crispy for appetizers. Both were extremely fresh and tasted very good. My daughter had the Diver Sea Scallops and I the Limited feature A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef Tartare for entrees. The scallops melted in your mouth. The Japanese Wagyu tartare left a lot to be desired. I was so excited to have this (not my first) unfortunately was very disappointed. Roman ended the night serving my daughter a cotton candy on a light changing display. Best cotton candy she ever had. Other than being seated near crying, screaming, kids (seems to be a reoccurring theme in upscale restaurants for us) we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I rented the Peacock room at the Marble room and worked with Symone they did a fantastic job! Room looked amazing and the service was incredible. The food is always off the charts great as well. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in Cleveland, OH!

And yes ended up there, a friend had reservations and their second party had to drop out and I was invited. Stunning, the building is clearly an old bank so the aesthetic of the place is stunning. The weight staff was super nice and knew the menu and while attentive they were not over bearing. We got drinks which were perfect. And the food was perfectly cooked. I wasn't feeling meat this evening so I tried their vegan option. The food was perfectly seasoned and delicious. We ended the evening with a heavenly slice of cheese cake! Easily one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. I really enjoyed my time here, and want to take my date here so he can experience it as well. Marble Room lives up to all of its hype, you won't be let down.

The ambience is amazing with tall ceilings and beautiful decor. My husband and I went there for our anniversary because we heard such amazing reviews. The service was good not as extravagantly good as I have heard. I ordered the steak and my husband ordered the salmon. Again the food was good but not extraordinarily so. My steak was cooked to the appropriate temperature and well seasoned but I have had better steaks at better prices. The pomme frites were just okay. My husband said the Salmon was good and his food came with asparagus and potatoes so he was happy about that. It was a good experience and I'm glad I tried it but in my opinion overhyped.

I ate at Marble Room for my 25th birthday, it was the definition of a perfect night. Enrique was our server and he was absolutely fantastic, the food was exquisite, and the venue was marvelous!! Marble Room lives up to it’s hype and personally exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to come back for more in the future!!

Such a lavish experience. Everything we ate was great. Every drink we got was dank. The service was perfect. The whole place is so cool. Didn't get to go in the vault, but definitely want to check that out next time. The whole vibe being in an old bank feels very executive. Would love to go back as long as I'm not buying.

Jaw-dropping. World Class Gem in Clevelands Surprisingly Large Crown
WOW! Wandered in, jaw hit the floor! This former grand banking hall speaks to the heyday of industrial Cleveland and its wealthy patrons. I'm sure their ghosts still dine here. Ancient Athens meets Wall Street, meets fresh-from-the-farm. The shrimp cocktail at the bar was also a wow. I ordered two, then wished I had ordered the wild seafood platter. This place is world-class, Paris, New York, or London would see it as an incredible architectural asset. A thrill to dine here! If you walk here from your hotel, don't miss the nearby incredible (but kind of forgotten) Art Deco shopping galleria where the Hyatt Hotel is located.

But even more impressive is the wait staff who go all out to make every dining experience enjoyable and memorable! We are foodies and have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the US., the Marble Room is one of our favorites and our number one favorite in Cleveland. The steak did not meet expectations.
Ordered the dry aged Delmonico. Though it was cooked perfectly, there wasn't a lot of flavor, despite the black truffle butter. Furthermore, there was a line of grizzle running through it that was inedible. Lastly, service was a bit slow. Would have ordered another glass of wine, but wasn't given the chance. Server knew we were going to a show and had to be out by 7:00, but we didn't pay until 7:10. On a positive note, the French Onion soup was outstanding, as was the Gold Bar desert. The roasted potatoes and Brussel Sprouts were also very good. Also, the ambiance of this place is really, really cool. The opening drinks were also a bit disappointing. Ordered the Sous Vide Old Fashioned. Neat gambit, very smooth, but did not include the orange peel or cherry. Espresso Martini was also very good, but lacked garnishments.

The Marble Room is our favorite restaurant in Cleveland for many reasons! The dining room is beautiful with a very high domed ceiling with chandeliers and big columns. All the workers starting with the hostesses to the waiters are friendly and make you feel special with just the right amount of attention. Alex and Sage took great care of us this visit! The food is always delicious and plated beautifully. The Marble Room is a wonderful experience from start to finish and one we enjoy as often as we can when we come to Cleveland from Michigan. Perfect birthday celebration.
We celebrated my birthday on a Saturday night. This is a rare dining experience. The servers are very knowledgeable on the menu and wine list. They provide excellent recommendations. The Delmonica steak was exceptional. The service and ambiance are next level. Live violinist and saxophonist created a memorable experience.

Stunning restaurant… perfect for any occasion
My husband and I went to the marble room with another couple to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is absolutely stunning. The ambience is beautiful and the wait staff is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or even a casual night out. The food is absolutely wonderful… You will not be disappointed!
An Amazing Surprise in Downtown Cleveland!!!
If you have never been to the Marble Room, you are in for a Real Treat!!! Last night was the second time I visited the Marble Room and it was even better than the first time. You walk into what is the Most Beautiful Restaurant in Cleveland (and maybe the US) and it is a WOW!!! The hostesses are so nice. They immediately escorted us to our table and we sat down and took in all the beauty of this restaurant from the Amazing ceiling , columns, walls, decorations, lighting and then the Wine Cellar!!! This place is just SPECIAL! Jeremy our waiter then welcomed us. He and his team were absolutely the BEST! We started with the Tuna Carpaccio and the Hamachi Crudo. These are a must to try. The main course we split the Porterhouse and had some of their awesome sides. We started with cocktails and they were perfect. Our wine was a wonderful burgundy from this super list! We had a light desert. If you have no been here before, you are going to have an Amazing Dinner! I recommend every thing we tried. I have to go back next time in Cleveland. There were so many things we still want to try.

Dwayne knew exactly what foods had gluten (including desserts) and which sushi not to order due to a shellfish allergy. The dinner was topped off with a tour of the vault room and created some memorable pics. Thanks again so much for a wonderful dining experience.

I’ve eaten carpaccio on three continents, best one I’ve ever had. Followed up with 30 oysters that you cannot get fresher in the Midwest area let alone Cleveland. I finished off with what can only be described as the most succulent, melt in your mouth, stand alone Wagyu steak I’ve ever had. Sure it’s 35 an ounce but what I can tell you is this steak is to be tasted slowly!!!!!!! Enjoy it. Taste every single bite, as you have a literal moment with this steak. You want to dance with it and then take it out for breakfast. If you love steak and haven’t had a moment like I am describing then you must come dive into this epic dining experience. Servers are knowledgeable, and you’ll love the crème brûlée

We went to celebrate our engagement and the entire staff went out of their way to congratulate us. John was one of the best servers I have ever had at any restaurant, the steak was by far one of the best I had ever had. We will definitely be back.

From the time we walked in until we left we had amazing service. We were there celebrating my fiancé and mine’s engagement. Everyone was pleasant. John was an amazing server, one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Manager introduced himself during our time there. There was a great atmosphere. Overall would recommend and will be back.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar Cleveland to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar Cleveland!
