Le Stresa Paris Reviews
Traditional Italian Restaurant in Paris
Italian restaurant in Paris, very traditional. All the waiters speak Italian and understand some English. The food is amazing, worth the experience. What we ordered: Burrata appetizer, main courses: Carbonara and Tagliarini Al Tartufo Nero. Wine bottle: 80 euros. Tip: Reserve in advance, it's very hard to get a table without a reservation.
Great little Italian date night
Great dinner here ! Reservations open two weeks prior our reservation was for 7:30 right when it opened and we had the pick of any table. Service was fun and friendly. We both loved our pasta dishes and restaurant was packed when we were leaving. We will be back next time in Paris.
One of the best meals we had while in Paris.
They were booked solid two weeks in advance, but they let us come for a 9:30 sitting two days after I called. Excellent pasta, tiramisu, and an extra five stars for ambience. Couldn't have been nicer.
American Women Not Welcome
Aggressively masculine anti-American experience. My friend and I arrived for dinner, asked the mature server about a pasta dish (without commitment) and suddenly our menus were removed from the table. We asked that the menus to be returned (they were) as we were still considering our order. Shortly thereafter pasta arrived at our table. We explained that we had not yet ordered dinner - notably we had not been provided with bread, nor had we ordered appetizers. The server became angry upon our explanation that we had not yet ordered our dinner, and he announced the we would not be allowed to again order the pasta he thought we might have wanted to order - should we choose to order it. He left the dining room in a flourish which was as equal parts dramatic and embarrassing (for him). We asked another server for assistance, and he was great . Alas, our evening was marred by the poor behavior of the server for whom there was no check for bad behavior.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Le Stresa Paris at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Le Stresa Paris page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Le Stresa Paris to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Le Stresa Paris!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
