Please take your time to read this review. I was with my husband and two daughers, today is my husband’s bday and we made this reservation about 1 month ago. Our reservation was for 1 pm and I was working all morning, when I received an sms asking to confirm, I did. Below is the picture. I arrived 5 min before the reservation and the waitress was taking us to our table, when someone called her in French (and I speak French and understood) , telling her to take us back to the entrance. Then a very rude and loud man started saying that we had not confirmed and we could not sit. I showed him the sms with our confirmation and then he opened his whattsapp saying that he did not receive and I told him it was sms. He said that I should have answered his two calls but I was with my sick baby and was not beside the phone. There was a line behind us and everyone staring at us, and then the man said that he was the owner and that we would not sit because O didn’t answer his calls and did not pay 100 euros to reserve the table. This was a new information that I had never received but I would pay because it was my husband’s bday. So we explained that if I had known , we would have payed and he continued screaming and saying we would not sit so we left. Please please DO NOT GO THERE. This is no way to treat clients, I have never received this type of treatment, being humiliated in front of my family and others. Plus, the restaurant was not even half full and the waitress was already taking us to our table. Just one more thing, when I showed him the sms from the restaurant and my answer, he screamed saying he was the owner and he was the one who made the rules…
