They suck was trying to order a bus and they kept putting
They suck was trying to order a bus and they kept putting me on hold then had me on hold 20 minutes then kept saying we were cutting out now the last seat available that I was gonna order is sold out after being on the phone with them 30+ minutes wasting the time now I'm stuck in murrieta no ride back to LA If you can just skip this horrible company will leave you out in the cold.
Unacceptable as transportation way.
We took 3 tickets from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on March, 31 2024 at 10am Never will call this company again, ever. We were 14 people on a full booked black ban with very limited living space, specially rear seats. Very limited space for the bagage as well. Meeting point office in Los Angeles is a very dirty an unpleasant place with no restroom service. Driver needs to interrupt the way at least 4 or 5 times for his biological breaks as he was drinking and eatten while driving all the time. So the trip last 5h 40' were estimation was 4h. Without mentioning that he makes several phone and video calls while driving, compromising the safety of all the group. For me, this is unacceptable all the way.

The trip in itself was great the driver was very very nice the van was very comfortable and we took breaks however the customer service at the office with an young lady by the name of Yolanda was absolutely horrible! She is extremely rude she's extremely disrespectful she's very condescending and she enjoys hanging up in people's faces and trying to get a hold of a member of management is the worst. The empathy and the concern over the customer just isn't there they do nothing to make it right they don't give any kind of an apology they really don't even believe that it's happened they're just extremely rude extremely disrespectful as long as you don't have to deal with anybody at the front desk you're fine or management they pick and choose who they are going to make follow the rules and the others they just degrade them.

Muy mal servicio por parte de un empleado que esta en esa locación. Su nombre es Rafael. Es muy prepotente y atiende con mala actitud, esta mañana me dejo esperando en la ventana por casi 20 minutos y no me atendió a tiempo que fue el bus y no pude mandar una caja para Las Vegas. Me dijo que tenía que esperar mi turno y solo estaba en el teléfono y platica era personal se escuchaba. Me dijo que las reglas las pone el. Muy mal servicio por parte de el. Hay otras muchachas que no estaban este día, Ellas si son muy amables.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
