Coming from California visiting last Vegas, we had tried
Coming from California visiting last Vegas, we had tried getting a spot last night but it was very hectic and can understand as they were short staffed and did their best and was very attentive. came the next day right when it opened at 12pm and was greeted by the nice staff and they were very attentive to our needs and everything and made sure we were comfortable during our experience here, the food was amazing, there was much to order from as side dishes, and appetizers. It all is included with the menu price from A-B-C (C being the most expensive of course). It's a very nice setting having stickers such as body parts of the cow and pig and the names of each parts such as loin and ribeye for example. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a Korean BBQ to dine at, I would come here again if I could.

Waitresses are so friendly. Food was great too! Recommend the AYCE!

Gave this one another shot- Looks like this KBBQ just got a major update, and let me tell you - it looks amazing and clean! They've clearly put in a lot of effort to revamp the place, and it definitely shows. The interior is modern, sleek, and has a really cool ambiance. But here's the cherry on top - they have a robot that brings your food! I mean, how cool is that? It adds an element of novelty to the dining experience and is sure to impress anyone. Let me assure you, the food was pretty decent. Service was attentive and Overall, while it may not have been a mind-blowing culinary adventure, there wasn't anything that stood out negatively either - just a solid, enjoyable experience.

Will definitely gladly come again. :D Excellent service and ambiance!
Be the first to ReplyTo begin this review, we arrive there early as a party of 4
To begin this review, we arrive there early as a party of 4 and get greeted and seated immediately. The place seems clean. Everyone agrees on package B ($39.99) over package A ($29.99) because (B) included kal-bi short ribs as well as all the other meats in (A). The side orders come out right away. I order the meats for the table and I also ask for one order of cold noodles. The waitress then replies, "We'll get the noodles later ok?" I was so thrown off by such a reply thinking, "Is she telling me when to eat?" that I sort of dismiss it and just go along with it as I intended to ask when she came back with the meats. Then a man comes out explaining that we eat what we have first and then when that's gone, we just order more. Fine. Our first round of orders arrived fairly quick; 1 kal-bi, 1 ribeye, 1 pork belly, edamame, and a couple beers. They forget bring out the edamame. We get done with it and then the 2nd round of orders; 1 kal-bi, 1 beef belly, 1 beef brisket, dumplings, and fried chicken. This time the 2nd order takes much longer. They forget the kal-bi and cold noodles. We were all too busy enjoying good company to realize they were jipping us all night. In total, we had 6 orders of meat choices for 4 people. Mind you, it's 1 piece of meat per choice. So we share 1 piece of kal-bi between 4 people. They didn't even fulfill everything we wanted. Desert was 4 very small scoops of ice cream. I've been to other Korean BBQ spots where 4 of us go through 4 to 5 pieces of each meat choice. That is "all you can eat." Not 1 kal-bi for 4 grown adults. No, we did not have our moneys worth. You can get more food just ordering a plate of stuff with leftovers for the next day for cheaper than $39.99 per person. It's scientifically proven that the slower you eat, the more full you will get as you've given your brain enough time to signal that you've had enough to eat. Definitely saying goodbye to Korean Garden BBQ forever.
Be the first to ReplyLet me begin by saying the food was delicious.
The sides were perfect and the meat was quality. So you'd think I enjoyed my dinner right? I wish I could say I did. When you go to Korean BBQ you understand that you cook your own food. Well at this restaurant the waitress insists on hovering over your table and doing the cooking for you. Despite informing her that we would like to do the cooking ourselves, she replies with a sentiment that she's bored and needs something to do. You being bored isn't my problem. It took 3 different times telling her we wanted to cook our own food to get her to actually stop messing with our meat. That brings me to the cooking process. Hey refuse to allow the grill to get truly hot. Why do you ask? So that the meat takes longer to cook so we don't end up ordering as much meat in the long run. We tried turning up the gas multiple times, but every time either the hovering waitress turned it down or the "manager" did it. It was deliberate. I know it's your restaurant. But we paid a premium to cook our own meat. We should be able to cook it however we want. You don't slow cook thinly sliced ribeye. You blast it on both sides quickly and enjoy it as it's supposed to be. So finally we get to the biggest problem with the restaurant. The manager. This guy hovers around the restaurant, eats at a table that a customer would eat at and he chooses to wear basketball shorts and an athletic shirt. He comes over to ask us if we want more meat and then says he won't bring us any until we eat the meat left on the grill. There was just 1 spicy marinated chicken thigh that took about 20 mins to cook because they refused to turn up the heat. Then when we finally do get our second order of meat, my buddy complains that $10 extra for their premium all-you-can-eat BBQ doesn't make sense because we only get 1 thinly sliced piece of ribeye for 2 people for the entire meal. My friend states that we've been to multiple places at the same price and they have unlimited ribeye/top sirloin/new York strip etc. He argues stating he's been here since 2008 and he's eaten at every restaurant and nobody does that. I can name you two right now that do and are better restaurants. 888 Korean BBQ and Captain 6. There are many more. He starts telling us his restaurant does what those other places don't and we thought that was funny because those restaurants were booked through the night and his restaurant was completely dead. On top of that he kept coming back talking to us. I don't want to talk to you, man. Nobody does. Let us all eat our food in peace. Long story short, great food but absolutely terrible dining experience. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Both my friend and I were constantly uncomfortable. We could've left, but we were hungry. So we sucked it up and got through it. Next time I'm in the market for Korean BBQ but all other restaurants are booked, I'll eat something else entirely before I ever step foot back in this place. And rest assured anytime we talk about food this restaurant is gonna come up in the conversation. Give us our meat, let us cook it and go away so we can enjoy our meal.

Came here for the first time tonight and had an awesome time. Food was great, I especially appreciated the meat quality. Great service, definitely want to come back to this spot again soon.

it was delicious and the owner was so kind honestly would recommend it and the atmosphere is so kind and welcoming honestly never met someone who was so down to earth and friendly
Be the first to ReplyAwesome place under new ownership.
They have the cool robot waiters that come to you. My favorite is the thick cut pork belly, very flavorful and seasoned beautifully. Family owned and the whole family was there that day. Brian and his family gave us great service and great conversation.
Be the first to ReplyTried several Korean BBQ joints here in Vegas.
This one by far has the best food and service. Time isn't rushed. And the food is prepared with traditional ingredients. You can tell the sauces are handmade and with craft. Fast service and never had to wait on a table ;).
Be the first to ReplyKorean Garden is our go-to Kbbq place.
They have great meats, side dishes, and good service. And it's not noisy unlike other Kbbq places. Don't sleep on this place! Oh and their sundubu is pretty good and spicy!
Be the first to ReplyIf there was a option for no stars I'd pick it.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!I received an order for some mysterious meat that was not what it was supposed to be. I'm Korean and grew up on high quality Korean food..... I can tell what it's supposed to be. Honestly what I feed my dog looks more appetizing then what I received. Attempted to call the restaurant and the lady who answered just kept saying "I don't know ".... 3 meals over $80 and it was the worst attempt of Korean food I've ever had. Sorry for the negative feedback but maybe this is a lesson to not put of out false advertisement.
Be the first to ReplyWalked in and then out.
They charge over 30$ for all you can eat, yet it's not all you can eat. THERES LIMITS on the best items. Having limits no longer makes it all you can eat. Going to Gen where the price for all you can eat is advertised honorably without limitations.

Be the first to ReplyDon't waste your time and $ here.
There are other better KBBQ places in Vegas Chinatown. Beware too of an automatic 18% tip for a group of 3!!! They put the policy in very small print in the menu where nobody ever notices it. No wonder they are empty when all the other KBBQ restaurants have waiting lists. The food is just ok, no premium meats. They don't change your grill even though it's already over charred. The only upside is you can call the waitress easily because the place is empty. This is probably the worst KBBQ place in Chinatown.
Be the first to Reply2 stars because they yelled at my mom while she paid.
They told her to hurry up because they didn't have time to wait for her. My mom was reading the receipt to make sure it's correct so my mom said I didn't yell at you while I was waiting to pay. They said sorry but that was very rude service to a customer who wants to make sure they're being charged correctly. I've been going to this restaurant for years. They used to be the only place that had beef tongue and you didn't have to wait until dinner, but there are many places that serve beef tongue now.
Be the first to ReplyWent on Christmas in the evening.
A wait is yo be expected if they don't take reservations. Service was horrible. Didn't get our drinks until we were almost done with our dinner. Had to call the server several times because they didn't check in on us. Food quality was pretty good. Will we be going back unfortunately not.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a joke, horrible customer service not only
This place is a joke, horrible customer service not only for my party but others while I dined in. The get you with the prices at the end and THEN TIP THEMSELVES AFTERWARDS......If you don't finish your food they charge you 15$. Sounds more like a challenge to me then a nice restaurant. Will never eat here again was very disappointing If I could negative star it I would!!!
Be the first to ReplyGood price and good Korean bbq.
Lots of options. No disappointments. It wasn't very busy and the food came out quickly. Service was great. I will be back.

No military discount The last time I ate here was before Yelp was founded lol. The portion size is smaller but the taste and quality is the same. the selection of side dishes was fair. The kimchi was flavorful. It was nice to know this establishment is still in business.

Terrible management, if it wasn't illegal I'd smack the f*** out of the owners and managers of this place
Be the first to ReplyWe have ate at this restaurant quite a few times and always
We have ate at this restaurant quite a few times and always pretty good. Their standards are starting to fall. Dishes on the all you can eat menu were not available and no substitutions were given. Service was fair. I doubt we will stop here again when we are in Vegas.
Be the first to Replycame here a few weeks ago with my partner.
we called ahead and asked if there was a wait since it was a saturday night. they told us on the phone there was no wait. we were in the parking lot already so we headed there and got there within 5 minutes of the phone call. once we get there, the hostess and servers ignored us. after 10 mins of standing, we asked politely if we could get seated and the hostess started yelling at us saying there were no tables available, even though we called less than 5 mins ago. we explained to her we just called and the group behind us also said they called too and were told the same thing. after getting yelled at, we were seated. the food was good i will give it that but every couple minutes, the server kept coming over to our table and touching our meat on the grill and turning down the burner. they kept reaching over us to turn off a switch on the wall so it was hard to enjoy a night out. not to mention all the server ladies were arguing with each other next to our table. the service was mediocre as we had to ask for the same thing multiple times. once we finished, my partner was paying and i guess they automatically add a tip so my partner asked how to change it to $0.00. the lady started yelling at him asking why he wasn't leaving a tip as if it wasn't obvious lol. truly a shame the service sucks because the food was pretty good.
Be the first to ReplyParking was tight when we arrived around 2p but it quickly
Parking was tight when we arrived around 2p but it quickly cleared out around 3p. Unlike other bbq places, this one doesn't close before dinner time. The shopping complex has other restaurants, a dessert shop, a dental office and a facial spot. There's an elevator and stairs that gets you to the 2nd floor where Korean Garden is located. The spot looks clean and open with big windows throughout. Though we experience a bit of a language barrier we are able to order the Spring Mountain which allows 3 appetizers and 3 meats from the red section. The server was friendly and nice. She even explained that we can order different meats and appetizers a second time once we finish. We ordered the angus steak, angus bulgogi beef and soy sauce pork belly for our meats and the corn cheese, dumplings and tako yaki for our appetizers.I admit the amount of food is very limited. I assume this is because: *the small amount allows you to try additional appetizers and meats.*minimizes wasteand we are okay with this. The temperature of the grill cooked our meats slower than at other bbq places and it didn't help that the server kept adjusting the temperature. It would've been better if we had control over the temperature ourselves so we could've cooked our meats faster. For our second round we ordered the angus fingers, angus rib and spicy pork belly. The spicy pork belly was hardly spicy. It actually seemed as if it hadn't had enough time to marinate to soak up the flavors and spice. The soy sauce pork belly has poorly marinated; it barely tasted like soy sauce. The sides were yummy and we did ask for a refill of kimchi. We avoided alcohol this trip and stuck to water which was chilled and had plenty of ice. Afterwards, we ordered vanilla and green tea matcha ice cream which was perfect to top off our meal. The scoop was just the right amount to clean our palate. Lastly, the restrooms were clean and paying our bill was an easy process. Suggestions:* a take home option on the menu - even if I have to pay a bit more.* better marinated meats.* grill control for customers*more detailed info on the menu regarding AYCE options.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is great.
Staff is not perfect, and are typically in a rush, but I'm not really picky on service. They are friendly but are always rushing to do something, I wouldn't take it personal. However, I really love the portions for the food here.
