JW Steakhouse Los Angeles Reviews from The Last Year
My fam and I were looking for a steakhouse to dine while we
My fam and I were looking for a steakhouse to dine while we were in LA when we came across JW via a Yelp recommendation. The restaurant is located in the Marriot hotel. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly. Our food was delicious, but nothing award-winning. We started off with their version of the Caesar salad, which had the white anchovies. Personally, I'm not a fan of white anchovies, and prefer the more saltier less quality for Caesar salad. I didn't appreciate that. They charge for bread and butter, but I guess that's what restaurants are doing out to cut back. I had the garlic sauté shrimp, which was an appetizer, but I had it as accompanying my mail, and My Sister had the steamed mussels and clams. They are very good.
Tasty steak and lobster.
Intimate dining with happy staff members. Pleasantly surprised with my meal

What a wonderful meal, and Lisa was an Amazing server! She recommended the best items for us. The lobster bisque, watermelon salad, rack of lamb, and the sea bass were all divine!!! I loved my Pisco sour, and the lemon drop was extremely tasty. Lisa recommended the perfect chardonnay to compliment the sea bass. We loved this restaurant, and the next time I am in town, it will be on the list, especially when staying at this Marriottt.

Great service!! The steak (fillet mignon) lacked some flavor. The fish and French onion soup was amazing Yeah
Delicious Filet Mignon and Grilled Asparagus Dinner Fit For A Bear!! (Golden State Fur Con 2024 Review)
By invite from my Furry friend “Myrishi,” I was invited to dinner by walking two blocks west from Golden State Fur Con 2024 at LAX Hilton to JW Steakhouse located inside Los Angeles Airport Marriott on Friday night, April 5th. A high-end style restaurant that prides itself in making good steaks. Boy, this restaurant was dressed to impress (though we ourselves walked in dressed casual, wearing furry themed clothing and sporting tails and that we had an actual Fursuiter with our party that got served inside the dining room!!) My best friend and roomie Truce Wolf joined me, along with the aforementioned fursuiter “Crazy Joe,” Myrishi and another furry Zackarie for a lively and memorable dinner at one of L.A.‘s finest steakhouses. We started with a bone marrow appetizer that I didn’t really try, as it had onions and I dislike onions. Truce ordered Pan Fried Sea Bass, which looked pretty good. I ordered the Filet Mignon ($72.00!! for the steak, add $14 for the Grilled Asparagus which I shared with Myrishi.) The Filet Mignon was delicious medium well, no need for any sauce at all. The grilled asparagus was delicious as well. Our server was an older gentleman who provided excellent service throughout. Myrishi paid for my meal, which was very kind of him. I’m sure the bill was quite higher than a diner, but I’m glad we went. Some of the waitresses asked for pics with “Crazy Joe,” which was quite entertaining. This is definitely a must go for special events and celebrations with family or friends. FIVE CLAWS UP!!!!! Thanks for reading my review of JW Steakhouse inside LAX Marriott. Joe G. My reward for taking a friend to the airport Marriott was dinner at JW's. Had the filet, grilled vegetables and risotto. All were excellent and served exceptionally by Augustin. If you have the opportunity to dine at JW's ask for Augustin's table. You won't be disappointed. Looking forward to picking up by friend in a few weeks and hopefully get offered dinner as reward. What a treat to have such good food and great service.
Very nice meal.
We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and Grace made the evening a great success! I had the bone marrow and the well prepared ribeye with a very generous portion of mushrooms. The smoked Old Fashioned (they call it the Honey Don't Leave) was delish! I topped it off with a Laphroaig and bread pudding. (I think the bar tender slipped...he or she poured a double (triple?) for a single!). Very nice finish to a great meal. I don't get to LAX very often, but next time, I'll go out of my way to have a meal at the JW Steakhouse. Grace was attentive without hovering...awesome service!

The service was perfect! Willie treated us teachers who were enjoying dinner while at a conference with the respect and admiration. He made us feel valued. The setting was a perfect atmosphere for close conversation over good wine and fine food. Low lighting but not dark. Warm and comforting. The food was lovely. Although our vegetarian friend found the options limited, the sides were pleasing and sufficiently offered us all options to have a fulfilling meal family style. The mushrooms were the favorite for all, although the risotto was somewhat disappointing. The crab cake was a pleasing starter. Although none of us ended up eating red meat, the seafood options satisfied. The scallops offered a unique topping which distinguished the flavor. The lobster bisque was the favorite flavor of the night. This restaurant allowed us to feel we were able to indulge and treat ourselves without leaving the training site at the Marriott.

Enjoyed the food! Roy as the host was very nice and accommodating. The wait staff was very nice, however we felt a little forgotten. Might have been good thing to save us from having too many Martinis as they were very good! Love the watermelon salad. However it could use a little spice. Overall good experience
OK, so this is an upscale steakhouse within the Marriott.
The food quality and ingredients are very good however the presentation and garnishments or not up to snuff. The crabcakes were wonderful and truly delectable . The grilled watermelon salad was meh. It just sounded interesting since you don't hear about grilled watermelon very often. Besides, logically, what does it really mean to grill something that's mainly made of water ? The lamb chops were good, but looked so bland on the plate with absolutely nothing to dip them in. They tasted above average, but they weren't superb. The filet mignon was definitely extremely tasty but again, it looks so bland on the plate ! Not even some vegetables or even aesthetic greens on the plate. Looks like something I could do myself at home with a grill and a high-quality piece of meat. I think Ruth Chris would've been similar quality for a lot less cost and probably a better overall experience . I expected more from Marriott, especially in a place like this.
Very disappointed in a place with $70 a la carte steaks.
I had beef short rib that was so incredibly overcooked I had to send it back. Server seemed unconcerned. I also asked for more water which was never received. Granted they were busy on New Year's Eve but refilling water glasses without requesting should be a common courtesy.

Seated pretty quickly and our server, Elvis was very attentive and friendly. We ordered a Porterhouse which didn't look like it was a 22 oz but ended up enough for us to split. On the salty side but very tender. Pricey at $80 and sides all carte around $18-20. Two of us splitting a steak came to $135.

When you go to a JW restaurant you have a certain level of expectations, which is why you choose them in the first place. Entry was great, Valet perfect on arrival, no reservation, but pleasantly seated right away. Great so far... Waitress was a bit hard to hear and understand, but she was very pleasant and patient, meeting our JW expectations. I ordered the rib eye and my lovely wife had short ribs. Mine was tough, more like a sirloin texture and not a quality piece of beef. The short ribs were inedible. Overcooked like crazy. I figured that though it was an airport hotel, being a J.W. It would serve high quality meals. This time, I was wrong.
quality from the start
Had a last minute work meeting at our favorite restaurant never disappoints need quality and good service check them out, brings your loved ones for a great meal!
Fantastic Steakhouse at the Airport Marriott!
An incredibly great steakhouse at the Marriott. I usually avoid hotel restaurants but this one should be a destination for all high end steak lovers! The filet was one one of the best quality meats I ever had & cooked perfectly. The potato & tomato salad were delicious as was the crème brûlée. Wines are great choices, also. Super service by staff, very nice seating & a comfortable atmosphere made this a fantastic find on our stay at the Marriott heading to LAX. Next time I’m back this way, JW Steakhouse will be a draw to stay at the Marriott!

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
You can write on the top sellers profiles (type 'Top 10' in the searchbar) and then tap request sponsorship button after you found the guy or gal like to work with!
