We have driven by the restaurant several times and were keen to try it. First impressions are it is very nice and the food on display looks great.
We ordered starter and main course.
My wifes starter arrived . My wife had finished, I asked where is my starter and was told it will be 1 minute!
So, whilst waiting for my starter a portion of chips arrived for my wife and my main course arrives! I said that I am still waiting for my starter. Waitress looks confused, she eventually took the main and chips away and went to look for my starter.
My starter arrived, wish I hadn't bothered, whilst the falafel had some flavour it was very crispy and dry! I ate it it, I was hungry.
Then our mains arrived, guess what, they must have been left on a counter somewhere because both dishes were stone cold. Again the taste I had suggested the food is delicious.
The mains ware taken away, the manager arrived and said the food would be made again and was very apologetic. We were given a free salad to keep us going, very nice too.
The mains arrived again, they were cold although to be fair mine was luke warm but the rice was cold. The manager and chef came to see us and we told them the food is cold, all we want is hot food!
By now we had been in the restaurant for two hours! We were fed up and asked of the bill and asked them to take the mains off the bill.
They need to get their act together and develop a system that gets hot food to a table quickly, not eventually!
