Extraordinary hotel, welcome +++
The beguinage includes rooms with a small private garden The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Extremely calm in February! Very well heated in winter. The staff is extremely friendly, smiling and welcoming, very pleasant. Lots of little touches: welcome tea and snacks are offered upon arrival at the hotel, possibility of staying until 12 p.m. the next day. Excellent breakfast served in the veranda overlooking the garden Note that eggs are extra!

Everything is calm, voluptuous and serenity. The setting is wonderful, a real 19th century bastide, with cut stone walls, a very large garden overlooking a vineyard and orchard. A swimming pool area overlooking everything; and the scene is set. The staff will be there to take care of you upon your arrival. A very professional and welcoming butler who puts you in a friendly and family atmosphere. The Director who is quick to come and greet you by welcoming you, An “Ursuline” style room, very spacious and very stylish. catering at the Top Level, under the cover of the Master of the house: Grand Chef Mr Alain Ducasse…

Kindness from the teams, everything was very pleasant, thank you, exceptional setting, kindness and attention always there, the management upgraded us to the historic room that General DE GAULLE once occupied.

Everything is perfect. The site, isolated, calm. The place and the richness of its history. The quality of the renovation, the materials used, the quality of the bedding and a breakfast with products each better than the other. I recommend ++
Be the first to Replynice hotel, but expensive because mainly suites, but restaurant to avoid which does not deserve its star.
Poor quality/price ratio. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious, but some are old and their price is at suite level. The so-called starred restaurant is not worth the detour, starting with the appetizers replaced by raw vegetables to be dipped in 2 banal sauces/preparations. The accompaniment of the main dishes is minimalist and does not correspond to the region: thus, only stunted green beans to accompany fish... Let us not forget the breakfast charged at the price of certain menus in common restaurants. Very disappointed by our non-gastronomic stopover.

Booked for our wedding anniversary. The pool was full of dead wasps (I removed over 20 myself) - asked if it could be cleaned but no one came to sort it out. The restaurant meal was good quality but the service was average - we were not told what the tasting courses were as they were presented to us. The bedroom was so hot as the AC did not work and it was absolutely boiling! Not what you would expect given the prices! Wouldn’t recommend staying due to this as we had the most awful nights sleep. We informed the staff when checking out who gave us a free breakfast, which we appreciated but which didn’t really make up for the insufficient AC given the cost of the room. It was such a shame as we had high hopes for this visit!

Just avoid. We booked this place months ago as our first leg of our summer south of France trip but to also celebrate our wedding anniversary. Check in was fine (was a Sunday) and we ate in the restaurant night 1, food was ok but nothing to wright home about. We then go to bed and the aircon is blowing out hot air, it was 38 degrees that day and to not have sufficient aircon is just not acceptable, it’s Europe and it gets hot but we aren’t living in the ancient times. Next day we try to get into the hotel for dinner as we find out that literally nowhere in the whole area including brignoles is open for dinner. Place is full and the only option was to actually drive to McDonald’s 6 minutes up the road. So might 2 in lively Provence we are having McDonald’s in our room. Nobody told us nothing would be open Monday anywhere so we just weren’t to know. Second night we notice more issues with our room, towel rail falling off, the downstairs rug smelt like a mix of vomit and smelly dog it was horrible. And again second night was even worse we didn’t sleep at all due to the air con situation. Woke up on our wedding anniversary exhausted, having not slept at all. They thank god moved us the next day to a better room but even then air con was subpar. This place is a 1 night stop over to eat at the restaurant and even then I would say don’t. Food was average. Really sad we spent 4 nights in this place, really ruined the start of what was meant to be a lovely trip away. My advice to the hotel would be to prioritise the hotel not the restaurant. So many improvements could be made including being able to order lunch from the pool or drinks, having room service on Tuesday when you shut your restaurant and upgrading aircon. Also please dry clean your rugs in the room.
