One of the best in Venice!
Had an amazing experience at this restaurant situated at the St Regis Venice hotel on the Grand Canal! We were able to secure the special table on the floating dock and had spectacular views of the Canal, Santa Maria deIIa Salute and San Giorgio Maggiore. Vincenzo and Marco were superb and took great care of us during the service. My wife and I both did the chef’s tasting menu which was an incredible culinary experience! Highly recommend

Amazing views! They can't be beat. Great service. It's inside the St Regis so it's not inexpensive. Wonderful dinner!!!
Beautiful place, disappointing service
What was meant to be a special birthday dinner in Venice turned into a real disappointment. I had booked a canal-side table well in advance, hoping for a beautiful evening. When we arrived, we were seated by the door, far from the water, the table I reserved had been handed over to an Italian actress. On my own birthday, I felt overlooked and unimportant. As an apology, the restaurant offered “a bottle of champagne,” but instead of bringing a bottle, they handed us 1 glass that weren’t even properly chilled. The sad part is that the tasting menu was actually very appetizing and well prepared, and the location is beautiful, that’s exactly why I had chosen this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service ruined what could have been a memorable evening. A reservation should mean something, and basic hospitality should apply to every guest, not just famous ones. Venice has many wonderful places to dine, sadly, this was not one of them.
Best Experience in Venice
This place is amazing both Sany and Vincenzo were extremely generous and service beyond great. The view and food are just as impressive as the service. Thank you sooo much for everything we will definitely comeback and recommend to anyone.
What a night
Fabulous food and such a welcoming atmosphere felt just like a local, amazing food and service made us feel like we are so welcome. Will definitely come back to see Marco again
Great Food, Experience, and View!
Lovely dinner with delicious food and top-notch service! The setting is superb. The staff were terrific with providing gluten-free options. It was the perfect way to end our stay in Venice!
A wonderful dinner at a wonderful location.
We had the chefs signature menu with a bottle of Venetian Pinot Grigip from 2021. All courses were excellent and delicate, especially the Red Tuna and Blue Lobster, a pasta with lobster sauce and lobster. The sommelier Miriam and the waiters did an excellent job, even though we had a 21.15 seating that effectively started at 21.30.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FulfilledThread16 now uses their connections at Gio's Restaurant & Terrace Venezia to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FulfilledThread16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FulfilledThread16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FulfilledThread16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Gio's Restaurant & Terrace Venezia!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
