My experience at Gatsby Barcelona was incredibly disappointing and disheartening. Despite making a reservation in advance, my friends and I were denied entry solely based on the subjective judgment of the bouncer at the door. Even after speaking with the manager, the situation remained unresolved, with the excuse of a supposed "mistake" being made, on top of that they said you have to go out even if you have booking . It became evident that the real reason behind our exclusion was not our attire, as we were dressed appropriately, but rather our appearance.What made the situation even more appalling was witnessing other patrons, some even in sport shoes, being granted entry without any issue. This blatant double standard exposes the establishment's discriminatory practices and lack of integrity. It is deeply troubling to realize that our experience may have been influenced by racial bias, further highlighting the systemic issues that persist in certain spaces.Overall, my encounter with Gatsby Barcelona left me feeling not only unwelcome but also deeply disrespected. Such blatant discrimination has no place in any venue, and I would strongly advise against supporting a venue that condones such unjust treatment of its patrons.

The negative reviews are correct! This establishment clearly have an issue with black people and racially profiled our group (3 black women, 2 black men & 1 white woman) immediately after getting out of the taxi. We had a dinner, show & club table booked to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. After email confirmation prior to arrival and being told that our booking was confirmed. As we approached, the rude, unprofessional and obnoxious door man, made a swift comment on his microphone and was obviously told to deny us entry. Another lady came out who told us that we never confirmed, when we clearly had the confirmation. We then asked for the manager who was equally rude, dismissive and obnoxious and offered zero explanation or alternative. I have been once before (as a couple, with my white partner) and will NEVER EVER return here. Thankfully i managed to get a last minute booking at Mr Porter's at 11pm who saved the night and were amazing! If you are looking for a show with dinner, then Patron is the place to be! We went there on Saturday night had a fantastic time and spent well over £2000 euros. 2024 and we still have racial profiling going on. Shame on your Gatsby, I hope you go out of business!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DISCRIMINATION! Don't waste your time!! Came here with my husband and his parents for our only night in Barcelona. After making a dinner reservation online, we showed up only to be judged on the OUTSIDE of this establishment by someone behind a camera on the inside spying on us to be told that we weren't 'fit enough' to go inside. How horrendous - for dinner, really!? Clearly they are only interested in letting in FEMALES in their 20s (as I witnessed standing outside). It's 2024, wake up! Go around the block to Patron instead - great vibe, shows & food - you're welcome.

I am absolutely appalled by the horrendous experience I had at Gatsby Club Barcelona during what was supposed to be a joyous celebration of my birthday. Despite being loyal patrons for many years, the staff's insensitivity and blatant discrimination towards my party were beyond disappointing. On the night of our visit, we encountered an incredibly disrespectful security team who barred entry to one of my friends due to her footwear – trendy and classy sneakers, which she wore for medical reasons, not by choice. The security personnel subjected us to an unreasonable and protracted wait, showing no initiative to address our concerns or facilitate communication with management. The situation was exasperated by the clear double standards at play. It was glaringly obvious that men wearing sneakers were granted entry without any fuss, while we were left out in the cold, quite literally and figuratively. The lack of consistency and fairness in the club's policy is not only unjust but entirely unacceptable. Our reservation for five, made well in advance to celebrate my special day, was completely disregarded, and we were treated as if we were disposable. The staff's failure to provide a satisfactory explanation or any semblance of customer service has left a permanent stain on my perception of Gatsby . I am thoroughly disappointed and hurt by the manner in which we were treated. It is with a heavy heart that I say I will never return to , Gatsby nor will I recommend it to anyone. They have lost a group of dedicated customers due to their unfair practices and abominable service. Consider this a warning to those who expect equal treatment and a respectful dining experience – look elsewhere.

They treat woman there like prostitutes and if you are a Latino or black they will treat you like you don’t belong there because they assume you can’t afford going there

One of my best experience in Barcelona. Foods and drinks were amazing. Staff was the best in town. They did everything to enetertain us. It was a bit pricey but it wort every single euro.

To all my tourists who plan on going to this place, read up and learn from my failure. I booked this place for my wife and I to enjoy thinking it was going to be some great food and a show, but boy were we in for a unappetizing treat! First off the price tag is way too pricy for what you get. $150 per person minimum! And you still have to pay even if you don't meet it. Second the food was mediocre at best. Everything they have, you can make your self by shopping at Costco. My food was cold believe it or not. Thirdly the service is very rushed and trash. I ordered my wife a mojito and waited about 30min before I was PO asked where it is. They apologized and said "oh we can only make vodka, gin, or whiskey drinks now since it's past a certain time. Really? I had to flag them down to inform me about this. Trash!! Fourth the shows you've been waiting to hear about. Ok let me start by saying we were excited to check out some 1920 style shows right? WRONG!! You get nothing by westernized music like a songs by Michael Jackson, random grease, random ass greatest showman movie, etc...oh and striper poles that popped out of the ceiling. It honestly was very random and nothing 1920 Gatsby besides "decor". Oh and lets not forget that I didn't even get to see half of the show cause my back was facing the stage, and there are big stool tables in the middle that block your view even if you turn around. So you guessed it, even though you paying $150 a person you aren't even guaranteed a view. They do walk around sometimes. Now let's get to the dress code. I don't even know how they require this crap. I wore a nice black suit and my wife in a nice black dress. They say on the site it is recommended and enforced or something like that. Well I saw dudes in jeans and Tees. What a joke! This place is trying to create something that doesn't work at all for them!! A dinner, show, and club???? Yeah right!!! You aren't Vegas or NY! You start by eating then it gets dark and a weird show happens if you can see it. Then it stops and the lights come on. This Happens for like 4 times I think?.. well after that all of a sudden it gets super loud and I guess the "club" happens. This is where you were eating with tables everywhere!!!! Really? It was very weird and even uncomfortable. We didn't understand what the hell was going on. Instead of going to this tourist trap, you can literally take your partner to a Michelin Star restaurant and then go out dancing. Such a waste of money. I never give bad reviews but this took the cake for me as I was just shocked. If you do decide to go don't say I didn't warn you.
Entertaining! Food was good!
This place was very entertaining, having dinner while watching performers on stage. Though I didn't like one of the cocktail drinks ,I ordered another kind,the mojito and it was good. Our spot was a bit hidden and performers were not so visible from stage, we are good in here. We like the food portions which are not a lot , yet we're satisfied enough.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I made two buy listings earlier this morning and then discarded both of them as no longer needed. My refund now disappeared in my account, and I can no longer transfer them back into my bank account. I’ve also made another buy order, and now the system is telling me “Bad Balance Combination”. Called my bank to stop all transaction going to this Pheonix Labs and reported as scam

Idk if this is related to the unsold listing % rule but I have listed 6 reservations and sold 5 of them and my unsold listing percentage is ~45%. For some reason the unsold listings have not been converted into sold ones. Does this happen only after the payment is released following the booking or is it an issue that needs to be addressed?

Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.

Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so.
