The Champions League of restaurants. Starry cuisine. But Bottura's!!! So I don't talk about it, there's no point. Instead I would like to highlight the dining room staff, professional and simply perfect. An extraordinary experience, everything incredible!!!!!

Welcoming, elegant and informal place, young and friendly team, with each course they explained to us how the dish is made! Territorial food that helps grow the gastronomic culture of the area! Advised !
Mediocre, I wouldn't go back.
Meh. I would say disappointing. Pretentious without substance. The appetizer of mushrooms and black truffle "autumn" is really useless: without flavour, without perfume, a sad broth with anonymous pieces of mushroom. Fresh pasta in good parmesan sauce, as good as it is found throughout Modena. Potato gnocchi decidedly bitter due to the excessive concentration of rosemary sauce. Good chocolate dessert. All in all, a little sad. Obviously, prices are predictable, so nothing to say, we know it beforehand. But the dishes are not up to the standard of a place that positions itself in a specific niche, in an area close to the most famous Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy. I wouldn't go back.

I didn't like it at all. Despite an accurate service, the tables are very small and narrow, there is no tablecloth, there is no space to place the dishes. Successful eel risotto. Sea bream seasoned with overpowering and strong flavours. More than short menu. For the prices asked it is certainly not worth going back. There is much better in Modena
Phenomenal tortellini
A well-kept and welcoming place, informal at the same time, impeccable service and food not to be forgotten, especially the tortellini in parmesan cream. I would go back a thousand times
Relaxed dinner at Franceschetta 58
Great restaurant with helpful staff. Easier to make reservations than Osteria Francescana. Their signature "Slider" appetizer is a must!

HOWEVER, the evening was spoiled by the staff allowing a child to watch cartoons on her phone on speaker and at top volume during the WHOLE dinner. The parents later joined her with FaceTime on speaker phone. No action from the staff! Really a pity that such a classy place allowed such un-classy behavior
Forgettable unfortunate missed opportunity
The good: Good wine (selected the 7 wine pairing. Service was good. The bad: uninspired dishes, missing showcasing the main ingredients by adding too many unnecessary and distracting flavors. The ugly: trying too hard and missing the mark except for two dishes that were good (but not great) Lamenting the missed opportunities. Did not enjoy our meal. Sorry but I would not recommend - there are many other memorable great tasting dishes in this area to waste an evening here.
From Delighted to Disappointed
We have followed Massimo and Lara via Chef's Table and Stanley Tucci and traveled to Modena specifically for a meal at Francescana or Franceschetta -- whichever was available. Franceschetta58 was the option presented to us. The space was fun, the staff was attentive, and the food was good (spring onion pasta was the one standout in the lineup). The big disappointment was the wine pairing. It was insulting to be given a wine that had undergone a partial refermentation in the bottle -- even capers in the accompanying dish couldn't make vinegar wine taste good. Your guests are foodies and wine lovers and should be served fault-free wines.
Worth the trip to Modena on a hot day
I am surprised to see 4 bubbles. Hands down one of the best meals I had in Italy. Great service , from bread to dessert everything was well executed. Even some sauses that I would say we're not in my taste they were very well executed plates. Amazing tortellini! We paid 67 euros with a very good wine and dessert. Bread selection was definitely something special

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.
