ERRE Ciudad de México Reviews
Terrible
Nice place. not too expensive. Entres potato bread and oysters, oyters were very good, potato bread was very expensive considering it is bread, and super salty. I love salt, so when I say salty, it was very, very salty, and one of the costiest items on the menu. Next up a purslane salad, again super salty, asked for a lemon, or a lime or some vinager, they took it back, cam up with a new one with balsamic vinager, all I wanted was a little acidity on mu choice, guesse I didn´t have a choice. Next up, my wife duck breast, and me a peppered steak. Her duck breast was well done, but super funky, had this smell and afetr taste. I asked for my steak medium rare, came back well done, asked them to do it again, second time around, same deal. It was a special and well, they can´t cook meat, no idea. I would not go back to this place if you paied me, Michelline recomended, I think you can´t trust michelline after all the restaurants they have recomended or given stars in Mexico city this year (firts time for Michelline). Very, very disappinted, don´t go here
A tiny place, a great culinary experience

Amazing… totally worth it
This little spot has some of the most amazing food in Mexico City… the steak is out of this world… the potatoe bread is a must Having said that the service can be better… it’s small spot with not a lot of space or ambiance but the food is totally worth it… will be back…
Disappointing Reservation Experience: Poor Service and Arrogant Attitude
Hi, I made a reservation for a business dinner with directors from two important multinational companies two weeks ago for today, March 19th, at 7 PM. We chose the venue because it's a hot spot and seems to offer privacy and comfort. However, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely arrogant from the first call. When I requested space for 9 people, he scolded me, insisting that only 7 could be accommodated at a table, as if it were absurd to ask for more than 7. Since I only had 5 confirmed guests out of 9, I reluctantly accepted and mentioned the possibility of increasing the number to 9 later, promising to call back. Unfortunately, the number of confirmations did increase to 9. When I asked if we could add 2 more people to the reservation and possibly move it up, he condescendingly dismissed me, saying it was impossible and even laughed at the question. I persisted, but he rudely refused any accommodation, almost laughing at me. If this is the level of service and attitude they provide, I suggest avoiding this restaurant. It's great that they're popular, but with such poor service from the first contact, I doubt it will last. Additionally, Ismael Gomez, the person who initially answered the phone, and later "Señora Tanaka", who seemed to have a completely different attitude, harassed me with incessant calls and WhatsApp messages after I thanked them and said I would make a reservation elsewhere. This behavior was unwarranted as I was never rude, resulting in them losing out on a significant check.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to ERRE Ciudad de México at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the ERRE Ciudad de México page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at ERRE Ciudad de México to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at ERRE Ciudad de México!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
