One of the top pizza places in the area, though there a lot
One of the top pizza places in the area, though there a lot of them in fishtown/northern liberties. Very airy crust, but enough firmness to not just flop over when you grab a slice. Heard this place is closing soon, will be missed.
Be the first to ReplyI haven't heard about this place prior to visiting.
I had a Resy offer from my credit card. Very pleasantly surprised. Great pizza, great salad, great wine. Vibe is also perfect for a date night. I think its location is the reason it isn't more popular. Sad to hear it's closing

Honestly I can see why this place its closing, the food is very normal, my friend and I shared the market lettuce salad and the white fontina pizza and they were both very normal, not bad but nothing from another world either. The only 2 good things was the wine and the vibe of the place. Service was not good either, we were not checked on and when we asked the server for dessert we were told they didn't serve any, yet both tables next to us were eating something that looked a lot like a dessert. There is also a 5% service fee which its weird because its not enough to take care of their employees, either put a 20% service fee or no fee at all.
Be the first to Replythought this place overall was good! i like the interior
thought this place overall was good! i like the interior design and the amount of seating! good for groups and dates. i really liked the white pizza (forgot to take the picture!) apple pizza was my second favorite and the fat cat. i didn't like the one with basil and honey, thought it was too oily and sweet lol. but that might just be preference! service was good too :) they accidentally put something on the bill that we didn't order but they took it off when we told them. highly recommend !!

Very cute restaurant & yummy pizza! The staff here is very nice! They were accommodating to last minute reservation changes, which was much appreciated. AMBIANCE: The noise level at Eeva was perfect. A nice background quiet chatter appropriate enough to hear people you're eating with. The space is on the smaller side and creates a more intimate setting. The set up is clean with small details that create a nice ambiance such as tea light candles on the table. FOOD: Chopped salad - I would skip on this. It was good, but I wouldn't deem it worthy of spending $17 on. The portion is also pretty small. White pie - One of my favs of the night! The cheese was so good and I enjoyed the notes of garlic in this pie. Pepperoni w/ honey - I wasn't a fan of this pie. Too oily and basic. Roasted apples with manchego and pistachio - This pizza was so unique and I loved it!! Great flavor! Potato pizza - Too much going on with this pie. Chunks of potato on top. Definitely good for potato lovers, but wouldn't be my first pick. They change up their pizzas here every so often so I would definitely come back to try more pies!
Be the first to ReplyService was great and the food was very tasty.
We had three people and got two small plates (pickled veggies and plums), 2 salads (garden and chopped), and two pizzas. We ended up with a little Bit of leftovers.
Be the first to ReplyDecent wood fire pizza.
We had the roasted nectarina white pie, very interesting and delicious. But what this place stands out is its drink menu, particularly wine list. It was a slow weekend when we were there and I hope this place can pick up more popularity and stay open.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and when I finally had the opportunity it did not disappoint. We had to get reservations at the bar for the night we went but that was fine and we got to watch them make some pizzas while we waited. We ordered a mixed mushroom pizza and a salad which was perfect for two hungry people. This might be my new favorite pizza in the area and I cannot wait to return and try something else.
Be the first to ReplyDUDE! 5+ STARS.
This place is the cock of the walk when it comes to pizza. Maybe the best za I have ever had. Only a few pies on the menu, so what they make is awesome. Server was great and helped with some of the extras. Inside is fine with tables, booths and "European" communal tables. This place ROCKS THE BOAT!
Be the first to ReplySuch good and different style pizza.
The white pie immediately transported me back to my childhood friday night pizzas at a place that no longer exists, like I texted my whole family. Dying to get back soon. Staff was also very nice and of note the coffee and sandwiches offered during the day next door are also really amazing!

So delicious and charming! Got the chopped salad, focaccia with ricotta and honey, and Margherita pizza. Fun wine menu and great service.
Be the first to ReplyGreat pizza dough.
Interesting toppings. The menu is short. So no much room for choices if you're picky. Prices are good too!
Be the first to ReplyCan't speak highly enough of Eeva.
Tucked away on a quiet street you'll find the best pizza in Philadelphia. They work with fresh and seasonal ingredients to create one of a kind dishes. Haven't been to their cafe but if the pizza is that great, I'm sure the pastries live up to it. Service is slow however, staff is friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!! No shade and all respect to Beddia but Eeva beats it in taste and quality!

tl;dr this pizzeria-wine bar slings mostly forgettable starters and inconsistent pies for premium pricesEeva, curated by the team behind ReAnimator Coffee, debuted as a pizza popup back in 2019. Now, Eeva has realized its full wine bar concept, comfortably settled into the room adjacent to its Olde Kensignton sister roastery and coffee bar. The ambiance is industrially chic yet minimalist. The concrete floors are polished smooth, and structural beams and ductwork are left exposed. The whitewashed brick and plaster walls remain mostly unadulterated apart from a few recessed wooden panels. Flames from the wood-fired pizza oven illuminate the kitchen, while the remainder of the lofted space soaks in sunlight from the two-story bay windows. Marble tables and metal chairs are pressed up against the light-wood half-booths that loop around the room. Modern instrumental music unobtrusively fills the air.Our party of 4 arrived at Eeva for early weekend dinner, and the space was nearly empty. Nonetheless, we were curiously seated shoulder-to-shoulder against another party. Service for the night was pleasant but somewhat unattentive -- we had to ask multiple times for our drinks to be refilled. After perusing the brief menu, we decided on a sampler of starters, salads, and pizzas. By far, the standout dish of the night was the peach salad. The peach was sliced ultra-thin, fanned out into a rose, and decked with pickled shallots and sweet-and-sour elderflower cordial. Each resulting bite exploded into a firework of flavors. The remaining dishes, unfortunately, ranged from average to wholly forgettable. The ricotta, topped with slightly too much honey and served beside thick slices of pillowy focaccia, was good-not-great; the lemon tahini chopped salad had occasionally zingy bursts but was mostly monopolized by fennel and chickpeas; and the sliced finochietta salami was flavorful yet felt head-scratchingly one-dimensional and unimaginative. Even the oft-praised pizzas were only so-so. The soppressata red pie, Eeva's take on a classic pepperoni, was allotted a relatively skimpy portion of toppings, all of which were overpowered by the heavy dose of honey. Further, the sourdough crust sported a classic leopard-print bottom, but was floppy and tasted bland -- the plain edges were begging for anything to supplement some flavor. Meanwhile, the mushroom white pie (finished with a myriad of cheeses and a spritz of lemon) flexed a crisper bottom and a moderately richer array of flavors, yet the thick, barren edges were equally dull. With all the hype and premium prices (nearly $20 for each tiny 12" pie), I expected Eeva to knock my socks off -- instead, I left the meal feeling equal parts hungry and disappointed. Nothing about the experience was decidedly bad -- rather, mostly everything was underwhelming. With so many other cheaper or tastier 'zza options just a stone's throw away, I don't see myself returning to Eeva any time soon.
Be the first to ReplyFocused and thoughtful menu.
Incredible pizzas, and also the fresh ricotta? RIDICULOUS. Server was charming, wine selection was great. We've been here several times and have yet to find better! Thank you thank you!
Be the first to ReplyThis was excellent.
We came with a group of three for dinner and got the chopped salad, ricotta with honey and focaccia, koginut with stracciatella, and three pies: soppressata, wild escarole, and the white pie. Everything was great, with the koginut and white pie probably being my favorite bites of the night.
Be the first to ReplyOne of my new favorite restaurants in Philly.
Amazing seasonal salads, delicious and perfectly baked pizza, awesome natural wine selection. Perfection
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely fantastic baked goods, coffee, and ambiance.

Be the first to ReplyAnother great pizza spot in the area.
Nice ambience inside and, more importantly, tasty pies. We ordered the spinach and the margherita. Great flavors and doughy, slightly charred crust. Nice natural wine selection as well. My only wishes are that they bring back the garlic knots or an additional app and add a few more soft drinks for our non-drinking friends. Solid spot overall
Be the first to Replypaid 25 dollars to get an Uber here, walk in and refused us
paid 25 dollars to get an Uber here, walk in and refused us service because we don't have proof of vaccination status... not advertised anywhere so caused us to lose 25 dollars and we haven't eaten... and our newborn is cold. don't care where you stand on that but you def need to let people know ahead of time so they don't waste their time like we did.
Be the first to ReplyThe food was wonderful.

I wish I could give this 3 and half stars because it wasn't horrible I just was not too impressed. I got one pizza for pick up and maybe that's why I wasn't in love with it since I didn't dine in. The pizza (i forget the name) was ok and nothing special. I was underwhelmed since I have been following their Instagram since they opened and have been wanting to try their pizzas for a while. I think I will definitely try this place again in the future and dine in but I do remember the pizza being a little pricey for how small it was.
Be the first to ReplyWe will definitely be back.
ย Even though this was only pizza, the food was amazing. ย Catherine took very good care of us. ย Their wine list was also great. ย We really loved the Beaujolais Nouveau. ย It went nicely with our food. ย We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyProbably a bit overhyped.
Ambiance is great and food is overall good. But the pizza was a bit soggy and way worse compared to the other amazing pizza spots in fishtown.
