Fake Instagram advert !!! Horrible atmosphere
Unprofessional, horrible atmosphere, no skills at all Disorganised, Me and my husband unfortunately decided to go to try the beef case, 40 minute after our order , no even the drinks reached us, The waitress was totally confused, she never worked in a bar before, she didn’t know any of drinks and food. The chef ( poor guy) alone , stressed !!! Very strange place Really strange Don’t ‘waist your time Dont belive in the Instagram page Is all fake !!

The food is not bad but the service is very bad and the music very commercial. We will never go back.
Be the first to ReplyGREAT EXPERIENCE AND MUSIC ON THE WEEKENDS!
Great service, good food. The ambience was terrific to listen to the live DJ in an intimate setting at Chelsea Black.
Regrettably, we went on a Thursday: the music was horrible and it was empty.
Not a good experience
Pre booked this for a Saturday evening -as that was our only night in Lonodn - website obviously misleading - was expecting a Haloween event plus access to all floors after taking a £40 deposit when it was booked -on arrival was told there had been an error and that event was for the next week but were told the £40 would be for any drinks ordered. Waiter told us we couldnt go upstairs as private event and not to bother going downstairs. Asked for top up of waters never arrived. After wards were told by the manageress that we could have gone to the other floors and she apologised for the misinformation. Shame we spent an extra £20 in taxi fares there and back - when could have had cocktails and better service near the hotel we wer staying at - not happy at all !!!
Be the first to ReplyNot amazing but not awful
Okay , nice decor but found the staff a tad odd… welcome lady was not overly welcoming to me, just my female friend and the barman was very much on the creepy side. Might just be over thinking it but we were sat outside and some very odd characters were hanging around the rear of the establishment and he kept coming out to ‘collect’ things from him…….. very very odd……………. Just saying

Brilliant evening - Bletchley to the bar.
Great evening all Round, fantastic staff and service!
A* to all involved
Amazing service and such a fun place
I came for brunch with my mum and it's amazing value for money! The place is so cute and fun and Poppy and Tilly were so great, Tilly took us downstairs to show us the Bletchley which was really cool as we had heard of it but hadn't seen it before. Thank you for having us I will definitely be back soon!
Be the first to ReplyExpensive for what you get for brunch
Lovely setting and atmosphere however me and friends ordered brunch and was not worth £9 for avocado and toast, bread base was really hard so just had avocado and tomatoes

We had the best time at Chelsea Fun House, Polly and Tilly deserve a promotion they were so friendly and lovely to us! The food was delicious and the drinks were never ending

This place is terrible. We booked a table inside but we were put outside and waited for 25 minutes whilst they said they were sorting a table inside for us. But then to be told there was no space and it was fully booked. The food is extravagantly explained on the menu but when it comes is just bland and basic.
The only good thing was a lovely waiter. Other than this we won’t be visiting again.
Missed opportunity
My daughter and I came here for brunch on Sunday. I was disappointed. For the first 45 minutes they was only us in the restaurant. The seating is rather uncomfortable and the place looked rather shabby. We each ordered a smoothie. Only three choices on the menu and one wasn’t available!
The air conditioning was ramped up and where I was sat it left me with a frozen shoulder. We had ask to order food and wasn’t offered any more in the way of drinks. Missed opportunity in my opinion. The place then started to fill up and I noticed that our food was ready and sat under the heat lamps. It was still sat there 5mins later! When it was finally given to us, my egg was still a little snotty and the sourdough bread was stale. No offer was made if we needed any sauces and again no offer for any drinks Not too sure why but it was felt as if we were sat in a restaurant, where the staff just couldn’t be bothered
Disappointing experience.
Visited here for dinner before a booking at the Bletchley on the lower floor.
I was really pleased that they offered lots of vegan dishes, so ordered 2 for myself as I'm a small eater (the menu recommends 6-7 per 2 people) and my friend also ordered two. The sweet potato dish was lovely but the fried cauliflower seemed to be completely unseasoned and tasted of nothing at all. The food is pricey but is on par with the area, and the presentation of the food can be a little pretentious. The steak tartare served in a hollowed out bone just looked inconvenient.
I was most disappointed by the service, the lady serving us seemed new so I don't want to be too harsh, but she wasn't very personable, and I had to ask twice for some water (although this was to two different staff members).
This restaurant is one that automatically applies a "discretionary" 12.5% tip to the bill, given the poor service I didn't want to pay this full amount, instead paying for my food with card then opting to leave a lower tip in cash, but the lady serving didn't seem to understand how it worked and queried that we hadn't paid the bill in full? She said she'd have to go and get another receipt printed out if we didn't want to pay the tip on card.
Cue very awkward conversation about what discretionary means, and me promising to leave her some cash which then felt like I was being watched to do.
Honestly not a very enjoyable experience, I won't be back.
