Pretty good experience overall
Quite an amazing experience; the open kitchen is actually right in your face (if you are sitting indoors) and you get to see a LOT of chefs busy at work. Dishes that stood out for me were the micro lasagna appetiser, the 100-year old balsamic and the twirly pasta with the most SUCCULENT scallops I have ever eaten
Be the first to ReplyLovely Italian with a magical atmosphere
Me and my wife had a lovely 5 course dinner at Braci last night. It is located in a rather noisy area with a lot of pubs and night clubs. But this hidden pearl (pretty hard to find, and the cabs can’t stop you of right outside) is located five stores up on a rooftop with a spectacular view over the city and the river. You can only sense the vibes from the streets and it gives you a lovely atmosphere at the top! The food is Italian and genuin with some international touches. Very well served and composted. The sommelier is a wonderful and talented elder man who is very polite. I can highly recommend this place. It’s pricy compared to a lot of places, but compared to other restaurants in the city it is very well spent money!
Be the first to ReplyFantastic reinvention of classic Italian dishes
We had a great meal last weekend. All of the dishes were well proportioned and interesting, with lots of extra goodies that do not appear on 7 course menu. The young Chef is personable and clearly passionate about his food, although he does not take himself too seriously. The seafood is flown in fresh from Tokyo and there is a “hint” of Japanese influence in the dishes. The rest of the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable about the dishes being served. Only areas for improvement would be the decor, which is a little bland, and the sommelier, who was friendly but a little over eager to upsell the Vino - which he did.

Very happy to try the cuisine from the young talented Italian chef Matteo Ponti. Relaxing atmosphere facing open kitchen . Chef is very open and sharing about of cooking . We loved all the dishes. Nice A5 Miyazaki with the cute special thin skinned egg plant . Tomato paste O shaped with tasty beef juice as the reservoir . My fav dish for the day 32 Egg Yolk Tagliolini : Shiro Narabi, Osietra Caviar, Hana Hojiso. Taste is well orchestrated by the lobster bisque , uni and caviar all stood out very nicely on the tongue . Altamura bread ! Super tasting while fluffy .

It was really a good story behind each dishes, feel the vibe of Italian cuisine x Japanese infusion, took a 7 course to enjoy the night good ambiance service was spectacular the food was amazing it was an experience to try for, Chef Matheo delivered not only a Michelin Star Restaurant but through home Italian food.
Be the first to ReplyAvoid like the plague
Pretty awful. Only at the last minute did they bother to inform me that seating would be outdoors only. Which in the heat of Singapore is not tolerable for an extended dinner. Rude, poor service and overall arrogant. Avoid.
Be the first to ReplySimply magical — best dessert I’ve had (“Village of the Roses”)!
This was a magical experience. I love the concept of the open kitchen where I can smell all the wonderful flavors coming from the charcoal oven and grill. All the dishes look so pretty! The somen with basil consommé was a refreshing start and I love the sweet tomatoes along with the sliced peas. The "cacio e pepe" with Khorasan spaghettoni was the dish I looked forward to the most as I love Kamut Khorasan wheat — the dish was wholesome and I love the delicate notes of cheese which the chef explained was achieved by making cheese water instead of using cheese directly on the dish. The scallop roe powder was a good touch to give it some texture like the traditional version of the dish. I was also impressed with the smell of the scallop coming off the grill along with how it was sliced to form a rose. Also, the "Village of the Roses" (Rosa del Borgo) dessert is the best dessert I've eaten. The oabika namelaka base was so cold and creamy and smooth — which went well with the nougatine layer above it. The figs on top were sweet but not cloyingly so, and the chef explained it was achieved by seasoning them with tomatoes, olive oil, thyme, and hibiscus. The final touch was the rose vinegar snow which turned the plate into a story and made the dish all the more wonderful to eat. Chef Matteo Ponti explained how he got the idea for this dish when he was looking for vinegar in a village and came across roses all around the place instead. Overall, the attention to detail and creativity of these chefs are inspiring. The reconstructed cherries in the petit fours tricked me into thinking they were just cherries at first until I saw the amount of work it must have taken to deconstruct and reconstruct them in order to play with the textures. The maritozzi were also good as there was a nice savory flavor coming from the filling beyond just the light sweetness of the filling. The service was impeccable. There was a dish that was prepared when my companion went to the bathroom and I appreciate how the manager Pellegrino took care of it when she came back by immediately taking the dish and asking the team to fix it. The team was also accommodating to our needs too. Thank you for this special experience, Braci!

The chef and his staff spend the evening taking you on a gastronomical journey that is sure to have you talking about it for weeks afterwards. The fine details of every dish will leave you wondering which genius is responsible for the experience you will no doubt enjoy. The best part is that the genius is right there, explaining the intricacies of the dish, and sharing his passion for amazing food with you. Thank you to Matteo and all the staff for creating such a wonderful experience for my wife and I.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and excellent service
Very good food and good service. They kindly accommodated our food preferences. Chef is a very talented and friendly person. Our host Dass is very friendly and has very good knowledge about the 8 course of dinner that he was serving and explained it to us very well. We appreciate really the overall experience. View at the terrace was excellent of the boat quay and the CBD area

Very disappointing, food pretentious lacks taste, direction, uninspiring and frankly lacks taste, sadly a regretful experience.
Be the first to Replygood but overpriced
Food was good, but on a Saturday only the 8 course meal is allowed. There should at least be the 6 course option as an alternative. Overall it was over priced for location, service and food. Inside room can also get quite noisy. Open kitchen which is nice but not closed off (i.e. with glass) so somewhat smelly too. Roof top is good but again not worth the price

Excellent presentation, great food and service. Only the environment was very noisy and it is difficult to hold a conversation.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time, and definitely not the last
Food was excellent, service was impeccable and the view was nice. We ordered the 6-course lunch on a Saturday and plan to return in the future for dinner at the rooftop.

Food was excellent. However the acoustics in this place is poor and become noisy when much conversation takes place. I think facing the windows, the glare of the sun makes it difficult to enjoy a conversation with friends or guest facing in. The menu selection is not clear. Optional items should be separate and not be placed together with the set menu or tasting menu.I got confused and thought it was a separate item but was billed the item. What saved the day was when the manager was quick in service recovery and waived it.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best fine dining I have. The dynamic range of the taste is splendid!
One of the best fine dining I have. The dynamic range of the taste is splendid and the chocolate dessert is not overwhelming, especially compared to many other similar lunches.

Would visit again!
Outstanding Food, Service and View
Braci never fails to disappoint! Best view is from the top floor, outdoor terrace. Feel the breeze and enjoy the view whilst savoring the best fusion cuisines in town, including ingredients like Hokkaido scallops, Japanese sea urchin, swordfish, venison from New Zealand etc. We took the 5-course Omakase (Dégustation) menu at $188 ++ and always a delightful experience here.
Be the first to ReplyGreat for special occasions!
Not only is the food amazing, the service is also impeccable. We got the outdoor seats and loved the ambience. We also opted for the 7-course meal and every dish was fantastic.
Be the first to ReplyNew Chef, New Edge, Same Exquisite Quality
Braci - maintaining and enhancing the balance between the inventiveness required to gain, and keep, a Michelin Star and our desire for Italian food to "taste just like mama's".

Had the executive 5 course lunch and was wowed by the quality and taste of the food! Everything looked good and tasted good too! It was our first time trying a Michelin rated restaurant in Singapore and I’m impressed!
Servers were polite and explained in detail what we were eating and where some of the ingredients hail from.
What was surprising was the offer of using Chope vouchers to pay for the meal and enjoy a 10% discount in the process. Was initially hesitant to buy the vouchers thinking that there would be all kinds of restrictions but server was kind to explain its use to use.
Our lunch was a wonderful sensory experience! Thank you Braci!
A pleasure
Lunch at Braci was a pleasure.
The flavours and textures were on point across every course of our meal, with every dish surpassing the last. Chef Matteo’s playful and unexpected combinations teased our taste buds with several firsts , even as seasoned foodies.
Service was prompt, unpretentious and top notch. We will be back for their next seasonal menu.
Mama Mia
Swung by last weekend to pay chef Matteo and his team a visit for lunch & indulge in their winter tasting menu; as always the food and service were on point. We came hungry and left totally stuffed and satisfied. Thank you chef Matteo and team for your hospitality & your respect for the ingredients you use to make your wonderful dishes!
Bravo!
Undeniably the best fusion Omakase dinner we’ve had!
Cozy intimate interior with open kitchen on one level and open-air roof terrace section with magnificent views on the top level. Each course of the five-course ‘surprise’ Omakase dinner was lovingly prepared and presented. Most ingredients are imported from Italy, Japan or New Zealand (eg. the venison). Friendly and knowledgeable Chef de Cuisine, Matteo Ponti, personally present and explain the courses. The flavors are so unique and very well blended. Hard to describe so you must taste and see for yourself. Dégustation menu plus bottle of wine and glass of aperitif for 2: approx S$650.

The food is really very nice. The portion is small but overall is sufficient.
The ambience is romantic, especially the roof level. Wonderful, quiet place to celebrate anniversary or birthday.
