Be the first to ReplyFirst time at Aulani and we stayed for 5 nights.
Arrival: From the airport Aulani has a partner shuttle that we booked (it was about $30 per person one way). Shuttle was easy and convenient. Check in: After the shuttle dropped me off at the front of the hotel, I made my way to check into my room. Check in desk was really friendly and they had my room ready early which was super convenient. They gave me cute buttons to keep as a memento. Tip: Ask for a paper map of the hotel and it serves as another nice keepsake. Tip: + Make reservations for things early! (eg: daily activities, spa, luau - because things fill up.) I was surprised since we booked during off season. + Grab the refillable Aulani cup at Ulu cafe - they have a few drink stations throughout and its good for soft drinks, tea and coffee. The stainless steel cup was around $35 but they also have plastic ones at a cheaper price. The stainless steel cup is really nice and keeps drinks cold, but we had problems with the lid leaking. + You can get your pool bracelets the day before for the next day if you don't want to deal with it on the day of. Loves: + Ka Maka grotto - this one was warmer than the other main pool and the view from the infinity pool was really nice + adults only whirpool spa area - super relaxing if you need a break from the cute kiddos. Spent a good amount of time here with my kindle books on my phone. + coconut shrimp from mama's snack stop - yum + Character Breakfast - totally worth it to see the characters and get additional photos with the family and kids. +Laniwai Spa - worth it and so relaxing +Staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel. They gave my baby sisters lots of stickers if you talk to them. Cons: + Food is pretty pricey in Aulani, I ended up eating most meals outside the resort at the plaza across the street. + Activities filled up fast (eg: ukelele, drawing animation classes) - I actually wasn't able to do any of the included activities in this resort and the paid ones didn't seem that great/worth it. + Mickey shaved ice is cute but also the worst shaved ice I've had in Hawaii. + Shirts/Merch at the store is also on the high side. $85 for a long sleeve shirt with big Aulani letters?...sigh.... I opted for the wallet - $65 + Luau - I was actually pretty disappointed in the luau - it felt long and was kind of boring (too much talking) the buffet also closes up super fast so if you want a second helping/dessert better grab it quickly! Polynesian Cultural Center is a lot better if you get a chance to go and visit. + They had a cool disney movie night but we couldn't make that day. Wish they had movie night more than once a week. Overall, I can see the appeal for children or Disney lovers. TBH, I'm not sure if I would stay here again for as long as I did. Maybe a night or two would have been good. Because it's a pretty penny compared to some of the other amazing resorts I've been to, but it was fun and a nice family friendly option and everyone has different experiences because they change up activities every day!
Be the first to ReplyBest Hotel In Hawaii! Best Grounds Most Stuff to Do!
Best Hotel In Hawaii! Best Grounds Most Stuff to Do! Pros beautiful lagoon, lazy river, Infiniti pool, adult and kids jacuzzi, Moana Luau, Charachter Breakfast, Modern Hawaiian Art, Beach Dining, Ocean BBq grills, Cons away from town so it's perfectly quiet with great breeze and local music usually eveyday they have live music and Disney Shows they offer local discounts for rooms and Winter Specials which I use all the time!!! Cons it's crowded esp summer and holidays, food is limited and that's why I recommend I bedroom villa if u can afford it because u can pack ur fridge and eat at home for cheap and just buy stuff like Mickey Mouse shave ice and ice cream etc but everything Elise make at home and bring home leftovers full kitchen washer dryer large jacuzzi bath 450 sw foot lanai, dishwasher microwave oven and a rice maker them eat at the room or take it out on the beach or BBQ!! They even help clean up!! Yay Disney.. The Luau is bomb and pricey sometimes u can see it from your room lmao that's how we save money here!! Anyways beach is gorgeous clean as a whistle as everything else is in Koolina and it's breath of fresh air!! Koolina take me Home!!!
Be the first to ReplyI stayed at Aulani 3 nights.
This was my 2nd visit. Our carpet in our room was wet and i asked for a fan to dry it. The staff did not seem to care. They brought a fan which helped after about 2 hrs of blowing on the carpet. They never offered to put me in another room. I had to go to the front desk and ask to moved if it didn't dry. We had dinner at Makahiki Restaurant for my Granddaughters Birthday. 3 of our steaks were over cooked. Dinner was much better my last vist 2 years ago. The staff at Makahiki were excellent. A couple of front desk staff were not Very friendly all the others were awesome. Valet staff Excellent. We also had the Character breakfast which was good. The staff through out the resort makes you feel welcome. The Snack Shack by the pool. I ordered fish and chips and we took a bite and tossed it. I usually love fish and chips. The kind of fish they used did not taste good. The beach and pools amazing. I was sent a survey by Aluani but timed out after 5 days..... Not sure if I will return.
Be the first to ReplyBeing first-time visitors to the Aulani, we were not aware
Being first-time visitors to the Aulani, we were not aware Aulani hosts filming of AMERICAN IDOL on the beach for a week in early February. The hotel did notify us in late November that there would be a TV production happening on part of the beach for 2 days. There must be very unhappy guests every year, because the production was not named, no mention was made of loud music, and notice was sent too late for those like us to change vacation plans. Needless to say, we were very unhappy. Production was incredibly intrusive with very loud music playing most of the day nearly all week long, cast and crew taking over parts of the outdoor lounge area, etc. Like others have said, the pools and activities are wonderful for small children (though many activities are quite pricy). But it is more Disney, less authentic Hawaii, especially in early February.
Be the first to ReplyThis was my family's first time to Aulani and if you want
This was my family's first time to Aulani and if you want to skip the long winded review and cut to the chase, I'd for sure come back again. VALUE: it's hard to say if it was a great value or not because that can be subjective from person to person and depends on your budget. For the reviews saying it's overpriced, well, that's expected - it's Disney and it's Hawaii which is the one-two punch combination of things that are just expensive. Would I pay again for the experience, absolutely. FOOD: I've been to other resorts (non kid oriented ones) and the food was better and had a greater variety. With that said, contextually, being that Aulanis target market is kids and families, the food was good. I found myself a few times saying "this is better than I expected", for whatever's that worth. We probably ate at Ulu Cafe the most for breakfast and Off the Hook for dinner as our son loved the mac and cheese, as evidenced by him requesting it 4 nights in a row. POOL: Hands down, this is where Aulani shines. The amount of and variety of pools and the lazy river was second to none. I'd say it got busy as you might expect with the usual chair squatters setting up shop early in the morning, but we always had a bag and just dropped it off somewhere, as we don't do much lounging around with a 4 year old. The lazy river was the highlight for our son. ROOMS: we had a partial ocean view on the 12th floor (room 1228) in an end unit and the views were spectacular. Because of being on an end unit we had sweeping views of the ocean and looking north we could see a mountain range. We also had a nice view of the 4 seasons. I'd say the room was very clean and we did have daily service. The bathroom was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The lanai had 2 chairs and a small table where I enjoyed coffee each morning and ended the night watching the sunset. AUNTYs BEACH HOUSE: our son spent 1 session at auntys beach house - the on property kids club where you can drop the little ones off at for a much needed 1.5 hour break. I would recommend that due to the limitation in how many kids they can accommodate, that you register exactly 90 days before your trip, which is when the spots become available. We did that and had no problem getting a spot. No idea what activities they do in there, as they don't let parents tour the facilities, but whatever they did - our son had a huge smile on his face when we picked him up, so much so that he wanted to stay longer! He clearly had a great time for the time he was there. OVERALL: for the target audience and the family vacation atmosphere we were seeking, Aulani checked all the boxes for us. Would we stay here if we didn't have a kid...actually, I'd say yes to that as well, but no questions this is the place for a kid friendly resort.
Be the first to ReplyI stayed here for a girls night.
The buffet is amazing. They have an adult pool for lounging kid free. With amazing snacks and drinks. They also have an amazing spa. It's the best one I have been to by Disney. If you book late, you can use the facility before and after!
Be the first to ReplyWe reserved one bedroom villa the description was amazing
We reserved one bedroom villa the description was amazing we got there and it was total nightmare no privacy at all one bathroom that opens to the king size bedroom u can close a door between the bath and the toilet but still anyone using the bathroom the whole villa!! Would hear their business if washing hands or flushing the toilet. I would not waste my money on Aulani if u care for comfort and nice room. One of the worst experiences ever as it's supposed to be a nice family vacation.
Be the first to ReplyI didn't get the chance to stay at this hotel, but I
I didn't get the chance to stay at this hotel, but I learned that you could book a character breakfast and it was amazing. It was about a 45 minute Uber from Waikiki so it's is a little more secluded. The French toast was amazing! My son had so many character meet and greets-- it truly made a difference.
Be the first to ReplyThis was my second visit to Aulani within 8 months my sis
This was my second visit to Aulani within 8 months my sis is a DVC member. It's out of the way, a bit of a way from Waikiki. Transportation: they offer a shuttle or taxi at a special price I took an Uber both visits and it's always under 44$ another shuttle serviced quoted me 100$ one way so I advise using their transportation or Uber Rooms: first visit I stayed with the standard view and I loved that room. Call myself being extra and got the "ocean view" this go round really wasn't an ocean view it was blocked by pillars and trees but I had a great view of the pool. I could not see the ocean at all room 604.The bed was comfortable. The sofa was adjacent to the balcony so you couldn't watch tv which is a different set up than the standard view. There's also a lot of foot traffic on this side located on the right. Check in : check in is hit or miss if you check in online. The app works when it wants to open the door so it's best you get a key. I was inconvenienced having to go back down for an actual key after being told it would work. The lady was really nice and apologized for that inconvenience . They have a line for DVC members and non members. I checked in at 1pm arrived pretty early was charged the fees per night (64$ local tax) room wasn't ready until 4:15pm and there was several people waiting for rooms. I guess it was a busy day I went from M-F. Beach: easy access to their beach I loved sitting on the beach and also by the lazy pool plenty of seating for you with umbrellas Food: I strongly suggest you buy groceries and cook for yourself if you have a villa. If not eat at the local places around the area. Food is overpriced and not good. I have never been so tired of French fries in my life. Off the hook offers good food however, if you want pizza or wings you have to sit on the beach to order it or the little cafe. They won't offer it sitting at the actual restaurant and that is one of the only meals that was pleasant. Besides off the hook's breakfast. They don't clean the rooms for you, it's like you're at home you fend for yourself lol Customer service is also hot or miss some people are so nice and then you have those that walk past and won't even acknowledge you speaking. I gave them 4 stars because it wasnt as clean as I would like. I bring Lysol spray and Clorox wipes. I went to wipe down the bathroom and it had an overwhelming smell of urine. Smelled like a porter potty. I sprayed so much Lysol on that toilet and it helped. But I was a shocked about that. Disney can do better with cleaning up
Be the first to ReplyThis review is for the wedding services through Disney
This review is for the wedding services through Disney Fairytale Weddings at Aulani. Our wedding coordinator was Kimi, and I had a less than stellar, very anxiety-riddled experience planning our wedding. My husband and I were born and raised in Hawaii and love Disneyland. The obvious choice for our wedding was to have it at Aulani - best of both worlds! We've heard amazing things about Disney Fairytale Weddings from couples who had their weddings there, so we had high hopes and expectations. We were provided with a wedding day coordinator as part of the wedding package which we thought would be perfect since we're planning from out of state. However, the planning process was frustrating because I felt like Kimi wasn't very cooperative and accommodating to our requests. We had a lot of issues with communication and, to me, communication is huge when planning a wedding, especially if you're planning from out of state. An initial red flag for me early on was during the menu-planning process, we noted we wanted Mickey Mouse spam musubis during cocktail hour since we know Aulani sells them on property. However, Kimi pointed out that option isn't listed on the wedding menu, so we can't do it. Understandable, let's scrap that idea. A few months later, I see an Aulani wedding on Instagram with Mickey Mouse spam musubis . Odd... Let me ask Kimi if this is an option now. Kimi says she will ask the chef and, big shocker, yes, you can have Mickey musubis at your wedding! My question is why didn't she ask the chef when I had initially inquired instead of just turning me down?Another thing that peeved me was our seating chart had one table of 11 guests. After I sent Kimi our seating chart, she said I needed to move 1 person from our 11-guest table because it's max 10 people per table. I obviously didn't want to do that since that would mean splitting up 1 friend and seating them with strangers. So I said no, please make it work. After I stood my ground, Kimi said she could change that table to a larger rectangular one. Why didn't she suggest that initially instead of telling me to move a guest? It was multiple interactions with this vein of "no, you can't do this" instead of providing alternatives that really disappointed me throughout the whole planning process.Day of the wedding, Kimi was pretty much MIA the whole time before our ceremony. My MOH tried to call her a couple of times to coordinate timing and vendors, but Kimi never answered her phone. Thank god our amazing photography/videography team took responsibility and kept us on schedule.Besides the disappointing year of planning, we also had a disappointing experience at Aulani. We had a bad experience with checking in for another Aulani wedding previously: we weren't able get our room until 30 minutes before the ceremony and had to rush to get ready. Based on that experience, I asked if we could check-in to our room early so we would have time to get ready for our rehearsal. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that, but we can't guarantee early check-in. The only way we can guarantee that is if you check in the day prior." I thought that was really odd because a lot of resorts offer early check-in for a fee and the Aulani website indicates they have early check-in. I was irritated the solution was to make me pay for another night. Additionally, we received no special room accommodations/gifts despite it literally being our wedding weekend. For the price you pay to stay a night at Aulani, you'd think some rose petals, champagne, or at least a congratulations or a Disney pin while checking in would've been warranted. I've been to many resorts that offer that sort of thing for anniversaries and honeymoons, so you'd think Aulani would make you feel a little more special for your wedding. Definitely did not have that famous Disney magic we had hoped for our wedding at all.
Be the first to ReplyMy family did not pay for our stay, so I will not comment
My family did not pay for our stay, so I will not comment on whether it was worth it or not. My comments are strictly based on our experience. This resort is perfect if you have children under 10. Contrary to prior comments, there are many characters to say hello to. I personally gave a high five to Pluto as he walked by the lazy river. You definitely need the app to see the activities happening around the hotel. More activities happen Thursday-Sunday.There is a really cool little area that has stairs, bridges and a small water slide for the little ones. This area is supposed to be 4' max. My son is well past this and was able to go on. This is perfect for my son, and he often wants to take care of the littles. This place isn't supervised, so beware of older kids who might push the little kids around.Aunties Beach House is amazing! It is truly kids only, and offered for free. There are "premium experiences" ($60). My son had only one regular experience and one paid. The paid was a surf party theme that included a wooden surf board that he painted, character visits from Goofy and son, and a drawstring backpack. My son had a blast at both! He has a speech delay and ADHD, so it was great to see him grinning when he left. The security of the child is above and beyond. All children get a magic band (either turned in at the end or can keep for $18). That is tied to the child as well as pictures of any adults who will pick them up and you need a verbal password on top of that. We would have utilized it more, but we had to many early starts. It does book up fast, so sign up prior to your trip! The slides here are cool. There is a slide that you go down that empties out into the lazy river. The more intense slide is an enclosed tube that leads you out into the main pool. My son preferred the enclosed tube. The exits of the slides are 4' deep, which are the deepest points you will come across when it comes to the pools. My son wore a life jacket. Ours was purchased prior to the trip, but are also available for use for free to guests. The beach is great. At 8 am, everything opens, including the beach rental stand where you can get sand toys, boogie boards, bean bags for the bean bag toss game, giant Connect 4 pieces for the giant Connect 4 game, ping pong equipment and life jackets all complimentary. The lounge chairs are plentiful, but those under umbrellas are limited, so get here early. My husband would never forgive me if I didn't mention the grills available. He saw those and got ridiculously excited. We went to the Wal-Mart on the island (for practical reasons I highly recommend. With a refrigerator and microwave, it's a more economical way to go) and got a bunch of hot dogs and sausages. They are propane, and are very clean. You get the grilling utensils in the lobby. Most of all the majority of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. There were some younger employees who were trying to be polite, but most seemed eager to help. This review is from a family of 3. Our son is over 4' just barely having turned 7. Everyone's experience will be different. This is just the info on my experience that I have to offer.
Be the first to ReplyWow this Disney experience is horrible, save or money, do
Wow this Disney experience is horrible, save or money, do not come here. They ran out of towels for the entire day!!! The resort is a pool centric resort, how could management let that happen? They outsource their laundry service to the mainland! Horrible Disney experience for $650+ a night. The management only say "we're aware of the issue, we're sorry". And don't get me started in the towel policy on chairs that is never enforced, why even have a policy then?!? So disappointing for a Disney resort, need to do better! If zero stars was an option I'd be doing that instead of one star.
Be the first to ReplyStayed for a week and overall it was a nice experience.
I didn't find it to have the Disney charm as others have experienced and noted. Yes, there is Mickey and Disney decor throughout the property. Never actually saw any character walking around, never saw any photo opp stations. Front office, dining, and housekeeping staff were great. The activities cast members were rude and less than helpful. If you plan a stay here, as many have mentioned, book activists as soon as you're done checking in because they do fill up extremely quick! We unfortunately were not able to do two activities we were looking forward to. Best drinks are at the pool bar next to the Ulu cafe. A cast member working at this bar (forgot her name) has been working here since the property opened, provided great customer service and makes the best beverages. The property itself has a lot activities that can fill up an entire week there. Some do cost extra, I do recommend swimming with the fish experience. Kids loved it and you can be in there as long as you want-well pretty much. They do have a free shuttle service that take you to a open mall with a grocery store, taxes are less than in Ca. The lagoon is beautiful and safe for little ones. Location is also safe and family friendly.
Be the first to ReplyIf spending $900 a night to fight throngs of people and
If spending $900 a night to fight throngs of people and waking up before 7:00am to get a pool chair or an activity for your kid sounds like a vacation, book a stay at Aulani. Other perks include uncomfortable beds, unreliable housekeeping, roaches, minimal character interactions, basic cable, waiting 40 minutes for a drink, shave ice etc. I have definitely dropped some serious $$$$ on Disney experiences in the past, but this was by far the worst value of any Disney vacation. On the positive, my kids loved the pool and the staff is generally very friendly, however, even after bringing these issues to management, the only remedy offered was an activity we would be billed for. So prepare yourself to pay a premium for major frustration and no response. Walt would be very disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyOur family of five from Texas and Oklahoma visited Oahu and
Our family of five from Texas and Oklahoma visited Oahu and the Big Island for Spring Break! Aulani has been a bucket list item of mine for years and it did not disappoint!!! The rooms were a little smaller than what I thought they would be. I also thought we had booked two - two double bed rooms but when we got to our rooms they each had 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The rooms were super clean, nice comfortable beds and nice thick towels! We also had daily housekeeping which was a nice surprise as most hotels still do not offer daily housekeeping post-covid!! The view from our lanais was absolutely beautiful (deluxe ocean view rooms)!! I could have sat out there forever and in fact did sit out there one morning doing some Bible study while my daughter took grandsons swimming!! We fully took advantage of the many daily activities Aulani has to offer: Animation Drawing (3 times), Ukulele Lessons (2 times), Rainbow Reef Fish Feeding, Pin Trading, Maka'ika'i The Culture through Nature Tour, Maka'ika'i: The Art and Culture of Aulani Tour, The Mo'olelo Fire Pit Storytelling (2 times), and Snorkeling in the Reef!! We also completed the Menehune Scavenger Hunt! All of these activities were Amazing!! Can't recommend enough!! I would like to give a shout out to Drew for Animation and Ukulele Lessons..he is Amazing!! We took the same classes with a different leader our 2nd day and that person was not near as good... We were all so glad we had the opportunity to meet and attend Drew's classes! In fact, had we only had the other, I would have had to leave a negative on those particular two classes! Another shout out to Uncle Ito!! He was incredibly knowledgeable on the art and nature tours and his campfire storytelling!! I could not believe that he remembered my grandson's names at storytelling from attending one of his earlier tours! We were disappointed that the slide was down for refurbishment while we were there but still enjoyed the pool and lazy river! We also met lots of characters and loved all the photo pass opportunities! I love how the characters just roam and interact with guests!! And the beach was very nice with plenty of chairs and space!! All of the cast members were very friendly and helpful!!

My two favorites - Hawaii & Disney!!Aulani is the place to be and worth the splurge of indulging yourself in a relaaaxing vacation (with or without kids! Lol). This place is truly magical and the service is just as great as Disneyland! Ule Cafe located downstairs offer breakfast, lunch & dinner food items. Plenty of kid-friendly food items! There is a laundry self-service room. Located on the 1st floor in the Waianae tower, next to room #131 (near the elevators). $3 for either tide or dryer sheets. $4 per wash or dry cycle. Families traveling with small children - they offer pak n plays (no cribs). Be sure call in and have them add it to your reservation prior to arrival.

Extremely pricy. Poor service. No one has come to clean our room. Had to call to ask them to please empty our trash cans. Waited an hour for a glass of wine. Would not come here again given the price you are paying

We use to love this place so much we go every year !! Easy access from Honolulu and short drive to north shore !! Problem is they just don't take care of their Disney vacation members anymore. Show up tell us we can't have the room we booked that we spent hours on the phone that they booked for us!! Make us wait hours at welcome desk then downgrade us from ocean view to the shit view for double the points !! Won't be back will sell our Disney membership due to this experience!! Sorry but you forgot about the people who have been here since the beginning !! You don't downgrade us and then make us pay double points !!! Never again !! Won't spend another dime at a Disney anything !!
Be the first to ReplyThis one's for my locals.
Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Aulani for a weekend to celebrate our three years so we got a kamaaina discounted room. The view was partial ocean, partial parking lot -- which I totally understand. Me and my boyfriend weren't looking to go big baller and spend too much on a room so we didn't mind the view. When we first checked the young girl who greeted us and checked us in was probably the nicest encounter we've got this whole stay. She was so welcoming & so energetic -- something that should be baseline for someone working in hospitality. She gave us two pins - one for our first time staying at the hotel and another for our 3 year anniversary. Her attitude set the whole mood for the staycation & I was honestly so excited for the rest of the weekend. As we went to the different snack shops and food places at the Aulani, the staff seemed to be less and less welcoming. Not sure if it was just a bad day for multiple people or if it was because we were local - idk. It felt like I was on the mainland and not enjoying a staycation on our own home island. And of course, I know it's mainly for tourist attraction, but I thought we'd have just as much fun. During this whole stay I just kinda felt out of place LOL. Idk what i was expecting, but this was not it. It felt weird to feel out of place in your own home. To sum up the trip, for someone who lives here... Aulani is very.... pricey. I know that it's something we should have expected since it's mainly for tourists, but I feel like Aulani should make kamaaina guests feel just as special for the amount that we also pay to stay here.In my honest opinion, I feel like we could have gone to a hotel in town like The Hilton and we would have had a nicer experience, BUT I will say that there is soo much to do at the Aulani. There are many activities for people to partake in all throughout your stay. If you have a family, even better. It's amazing for tourists, but for locals, it's mid. I can't complain too much because we knew what we were getting ourselves into -- overpriced food, overpriced drinks, commercial advertising of what hawaii is, flooded with tourists, etc. So take my opinions with a grain of salt as you will, but Aulani for locals is aiight. Not sure if i'd stay again.

Even if it is a far drive from my home in Kailua, it's worth it. The service was great and they made my little cousins so happy.

As my review might not represent a typical stay, just wanna say that this was my first time at any Disney resort and it's only a one-night stay with the kamaaina discount in a windy season of February 2023. Our family of 3 absolutely loved our 2-day 1-night staycation! Even though the tube ride was closed and our son was too young to partake in the aunty's beach house activities, we still had a great time! First, the service and the amenities were great. They made sure they could take care of you as much as possible. If you arrive early before the room is available, you can leave your stuff at the bell desk and go have fun at the pool and beach (pack those stuff separately) and they'll email or text you when your room was ready. The front desk told us our partial ocean view room type likely wouldn't be available till 3pm, but we got a text t 1:30pm saying it's ready! And if you depart later after check out time, you can ask the front desk for access to the lounge to shower, so thoughtful! Even though we booked for one night, we had 2 days of fun!The pools were great! We enjoyed the lazy river and the different pools. Hot tubs with kids were there too if it got too cold and windy (for us). And omg the volcano vertical slide was a real thrill ride! It's fast and higher than a lot of slides at resorts (not water park level yet). And funny thing is there's no age or height limit so there were parents who threw their 10month old baby down lolDefinitely recommend the character breakfast. Reserve early or line up for the waitlist early in the morning hoping for cancellations and squeezing you in. We had goofy, Max and Pluto come to our table to interact and do silly things with us. So cute! We also met Mickey and Moana too!The food wasn't that bad as some mentioned, maybe coz my expectations were realistic. The food was hot and crispy and flavorful, and I didn't expect cheap prices. It's a resort and it's a Disney resort. Anything with Disney has an extra price tag lol not sure what people expect. Overall we had a wonderful and memorable stay!!! Now I'm curious what other Disney resorts and their cruise are like!
