Too bad the atmosphere isn’t as excellent as the food. All the handmade pasta dishes are delicious, particularly the pappardelle. Staff are very nice, service good. The sports bar-like atmosphere with loud rock detracts from the experience.
Fun lively and damn good food
Torchio is such a hidden gem. A better experience and better quality food here than most of the populate new spots opening up in west loop and downtown. And such a charismatic staff - get a seat at the bar!
Top notch Italian
My wife and I loved our meal at Torchio’s. The staff and friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. My wife said her lasagna was the finest she’d ever eaten. I highly recommend the Fumo Y Fuego cocktail.

Omg! This place is fantastic. The staff was fantastic. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu & the wine selection. If you are going on a Friday or Saturday you MUST get the bechamel lasagna!! Also had the carbonara which was tasty too.
