I visited the Bamford Wellness Spa. Belinda was wonderful! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.

Great massage with Belinda but poor overall spa experience. For the price they don’t offer a sauna relaxation lounge or shower. They don’t even offer their guests small snack bites kept at the entrance.

Friendly front desk staff and great view of the water, Bay Bridge and Ferry Bldg from my room. Avis was especially helpful with my bags and directions as part of the front door team. I would definitely stay at 1Hotel again.
