i would never trust this account again. They ruined our night and we were left with no dinner plans. yesterday (the day of our reservation) i started getting nervous when 😎MaternalRecord73 messaged and asked us if we wanted to move the reservation to two different times. they blamed it on the restaurant. after asking for a new confirmation screenshot I looked closer at the Resy confirmation screenshot and it was just from the notes app. After sending 3 messages asking them to confirm, they told me the reservation had been canceled. it was pretty clear they never had a reservation in the first place. They then sent me two “cancelation” emails from Resy to prove the reservations were real, but 1) neither were for the correct time 2) today’s reservation was canceled 3 days ago 3) neither were under the email I was told to use 4) the second “reservation” was “canceled” before I was told it was confirmed.
