Surrounded nature at its finest
We had an incredible time for our anniversary dinner. The food was outstanding, the view and atmosphere incredible, and our server Aidan was attentive and made sure our evening was memorable. 10/10 recommend.

Always wonderful! This is without a doubt one of my favorite restaurants in the world. It’s innovative, fresh and so yummy. We had Charlie as our waiter and he was fantastic. Look forward to coming here every summer!
Our favorite place!
Earth is our absolute favorite restaurant on the planet. We’ve been all over the world and tried so many cuisines. This is hands down the most magical place with perfect selections that never ever disappoint. On our most recent visit, we had the pleasure of dining with Adrian as our server. He gave us the best recommendations and the highlight of this visit was the halibut and carrots.
Perfection
Those who say money can't buy happiness have never experienced Earth at Hidden Pond. Our family enjoyed dinner in one of the restaurants private dining sheds, the Potting Shed, this week and it was nothing short of perfection. From the ambiance to the service to the exquisitely prepared food, there is no match for Earth. Four of us each chose the four-course menu and shared samples, so we had a wide range of food to taste. Not one of the dishes was sub-par--they were all outstanding. Wait staff was equally impressive. Nicole guided us through the menu, served courses efficiently and professionally along with her peers. The menu changes monthly, but if you have a chance, don't miss: Tuna Sashimi with aji amarillo, ponzu, avocado, wasabi and sesame Scallops with pea purée, morels, caviar and citrus butter blanc Japanese A5 Wagyu with butter poached lobster, caramelized onions and truffle mashed potatoes Doughnuts with sassafras and sarsaparilla glaze (warm and absolutely perfect!)

This our favorite special occasion meal every year 😊 We got married in Kennebunkport last year and couldn’t miss a return trip to Earth. The food is outstanding but what really sets it apart is the service - Charlie brought out more than one plate as a surprise just to improve our overall experience. He didn’t even know it was our anniversary at the time. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Fabulous food, service, and atmosphere
Warm, cozy atmosphere with unimpeachable food and great service. The cocktails are great and every course was special, but the Asian inspired dishes were particularly exceptional. The tuna sashimi and seafood stew (the richest broth I have ever tasted) were unforgettable. Our server was Kurt and his genuine enthusiasm for the food and willingness to discuss his favorite courses really elevated the experience. My wife and I drove three hours from VT to stay in the area for the weekend for our birthdays which are on back to back days, and ultimately it is dinner at Earth that makes the trip completely worthwhile. We eagerly look forward to our next visit and will always look back on our most recent experience there fondly.

Absolutely spectacular meal.
You can eat inside or outside and experience an incredible ambience. Our waitress Lindsey could not have been more kind and helpful with all of our questions. We were in between a few options for the prix fix menu and she would bring us out the option we didn't pick so we could still try it. Every thing we ate was absolutely spectacular. One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had.

We had a lovely dinner. Very nice atmosphere inside and outside. We loved our server Patrick, he was very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Not that you can really go wrong but he provided excellent guidance and service.

We had an incredible experience at Earth! To celebrate my friend's bachelorette, a group of 6 of us reserved the "potting shed" private dining space, which is situated on the lovely grounds. We had the shed from 5 to 8pm, which was plenty of time for drinks, our 4-course meal, and of course conversation and picture-taking. Service was great and very accommodating of dietary restrictions. Our server took great photos of our group both inside and outside of the shed, and she brought us some extra, shareable plates throughout the meal, which were much appreciated. The menu has great variety & changes seasonally, and everyone in my party raved about their food & drinks. I really appreciated how many N/A offerings they had - they can make quite a few of their cocktails into mocktails, and the Lazy Days was tropical and delicious. For dessert, the warm sarsaparilla & sassafras glazed donuts are a must-try. From the window of our shed we could see wildlife in and around the pond, like ducks and beavers. This was such a beautiful experience, and I'd highly recommend it for a special occasion to make it that much more memorable.

Outstanding and exceptional in every way! A very special 'grande finale' night for a Mother/Daughters long weekend to Maine. HOUSE STAFF...friendly, smiling, pleasant, helpful, enthusiastic, proud to be a part of something clearly special...including the valet, host, gentleman who seated us, bussers who asked if we needed anything, server Lyndsie (exceptional!), and food servers who also asked if there was anything they could get us. DECOR...warm, natural, appropriate for Maine woods, simple beauty, clean, textured, earthy and sophisticated. FOOD (we each got a 3 course meal)...innovative, creative, beautiful, unique, fresh, generously portioned, local ingredients, and sumptuous! DRINKS Cocktails and wine selection were fantastic. Unique and delicious! Everything was excellent but the Duck, Iberico Pork Belly, and Halibut & Scallops were out of this world! Flavors were subtly rich and developed. (only slightly weak point was the beef tartare...a little lacking in size and flavor...esp when compared to enormous, rich and complex pork belly someone else got). Doughnuts are ridiculously delicious! Best ever! PRICE...expensive but worth it. $88 pp 3 course. We've eaten more expensive meals that were lacking in a number of ways...this was holistically an incredible experience...one of our favorite dining evenings ever! Thank you everyone for quite a treat!! You have something very special! We will recommend to all our Maine friends!
Great food and atmosphere
This place gets rave reviews from locals and it was an enjoyable dining experience. We arrived a bit early for our 9:00 p.m. reservation (the only slot we could get) and took a seat at the bar. Once seated, we chose the 3 course option, as we have been having large meals in the past few days and did not want to over eat. The waiter suggested some items and I had the apricot salad with buratta, which was spectacular. My husband had crab cakes, which he said were nice. For mains, I had the halibut - another knockout decision - fish was cooked perfectly and the veggie sides complimented the fish well. Husband had salmon, which he said was ok, but not great - the sauce was too sweet and the veggies were undercooked (and we do like our veggies on the crunchy side). It was a nice experience with just a few little hiccups - our waiter came to the table and asked us if we "wanted more wine" when we had the bottle on the table. He poured for us, but then we ended up pouring the rest of the bottle through the night as he was not noticing when we needed a top up (after that first time). After the mains, we waited over 30 minutes before dessert was presented - to the point that we were worried about making our ride at 10:30 since dessert didn't come till 10:15. I will say that the donuts were ridiculous - huge and tasted so good. We couldn't even finish one by splitting it. We also had a cheese plate, which we couldn't touch and the chef sent another dessert as well. It would have been better to have an earlier course for the cheese or an amuse bouche or something like that - rather than to have an extra dessert, but all tasted good. The place had a nice feel to it - many families gathered together and a good buzz to the room. Little things like timing, attentiveness to water and wine needing poured - and the bar top was so sticky that my husband had to ask for it to be wiped after he set his sleeve down on a sticky spot.

Dinner was amazing & delicious, and the service was exceptional! Adian was always smiling, and very attentive. We ate in the private painting shed, and we highly recommend doing this for a large group! Even the view was lovely!

Family birthday celebration
What an amazing restaurant! The food was spectacular and I have never been treated better by a restaurant staff. Our server Lindsie was incredible…attentive without being overbearing and fun. The experience made our special occasion even more special!

Where to begin!? We have been to Earth once before and we knew it to be phenomenal. We brought my mom as a special early birthday and she stated best meal ever!! She is 77. Our server Kurt was out of this world. Charming and funny and attentive. Absolutely 5 stars. He brought us extra food as I was waffling a bit on my appetizer choices. The food is next level and the property is gorgeous. This is a must if you are in the Kennebunk area of Maine visiting. I seriously cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Thank you Kurt for making my moms night extra special. We live in wells so we are lucky to be able to get back over to this special place when we want. Kim and Dan Gogan

What an incredible experience! From start to finish - the ambience, service and food were some of the best we’ve ever had. Our server Lindsie went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten allergy. She was well versed and guided us through the menu, tailoring it to each of our specific tastes. The food was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. We were impressed by the portion sizes (typically for a 4 course meal the portions can be underwhelming). The flavoring of each course was thoughtful and creative creating such unique and delightful pairings. We would highly recommend and cannot wait to come back!

A lovely rainy night summer dinner
Earth never disappoints - cozy organic ambiance, relaxed yet refined service. We all had the four course meal and each plate was better than the previous. Everything was good! Donuts were the fav dessert, but 2 huge ones per plate - save room at the end! Patrick our server delighted us with his wit, knowledge and Irish charm. We’ll be back again next summer!

We went for an early dinner right at open with our toddler. The food was nothing less than phenomenal, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the vibe was woodsy and welcoming. It will go down as one of the best meals I've ever had. We did the four course meal, starting with the crab cakes and apricot salad. The crab cakes, while on the smaller side, were fantastic. Extremely flavorful and fresh, and the sauce had a perfect kick to it. The apricot salad was fresh, with burrata and a nice assortment of fruit. The second course was just as good. I had the barley risotto, which I never would have ordered had the staff not recommended it. It was excellent, very truffley and unlike other risotto I've had before. My wife said the scallops were excellent as well. For the main course, we had the lobster cassoulet - a full lobster tail and mussels over a bed of cannelloni beans. It was such an interesting combination of flavors that I hadn't had before. The lobster was so good it was almost sweet, and the mussels were cooked to perfection. Finally, the donuts. Get the donuts. They're a bit heavier than I thought they would be, but they were incredible. The ice cream accompanying them was amazing too. Altogether this was an excellent meal, made even better by a super nice waitstaff. Can't wait to come back!

A very unique experience! We enjoyed our meal in this cozy, beautiful setting. I actually really liked the 1,2, and 4 courses a lot. My entree - the salmon - was fine, but nothing special...a little bland. I should have been more adventurous! It is very pricey, so choose your courses wisely and have fun with it!
Earth at Hidden Pond is truly a special place.
The space is a perfect blend of rustic, romantic, and classy. Our server, Danni, was kind, attentive, and gave us great advice. Of course, their food is exceptional. I enjoyed the four course prix fixe. I started with the light and refreshing apricot salad, which was served with delicious burrata. Next, I enjoyed the iberico pork belly, which was served with a tasty shiitake mushroom dumpling. I also tasted my husband's barley risotto, plus my in-law's fettuccine and cavatelli. All were excellent; although, the risotto was probably my favorite of the seconds. I ordered the duck as my main. It was perfectly crisp and served over pea risotto, white asparagus, oyster mushrooms, verjus, and fiddleheads. It was delicious! However, my husband's venison was the biggest hit of the mains. It was served over carrot puree and came with broccolini. Who knew venison and carrot puree went so well together?!? Everyone agreed it was the best venison they had ever had. I ordered the opera cake (rich chocolate with tasty coffee ice cream), but also stole bites of the donuts (giant and yummy), pavlova (with raspberry sorbet - excellent!), and vanilla tart (with passion fruit ice cream - yes, yes, yes!). Wow, all were fabulous. Earth is excellent for any special occasion. In fact, we'll be back for my in-law's 50th wedding anniversary.

I think this is one of the few restaurants I have experienced that absolutely nailed on all facets of a fine dining atmosphere. I initially came across this establishment on the OpenTable "Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants" list. This must have been number 1 because it was the incarnate of an aphrodisiac. I took my lovely girlfriend here on a date and she was wound up from the moment we stepped in the door. Now on to the dining. The food was to DIE for. I cannot stress this enough. Throughout my 25 years of life on this planet- I have had the utmost pleasure to experience some of America's finest dining spots. Earth may be one of the best on that list. The beef tartare was utterly outstanding. Melt in your mouth, buttery, salty. The cow who died for this should be a saint. The rabbit confit fettuccine was something that sounded off of a ratatouille menu. However- it was almost al dente but it WORKED. The rabbit was cooked to perfection and the fettuccine was not too heavy and bolstered the right amount of corn kernels. Now... on to the main course... I'm really not sure if I believe in reincarnation. But if I did- I would want to be reincarnated as a waiter at Earth just so I could conduct special operation theft missions on every duck dish that left the kitchen. I've ate a lot of meat. BUT THIS WAS THE BEST MEAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I swear whoever is reading this right now dammit take my word for it. I would never lie to you- just don't ask my ex girlfriends. Just eat it. Don't take a strangers word for it. Reply to this review after and call me a liar if you want I don't care. In conclusion, the DOUGHNUTS ARE THE ROBIN TO THE DUCK BATMAN. They are HUGE. Warm, sugary, soft. I could've eaten like 220 of these things. The portions are small at Earth but honestly I don't even care. It's worth every penny and probably then some. Service was amazing. If anyone goes here and has a different experience you're a liar and should be ashamed of yourself. Thanks for reading if you got this far. LETS GO MOTHER EARTH.

If you're seeking a special night out, look no further! This place was incredible. We opted for the four-course menu and were delighted with every dish. The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant's location on beautiful grounds creates a serene, woodsy oasis vibe. We'll definitely be returning for future special occasions.
My favorite restaurant on earth
We had the best time. Our food was spectacular. Nicole waited on us and she was amazing. My mom is a picky eater and she handled it perfectly. The atmosphere is magical and I can’t wait to go back.
First time, but not the last!
If you are a foodie, Earth is where you want to be. It was my first time there, but I will surely be back. The restaurant is cozy and intimate, the menu is diverse, with a fixed price for 3, 4 or 5 courses, and the waitstaff (we had Adian) was attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. I haven’t had as good an experience in a restaurant in a long time. The seafood stew was incredible, the halibut delicious, and the 1st and 2nd courses were so flavorful and perfect in size.

Best meal of my life
We came here for my 6 year anniversary and it is no exaggeration to say that it was the best meal of our lives. Adian was our server and he was so sweet, so attentive, a real beam of joy during our meal. We had the four course and drinks to match. Everything was delicious, the setting was so beautiful and the service was top notch. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We can’t wait to come back!!
Our best dining experience in Maine!
Definitely go here in your trip. My husband and I had such a lovely time, from the atmosphere of this nature themed restaurant, to the attentive staff, to the food. Food was delicious and plated beautifully. Nicole was our waitress and helped us customize our menu to suit our preferences as well as gave great recommendations. Plus, she brought out an extra dish since I ordered an extra course and she wanted my husband to have a dish too. She also surprised us with her favorite dessert for our anniversary. Drinks are tasty too, this place is a winner. And prices great for what it is.

.. tucked back in the woods, it's definitely a unique place. The food is great, the menu rotates but the flavors are incredible. Off the beaten path but 100% worth it if you're in the area.

Steak tartare in mini tartlets... steak... fish... delicious desserts. Romantic. Reservations a must -- and we were there in March. Outdoor area not yet open but I understand it's lovely. Highly recommend.

Such a unique beautiful restaurant in the middle of nature! Love everything about this place! Had the cauliflower soup which was a coconut milk base and it was to die for! Also had the venison meal, since I have only ever cooked my own venison and never ate it in a restaurant before. I honestly could not tell it was venison. So juicy and flavorful! And the chai-tini drink topped it all off! Highly recommend this place for either a special occasion, or if you are looking for a high-quality farm to table meal in a special atmosphere!

My first experience at Earth at Hidden Pond was magical! I reserved the potting shed, so beautiful.. It was for father's day.. so my father and my husband... IT was a rainy night.. we were escorted it the shed under hotel staff under umbrellas.. The shed was warm and welcoming.. Fire going... comfy chairs and such a pleasant staff... Our drinks arrived before we could even know what happened... The menu is exquisite! we all ordered something different for the 5 courses to be sure we had the opportunity to try all dishes if we wanted.... This was a magical night, I will never forget.. and I will definitely reserve the potting shed again.. I have returned and sat inside at least a dozen time in the last 6 months and will be a regular once spring hits! The Pork Belly is to die for!

Made a reservation two months in advance to try out a fancy dinner in Kennebunkport for fun. We got dressed a descended onto this dirt road path onto a beautifully cozy restaurant. The main restaurant has been painted beautifully dark with wood accents. Our waiter Adrian was consistently polite and made the experience wonderful. Each month has a new menu with the option to choose a three-course, or four-course menu with bread to start. I was contentedly full after the meal and enjoyed each dish.

l have never gone back since.others who came after us served before us ,some of the food wasCOLD.waitperson not responsive and only apologized after splashing red sauce on one of our party(dress stained) a disaster of an evening!

Exceptional experience from the atmosphere, setting , food and service! First time visiting Hidden Earth and it won't be our last. Each dish was outstanding - the seafood was so fresh and perfectly prepared. The flavors were unique and delicious. Linsie was our server and she was terrific! Perfect balance of being attentive and not overbearing. She did a great job of helping us make some difficult decisions as to what to choose off the menu. Fun, beautifully rustic and warm atmosphere . Loved it!

* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FulfilledThread16 now uses their connections at Earth at Hidden Pond Kennebunkport to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FulfilledThread16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FulfilledThread16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FulfilledThread16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Earth at Hidden Pond Kennebunkport!
