Excellent service & meal
Went to Del Frisco's for Mother's Day and loved it! We ordered a variety of items from the calamari, cheese steak dumplings, meatballs, the ribeye and the surf & turf trios were all delicious! But the icing on the cake was our experienced, entertaining and attentive waiter Josh Eflin! If you love five-star service, ask for Josh and please leave a generous tip, he deserves it!
Great steakhouse for the whole family
Very nice restaurant, and the whole family enjoyed. Brought my 8 and 10 yo girls too, and they had a good time. Kids were offered a couple options- chicken fingers, hambuger etc. which was nice, as my kids don’t like steak. While expensive, it’s a nice environment.
The food and service was great .
I went on a date and the ambiance was the best . I would recommend DelFrisco to anyone who wants to enjoy the ultimate dinning experience .

We took a few teens to this restaurant thinking it might be too fancy but it wasn’t (although note that hoodies are not allowed so dress appropriately). Highly suggest sharing - we had 5 people and ordered two salads, rib eye and salmon, a few sides and two desserts and it was more than enough for all. Great drinks and beautiful atmosphere ( we sat upstairs- not sure what the downstairs looks Like) with the high, beautiful ceilings and great bar

Called restaurant and was assured they'd hold table for 15 minutes. Parked for $40 in nearby garage. Walked in within 15 minute window and they had given table away. Despite speaking with manager, waited an additional 40 minutes, crap table then waiter forgot bread and manager never checked on us as he represented he would. Marred my daughter's birthday dinner. Go somewhere else. They don't care about customer service.
Terrible Philadelphia steak house experience
I made reservations for my wife and myself in January 2024 for February 17th. When I arrived on time for my reservation I was told by the hostess to "Wait along that wall" (bad sign right there for a top-rated steak house experience) As my wife and I were "waiting along the wall", we stood there watching parties come in and be seated before us. After 20 minutes of this I asked the hostess if she forgot about us, she said with a "nod" yes sorry I will seat you right away. We were then led downstairs to the most crowed loudest room in Center city Philadelphia. I couldn't even hear the waiter. I had to speak into the waiter's ear to ask him to be seated somewhere else. He came back and took us back to the hostess. She asked me where I would like to sit, I replied somewhere quiet. I had to go back to the wall to wait again 30 minutes has passed before we were led to our new table. 3 feet from the main bar lololol. My wife and i left and went to Chickies and Petes and had better service there for more than half of what I had to pay there. If you go to a steak house for atmosphere STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Wait it gets better. They had me as canceling this reservation, technically I did, I decided to call the manager to explain why, he said to me, " I dont know what you expect from this phone call", then he hung up. I am so happy we decided to go when we did. I guarantee there are others out there that had this same "take it or leave" experience there. Go to Capital Grille its peaceful.

I've been coming to this establishment for years with many friends and family and it has become an absolute joke. Walked in with my group from the bitter cold and we are immediately told that jackets and winter hats are not permitted. I said oh, well we obviously were just outside in under 20 degree weather haha. The guy stood there, no reply, waiting for us to take our coats and hats off with a level of hostility that is totally and completely unacceptable. We turned around and walked out the door and had a reservation for 12. We get it, you have a dress code - but give your patrons a few mins to warm up and take their stuff off maybe? The food here is very good, but we're not giving you our business when you treat long standing customers, or any customers like that. Del Friscos - you did the hard part, you serve great food. Yet you somehow fail at the easy part - treating your customers like human beings.

I have not been here in awhile so decided to take advantage of restaurant week! We had to stand off to the side for about 10 minutes before being seated. Our waitress was great! The steak was tender. The crab cakes were good. Ordered my favorite cocktail (VIP). You can never go wrong having a dinner date at Del Frisco's!
Last minute dinner reservation and the only steak house
Last minute dinner reservation and the only steak house with ample opening is Del Frisco's. That's worrisome. Party of five, our meal was near perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The waitress, amazing and on point. The wagyu special; A supposed 8 oz wagyu topped with shrimp , bacon, and a glaze. A5 Japanese wagyu; there was no marbling. The bill revealed 85$ for the cut. Not sure what happened here; feel like I was sold a nice filet and looking at the price that seems to be what they charged. But not what I ordered or what was presented. I'd go to Mr Starr for my next Wagyu. Ultimately, everyone loved the evening. It's a fun venue and accessible. If Barclay prime isn't available, this place will do. I'd get the salmon next time.

We went to here for my son's birthday.
The restaurant is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Dinner was flavorful but did not stand out from other steakhouses. I thought it was overpriced compared to other steakhouses I have been to. The wine selection was vast and their speciality drinks varied. The background music was a little loud to enjoy your conversation at the table, it was a cool experience to dine here but this is a one and done for me.
A MUST DO in Philly
There can't be enough said about this place and the staff that we interacted with. We have always loved the architecture and food, but Saturday night 12/16/2023 we sat at the bar and had one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long long time. The professionalism and attention the staff gave us was exceptional. Denise, Lucy, McKenzie and Mynor was all amazing and should be well taken care of by management.
UnHappy birthday
family of 9; 3 adult couples, 2 younger kids and 1 single young adult. we were seated almost 1/2 hour later than reservation called for. as there was a "2 hour time limit" this was issue #1. after waiter took drink and appetizer orders we were visited by the "manager" told we would have to leave the room at 7:30. this left less than an hour to eat our meal, which was not yet served, enjoy a dessert and wish my wife a Happy 75th birthday. needless to say it was a disaster. at 7:33 with our dinner still on our plates the manager returned and informed us we had to leave right now. then his 2 "security? guards" arrived and as we were not vacating the room then we were threatened that he was calling the police to get us out. nice as now my 6 year old granddaughter is crying and wants to know if she is going to jail. Food that we ate was pretty good but the experience terrible. we do frequent several other "high end" steakhouses and never have experienced this maltreatment anywhere else.
Great business dinner!
This is a great location for a business dinner! Mike H., Danielle M., and Aleksandra T. were a great team to work with. I had a large party of over 30 and they handled us with ease and professionalism from beginning drinks to after dinner cocktails. The thick-cut Neuske's bacon au poivre is the BEST! Great location, great food, great architecture!
Can no longer live off the reputation, this place just stinks.
This place used to be quite good -- but no more, this is awful. What a disappointment yesterday's dinner was. First, slow service. Waiting to give an order. Waiting for every dish. Four of us, four simple salads -- oh, sorry, we can't do caesar salads we're out of anchovies. What? Are they on credit-hold, how is a large steakhouse out of items? I'd like the spinach, but just serve it plain without all the egg and cheese etc. No can do. Why? We're told that they don't have any uncooked spinach, the cheesy dish is made with frozen spinach - for like $17.00! Then meat dishes, nothing cooked properly. The steaks were under-cooked, medium steaks blood red. My lamb chops were supposed to be medium+ but were over-cooked but despite that were served tepid, not even hot. How can that be, they're not that busy. They'll replace them -- 20 minutes later, after everybody else is winding up, new chops come out blood rare, inedible. Of course, by then all the side dishes were cold. 15 minutes to get a glass of wine, while we watched our waiter, not a busboy, but our high-priced waiter, clean off table after table, while we are waiting. All this, with a round of drinks and one bottle of wine no appetizers, no dessert, for the low price of $700+ before tip! This place has sunk so low, maybe its been sold, I dont know. But it is a shadow of its former self. Poorly prepared, overpriced food with slow service... Will never return.
Not Worth It
We had a 7 o’clock reservation and didn’t get seated for over an hour. The food was okay, didn’t really think it lived up to the hype. It’s super loud, not very intimate, and overall there’s just WAY better places to go in the city
Distracted Server Spilled Drinks Causing Cuts
I wrote about this restaurant in 2016 - "meh" - and provided feedback about the server, food and overall ambiance. The decision to return was not my idea. It was a larger group this time. Seven years later and they still haven't improved. Omg. This is really bad. I do not recommend this establishment. The server was unfocused and never asked me if I wanted another drink. When I reminded him, he was confrontational and stated that he was waiting for me to finish my other one which was already finished. The $60 - $70 filet was overcooked. It has been year since I ate at a Texas Roadhouse and the experience this evening reminded me of those days. Our server spilled our drinks on one guest at our table. She was soaked and the GM did not ask to offset costs for dry cleaning or anything. When the server spilled the drinks, glass broke, and my wife was cut on her arm, with blood coming out. They gave her a band aid and immediately moved us from the larger dining area. The situation that day was so surreal that it seemed bizarre or that we were part of a prank. More accurately, it seemed like Del Frisco had just opened at a strip mall somewhere, with staff scurrying around spilling drinks. Weird. Not realizing or understanding the severity of the situation, the restaurant took a small amount off the tab after moving us to a different seating area. In retrospect, it seems that the restaurant has a serious problem with staff - training - and how to address a very serious injury caused on their premises by a server. They do not appear to have a written policy in place to address injuries to customers like this or to address guests who are drenched in alcohol from server spilled drinks. You may not have a bunch of drinks spilled on you, and you may not get cut, but you should be aware that the filet is overcooked and that the leadership there doesn't particularly care about guests.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
