A delight !
Very late arrival on a Sunday (4 p.m.), room full of regulars. The wait was long but it was worth it: fish paella and a sizable fillet of beef Excellent!! It was worth the late lunch because the restaurant overlooks the sea, the room is panoramic. Ps: the road to get there is long but it's worth it
we will not return
Bullit de peix makes the sauce with garlic and milk, phosphorito, they do not respect table reservations, unprofessional waiters. Bad and expensive place
A truly wonderful lunch
We had lunch with my mom and my daughter in this incredible restaurant! Of course the view is just breathtaking but the restaurant itself, whether it is the incredible welcome or the freshness of the fish, is worth noting! I think we will return there in a few days because we cannot leave this island without tasting these wonderful dishes again! And really a big thank you to the kindness of the team and what’s more they speak French!! So go for it!!!!!
It wasn't worth it
Place with difficult access, long unpaved road. The rainwater has washed away the earth and left the stone behind, which makes it full of potholes. Difficulty parking even if you are an experienced driver. Once you leave the car, access to the restaurant is also complicated, either via a ramp or stairs. The only thing worth doing in the restaurant is the views of Es Vedrá, as it is little more than a beach bar. As for what it offers, it assumes quality at a high price. The correct attention without more.
Horrible manager
I arrived at the wedding with my family expecting a great lunch but it would be a terrible experience. I arrived without a reservation and they told me that I couldn't sit at the Terassa without a reservation, even though there were many open tables on the terrace. So I decided to leave but first I decided to call and try to make a reservation on the terrace. They told me they had tables and there would be no problem sitting on the terrace for the next 5m. So I went back but the “manager” who refused to give his name said I couldn't sit on the terrace myself if I had a reservation. And out of pure bad taste and anger he didn't let me sit down. Terrible service and manager who doesn't want to work
Disgusting food, good views
Beautiful views but the food.....! The seafood was undercooked and almost raw, the chips were soggy and seemed to have been reheated in the microwave and the salad was swimming in vinegar. We complained as it was only fair that we gave them a chance but though they took the food away, it only came back as bad. Despite having left most of the food, there was no offer of a recompense and we were still expected to pay the exorbitant price for what was virtually a bad greasy spoon cafe meal. Not an experience to be repeated and though all the waiting staff were excellent I couldn't recommend this restaurant despite it's beautiful location.

Perfect experience. The table prepared at the time of reservation. Very good food, Roman style squid and salad. The main bullit de peix, high quality and good quantity. For dessert, apple cramble, very delicious. The service is also very attentive. The views on the terrace are one of the best in Ibiza. Without a doubt, a reference site to return to every time we come to the island.

Incredible, very good treatment and great quality food. We ordered Ibizan-style lobster, seafood-style clams and for dessert the cheesecake. We will return without a doubt, incredible views

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Es Boldado at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Es Boldado page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Es Boldado to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Es Boldado!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
